I love Rosa’s Cafe no matter what location…it’s like fast food, but the atmosphere gives it a welcoming vibe. Not to mention the food…you need to sit down and just soak up the flavorful energy😍

A very colorful, bright, cozy Mexican cafe. Large selection of Mexican dishes, comfortable seating, fast service, affordable prices and of course tasty food. Pleasant experience. You can order food directly during the trip through the order window.

Me and my husband walk in and order our food and go sit down and wait for them to call our number (37) we sit there and they didn’t call, my husband walks up and our food was sitting there, he asked them if it was number 37 and they looked and said yes it was, he grabs our food and it was all correct and brings it back to our table and sets it down and goes to go get some salsa and one of the kids that works there walked up to me and says that that wasn’t our food, takes my husbands tray and tells me to take my drink off my tray because he’s coming back to take mine, before I could say anything he was already walking away giving our food to another table across from us, I guess they told him that we stole their food, im not sure, I knew it was ours because I had to get a special order since they couldn’t add shredded chicken to a fajita plate and my husband always gets the same thing. After our food being carried around the whole restaurant and handed to people, the kid went and had them make us a new one and still tried to take my plate that I didn’t let them touch, they brought me another plate and it wasn’t even correct, didn’t offer us our money back, and the kid continued to mess up at least three different peoples orders while we were there. We got no apology and just dirty looks Also, I guess this counts as 3 tacos?

Our family loves Rosas when we’re craving some Mexican food but want it to be quick and easy. Recently, We had a pretty bad experience. Stick with me bc the ending of this story really shows how great this Rosas’s is. Everyone is human. People make mistakes. In this drive thru experience we had a drink spilled on us (the guy was very apologetic) and when we got home our food was made wrong and kind of thrown together. Customer experience is a primary responsibility for me professionally and I know how valuable it is to hear feedback. After many hesitations I decided to give them a call. I spoke with an assistant manager who went above and beyond. He refunded our meal and told us to come back Sunday to enjoy some complimentary lunch. I didn’t expect the entire lunch to be comped but when we returned Sunday and spoke to a diff assistant manager he comped it and then they even gave us a gift card for our next visit. Being recently laid off this was an incredible blessing. Thank you Rosas for making some human mistakes and probably hard days for your employees an exceptional customer experience.

I come here almost every other week for taco tuesday. And over those weeks I've seen a steady decline in their quality control for their Tacos. It seems as if they are slowly starting to not care about what they give out to their customers. Tonight I ordered the taco plate, skipped the beans because they didn't have any and got a side salad instead. They didn't bother to put any lettuce on the taco, and my father ordered salad, and he didn't get any salad at all, instead, he got rice. When I returned to get it fixed, the cook slapped together the tacos haphazardly and broke both of them, while also using beef instead of chicken that my father ordered. Very disappointing from what used to be a consistently good restaurant.

I love homemade tortillas, and this place makes the best. I purchased the cheese enchilada plate, and it was delicious. The salsa bar has options of low, medium, and hot salsa and pico. The cook got my order out in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area.

I love Rosa Cafe. Close to visiting all locations. There was a misunderstanding with the order. I asked for chicken fajitas meal and got a chicken burrito. Not upset, just ask for the correction, problem solved and we paid the difference. When I got the correct order, I got this. Missing two chips on the beans, a small portion of lettuce and cheese on the taco salad. Not a big deal. Just funny. To employees, when customers are making requests please don't take it personal. Focus on doing your job well.

My Chicken Tamales 🫔 were so dry and over cooked. I was very disappointed because they usually have yummy Pork Tamales. Guess it was a bad day...

The last few times I've been here the chicken has been hard and dry. Today it was still that but also had a lot of cartilage! My daughter's meal was the same way. Gross! I could not finish my meal. I probably won't be back to this location.

More of a fast food Tex-Mex. Order like a fast food join. If your looking for Mom and Pop Mexican food this is not for you. Tortillas had too much flour.

Rosa's is always great. The food is fast, fresh and delicious. And you get fresh tortillas and a salsa bar! 90% of the time, your food is ready by the time you fill your drink and put it on a table.

