Our stay at the Ambiance Hotel exceeded our expectations. Fresh design, comfortable rooms, good furniture, quality linens. It was important to us that it was really clean here.The photos of the rooms are true.Diverse cafe menu, delicious food. And most importantly, friendly staff - everyone from the reception to the waiters tried to make our stay at the hotel as comfortable as possible! We, as tourists from Russia, were very pleased!

Had an incredibly frustrating experience. Zero hospitality. The staff seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns and were rather pushy in trying to upsell me on various services and upgrades. It was clear that they were more interested in making money than ensuring a pleasant stay for their guests. The rooms had a persistent bad smell, making the overall experience even worse. Avoid this place!

Ambiance hotel is a good addition to Lahore. Rooms are comfortable. Food quality is good. Ambiance is nice. Located at the centre of the city, travelers can easily reach it. They need to improve room service. Breakfast menu is limited and need improvement. Club Sandwich is tasty. Overall a good experience to stay at this place.

It was a lovely hotel in a nice and quite neighborhood. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are decorated with modern vivid art which come as a great comfort while watching Netflix. The bathroom was slightly on the smaller side, however, they had updated amenities and incredible water pressure. Highly recommended their French toast.

The hotel is perfect! Staff is very friendly. There are all in the room! Bed linen and pillows are high Q. Breakfast and dishes of the restaurant are delicious. I recommend this hotel!

Amazing independent hotel in the lovely Gulberg area of Lahore. Great art and music as well as the breakfast which has quintessential Pakistani cuisine but also your typical western style food too. No one will be left lacking. Rooms are spacious and modern as well as tastefully designed. Staff are great too and I thank them all for being so welcoming.

Excellent service, clean rooms and an extremely accommodating staff - especially Ms. Faryal at the front desk and Mr. Noman. Had a wonderful weekend getaway. Also, just minutes away from scrumptious eateries, and an extremely convenient location overall. Would highly recommend it!

One of the nicest places one can choose to stay at. It is a small hotel, so, service is always personalised. And they are most probably one of the cleanest hotels I've been to. The staff is very responsive. Would recommend it to anyone.

They are a bunch of scammers and have an ill trained professionals. Their own staff will explicitly tell you that they won't charge you but they will. And you'll end up having to cancel the money transfer from the bank. This is incredibly frustrating. When you look at other reviews you'll realise it's a recurring behaviour. Review time So after such a heartfelt response to my last review, I decided to post about another new find that I discovered unexpectedly. I've never been attracted to hotel restaurants but as I was meeting someone at Ambiance hotel Gulberg, we decided to have lunch within the hotel rather than going somewhere else. I was pleasantly surprised at how aesthetically nice they have set up the hotel lobby and the restaurant is such a cute little space. The food presentation was clean and really attractive. And the taste was so good. There's not much experimentation in terms of the menu but whatever we ordered was fresh and really delicious. The coffee was so so good. The French toast was amazing and the chicken parm was light and crispy (the serving was of 3 fillets, took the picture after i had already eaten one). The chocolate cake was indulgent to say the least, forgot to take its picture. Overall a good experience. Would love to go back there for the aesthetics, serene quiet environment and tasty food. Came in to stay over the weekend and needless to say the stay was a dream! 🧚‍♀️ Staff members Ali and Zeeshan were very accommodative and welcoming.

Despite being a ‘boutique’ hotel, there was constant outage of electricity and the hair appliances would spark the fuse in the room which is a new for me since I’ve been to so many hotels and this has never happened. Apart from that wasn’t really bothered or impressed with the hotel.

A boutique hotel which is out of this world. It is unlike anything I have been to in Lahore, Karachi or Islamabad. They currently only have 24 rooms out of which 4-5 rooms are Deluxe. Their new block is coming up which has all ten Deluxe rooms. That portion will be ready approximately by April 1st or slightly earlier. Ambiance has one restaurant only. Looking at the number one might say Marriot has 5-6 or more restaurants, PC also has a few and Avari Towers Karachi also has a few restaurants. But this one restaurant is tricky in a way that it has almost all kinds of cuisine and I have found the food to surpass other major hotels’ food. For pet lovers, they also have a resident male Tom cat called Tiger. He sits all day in the court yard outside the restaurant and everyone loves to pat him. Overall A++ experience.

Wanted to give 4 stars as it's not as white glove service as Karachi Ambiance. However the GM Mr Siddiqui was very nice and attentive to the customers needs so the extra star for him. I would absolutely recommend ambiance over PC and AVARI any given day because of their courteous staff and modern rooms. Internet is great for anyone who is working remotely. I have spent a month their altogether and no major complains except having to pick up my own food delivery everytime.

It was a great expectations to stay in Ambiance. Very professional and welcoming staff. If they earned 9.8 thats no e, exaggeration. They upgraded our room without any additional charges cleanliness and hygiene exceptional. Toiletries and towels were of high quality. Quality of food is also very good. My only concern is the room size which feels congested. And rates of food are also on higher side. But still I will prefer staying again.

It’s a cosy place with impeccable art pieces. Rooms are comfortable all toiletries are from conatural. They give complimentary breakfast and I tried their French toast (which was amazing). Other menu items on room service were good in taste but price point is steep. I tried their beef burger and it was worth spending that much. All rooms have Google pods and smart lighting which makes the experience much better. Location is central to alot of things in the city.

We recently stayed at the Ambiance Hotel in Lahore for 3 nights and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted with warm hospitality and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were modern and well-appointed, with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to choose from. Overall, the hotel provided great value for money and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lahore. We look forward to our next stay at the Ambiance Hotel.

