Room 315 aircon not working in spite of Freon being inputted. We spill some coffee on a hand towel and front desk staff charges 100 baht a dirty hand towel

Yes it's 10min from airport by GRAB taxi ( 220 Baht ),if in a hurry or using "Rome2rio" app to get local busses( nos 555 554 etc) 6 min journey( less than 15 baht each ) , stop ask for "Wat Lak Si " same as Honda Stop )and 15min walk to hotel ( till you find shortcut thru the temple ) .Use the pool to cool off between flights if you have time , towels supplied down in the lockers by the pool. BEST of all is 30 metres from Hotel is a 7 /11. Find that then almost opposite are two street food stands .( Blue sign , guy cooks from fresh on high heat , before you , can take away or eat there ) 3 weeks into this trip was the best meal we've had ,35 baht /87 PENCE . Vegetarian tofu egg nut noodles, greens and more SO TASTY ....Watch someone else being cooked for them then say SAME SAME and or no meat , up to you . ENJOY !!!!!!! What you save on food out eating at stall rather than elsewhere nearby pays for the cab back to airport !.. Sorry ate half before thinking to take photo of my meal and recommend this place .

Absolutely perfect. We went on NYE and unfortunately had a bad experience with dinner in the restaurant. Nothing on the menu and 50 mins for one dish followed by an hour until the next! Restaurant was empty but put it down to it being NYE. Staff were still great though!

One of the best hotel for seminar, the location is so comfortable for traveling eventhough traffic congestion occure all time, however, the qulities of services are exchallenge, all employee have great service mind, delicious cuisine of three time food, the room is clean and fit for rest. The only trouble is parking area which are narrow and limit.

Very good location close to airport. clean room and very nice staff. BUT the safety box at room is small from stone age, a passport fits, but not your laptop. Crucial for the modern traveler and businessman to safely store the computer. Can’t carry that around and don’t want to be worried 🤷‍♂️

founded in the site i normally use. Positive points: reception-staff is "super", parking, restaurant, cleaning, gentelness. all these points need 5+ stars. the only negative remark is the air conditioning in the room: noisy and bad setted, too cold or too hot. that's the only issue i can found. unfortunately sleep well is important and i have to give 4 stars insted of 5. Resto is ok and nice valued.

Love this place, close to the airport we stayed one night for a connecting flight but it’s close to stores and food and a little food market! and very convenient I’d stay here again! And the breakfast was great!

Do not EVER stay here by far they worst hotel and customer service I have ever received in ALL of Thailand, this dump is rated as four stars I would barely give this one star, upon arrival there was hair all over the bathroom bird feathers in my room internet doesn’t work AC is barely cold this is hands down they worst hotel I have ever stayed in

Hotel nearby DMK Airport, alot of restaurant at the area of this hotel. Nearby market and lots of local foods.

Location is good if you have to go to the airport. The bed is very comfy compared to other hotel same price. Has staff help you carry your stuff. I love this place will be back for sure if I have business in this area.