Ordered taco salad because each taco salad is slightly different from place to place as each cook or chef has their own way of making one. I like both the taco and fiesta salads. The variety of other foods served satisfies most people as authentic Mexican food but very strict and picky eaters may prefer local family owned Mexican restaurants over the Rosa's chain because their food may be made from scratch as opposed to premade. Rosa's combines a fast food and restaurant experience with reasonable prices.

I was so excited today I was finally going to eat at Rosa's Cafe as I had seen the commercials a few years back and always wanted to eat there.. I ordered mine and my husband a breakfast fajita plate he asked me if I wanted spicy or regular and I wanted one spicy and one regular so I told her. And what do you know they did not even label those my husband ended up eating mine and I ended up biting into his spicy plate it was just total mess... why dont they label things..i need a do over...om my plate at least... I still have it.. the only thing that I did enjoy so much for those delicious flour tortillas see I can give credit where credit is deserved.

I'm very disappointed because we normally enjoy Rosa's on the nights we don't cook. My husband got beef fajita nachos, and there was mold on several chips. What's worse is that he had already eaten a few. This has forever changed my confidence in them, and I would check the chips because the majority of the moldy chips had beans covering them!!! 🤮

I buy food from here 2/3 times a week, and Richard at the drive thu is always nice, friendly and after two years has not messed up a single order yet! No matter how early I come through, he’s always happy and ready to serve breakfast! Thank you Rosas for having people like Richard who are happy to serve the community yummy tacos!

We’ve visited this restaurant a few times. In my opinion it’s another “hit or miss”. The fajitas are my favorite entree because THE MEAT IS SEASONED!! Which leads me to discuss how their other entrees are always NEVER hardly seasoned. The different sauces help to make up the lack in flavor. It’s definitely ‘Tex-Mex’ food, but it needs an upgrade in FLAVOR. The customer service is okay, it’s nothing special about it. I do LOVE the Mexican Culture in the inside, but they are indeed do for a deep cleaning (especially the restrooms), and new restaurant furniture 🪑 (chairs and tables). I’d say give it a try, but don’t expect too much in return. I also wanted to mention the family vibes are amazing if you choose to ‘dine in’. (VERY FAMILY ORIENTED).

Rosa's is normally my go-to place for inexpensive Mexican food. Normally they have consistently good quality even if the food is sort of basic Mexican food. But this time we had cold food and some missing items. Will give them another chance in the future as labor shortages are hurting all restaurants these days.

Great service at Taco Tuesday! Everything was great today. Glad to see extra management on site for lunch. Last Tuesday for dinner was almost last straw. Basically every taco shell was broken thrown together and beans was like soup in both Togo meals. Still not up to testing drive thru service but eat here at least once a week.

I had a bad experience a couple weeks ago, because my order was bad . The chicken was so dry and looked old a couple times .. I love Rosa’s cafe so I decided to drive across town to another Rosa’s and I loved it there (Hulen) their food was always hot and fresh.. today I decided to come back and tried it again, I figured they had new employees, food was great now. But the drive through lady was rushing me when I was ordering. Never felt so rushed before in a drive thru line when there’s no cars behind me. They even forgot my tortillas so I went inside and a young lady named Amy took care of me along her manager… I can’t remember the lady at the windows name, but will update.

This Lake Worth location is very busy on the weekends. The food is good, but in my opinion it's over priced for what you get. I can eat at nearby Mexican restaurants with the same main entrees with Chips and salsa at no extra cost cheaper than Rosa's. Only reason my wife and I ate here was because my aunt wanted to celebrate her birthday there. For #22 chicken Fajitas & #55 two chicken enchiladas 2 waters it was $24.97

I'm sorry because while I usually leave positive reviews, I seldom will leave a negative one. I just have to today. I will say that the cashiers were very courteous. That's pretty much the only good thing I can say. We went here just on a whim. Drove by, saw it, and decided to stop. We shouldn't have. I had the burrito dinner. My husband had the Number 6 dinner. I can't tell you what it was because I couldn't tell by looking at it. The only thing that was recognizable was the beans and the rice. Unfortunately, everything on both plates tasted exactly the same, which was no taste at all. They ran out of seasonings or what??? I have no idea. I just know it was all terrible. If others like it, good for them. Carry on. But I can tell you one thing. This is NOT Mexican food.