I booked this hotel due to the affordability only. The staff are exceptionally friendly and very helpful. But there are a few things which I didn't like. Our bag wasn't brought to our room for quite some time. We had to go down and get it ourself. There were few places in the room which weren't clean at all. The cupboards had dust inside them. The shower wasn't cleaned properly. There were some items left of the previous guests. The room/windows are not soundproof, as we could hear traffic and people from outside. Some guests arrived late at night around 3am and their loud noise woke us up. Service from room service staff could be improved as they were observed to be bit slow and missed a few things we asked for. They could have better breakfast options as it is very limited. Location is good as it is only 5mins walk from MM Alam road.

They say the best things come in small packages and this hotel is a perfect example of that. I've been lucky to stay in many great hotels all over the world but non of them can compare with the personal customer service you will get here. Its also very clean and has a fantastic shower.l highly recommended this place and look forward to coming back.

Best place to stay & eat different cousins food

Small boutique hotel 20 minutes from the airport and in the center of the bustling hub of Lahore with restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms combine modern luxury comfort with artistic flair. Covid measures are in place, with a complimentary hygiene gift set, and the whole place is spotless. Parking is conveniently located in the basement. The staff is friendly, the service excellent, and the ambiance relaxed. It's great value for money especially compared with the bigger hotel chains. Definitely coming back to this little pearl of Lahore.

Loved the aesthetics of the place. The contemporary artwork and decor was very well thought out. The food was great too. It's definitely worth a visit.

My favourite place to stay in Lahore by far. The team was professional and very accommodating. Food was great especially the Shakshuka and french toast. Rooms were clean and well thought out. Enjoyed the smart TV and good internet. Bed was super comfy. And best of all was the art, great to see them promoting young pakistani talent.

A very chic and cozy place to stay in central Lahore. Staff is polite, hospitable and welcoming. The rooms are clean and proper hygienic protocols were followed. Rooms aren't that big in size but have all the necessities and facilities. The bathroom was also clean and had all the required amenities in it. Room rent in slightly on the higher end. Gated parking available. Had french toast and mushroom cheese frittata in breakfast and it was amazing in taste and fulfilling as well.

Very good artsy hotel. Good food. High tech. Drivers' room /hall need to be added. As there is no place for drivers' stay. Quran in the hotel room should be with English & Urdu translation.

Fantastic service. The staff are incredibly attentive and friendly. The rooms are very well appointed. The food in the en cage was good every time I ate it. Would recommend.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL. If ANYONE coming from outside of Pakistan or just girls, this is a GUESTHOUSE, not a hotel. Security is less than poor. The GM is the most disrespectful, rude person I've met. I was held at KNIFE-POINT on the premises next to security during my stay, (security was definitely involved) they did next to nothing for me, everyone just watched. Faryal, Zubair, George, Natalie, Cafe Team & Sidra were nice.

Easy conversation and pleasant booking. All staff members are smiling face and very professional approaching. Room is nice and we'll decor with all facilities. Bath is fitted with Quality accessories. A good even better feeling having a stay there overall. Definitely will stay in ambiance in Future.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. And the customer service we have received has been second to none. First time we have had such great customer service in Pakistan. Love the decor it's so unique. Can't wait to bring my family here to stay for their holidays.

The hotel manager is a thief, to put it simply. I booked a stay in this hotel for 16 nights which I regrettably had to cancel due to some issues at work. Despite assuring me that he would refund my stay, the manager has so far refused to pay me back. This is unbelievable for a hotel of that standard, and incredible on the part of someone who calls himself a professional in the hospitality business! So to all out there, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL AND DON'T PAY!

Hotel is clean and stylish with comfortable beds. Best of all, staff is super friendly and helpful. The food from the cafe is good too, we enjoyed breakfast each morning! The welcome snack and juice is just the cherry on top

The vibes are just amazing. Such a beautiful 😍 decor. Though I didn’t come to stay rather tried their restaurant by the name cafe ambiance. Situated by the main lobby. Limited menu would have preferred more variety. Anyhow whatever we ordered it was fabulous and outstanding. Immaculate service. Certainly one of the best beef burgers and pizza in town. Soup , French toast , shashlik and salad were good as well. Allahumdulilah.

Excellent attention n service by the staff. We had a wonderful stay. Room was cosy, bed very comfy. Breakfast and food in general were plentiful (big portions) and well presented, tasted excellent perhaps a little less spicy for the western dishes, would be good.

Overall excellent service and the hospitality from the staff and management was beyond excellent. We rang ambiance to check if they had any availability, the staff were very helpful and sounded very friendly. There is on site parking which is helpful, we were helped with our bags, we had arrived a little early but the staff were very helpful, we were given complimentary drinks and cake whilst we waited. The Pina colado and chocolate is so tasty. My 3 year old loved the ice cream, she enjoyed looking around at the art pieces. The room was spacious for us (a family of 4) and we were provided with a cot. The room was clean, tidy and really nice. Overall we loved out stay and would definitely stay here again. The room also had complimentary snacks, there is a mini bar with clear price list too so everything is made clear from the beginning.

The rooms are a bit small but the beds are so good and comfortable. The multimedia setup is outstanding and the wash room neat. A very good experience will go again and recommend too.

When I reached the hotel the first impressions from looking at the size of Hotel I was kind of worried about what we will be dealing with inside but, trust me don't go with the size... Quality, Style and Art combined together just like it's name, it is indeed perfect ambience. I will recommend to those who like to explore outside the big brands but, yet do not want to compromise on the standard.

I must say this small hotel exceeded my expectations it's small but very cozy with cleaness all round the rooms are of good size the beds are very comfortable the shower is amazing and toiletries are of high standard.
