    Star line is providing best bus service to Feni’s inhabitants. They are very much concerned about time management. Except some traffic incidents you don’t see delay in schedule, they didn’t bother about number of passengers in any coach. People of Chittagong regions are more pious, star line is ensuring prayer break in every owakth whenever they stayed from their inception. This help them to create a place in people’s mind & increasing day by day.

    This bus is available mostly for Dhaka to Feni. Few buses for Chattogram. The service of this transport is good.

    Worst bus service in Dhaka to Feni Route , Lack of management, there is no ticket portal , helpline number nothinggg !! Just trash bus service running their business by removing other bus services.

    the sitting arrangment for passengers were dirty and disgraceful. though its a common scenerio in our country (that's the reason to give two stars, otherwise it should be less), keeping their customer base in mind- they should develop their counters and make a better waiting area.

    First time experience was not so good at all. I have visited from Feni to Dhaka and asked them bus timing, Counter person (two staff) ignored at least 4 times and then replied, where you will go? I said mirpur and then replied' we will not inform you anything just check our chart and timing'. They should behave politely but Didn't. Then i asked i need two tickets, let me know the time. They again replied lately that they have seat on H row and their response is totally unexpected and unprofessional. As my mother with me so i bought two tickets from them and Don't want further hassle. I want to make a suggestion to authority that your staff need better behaviour while communicate with customer and that's all.

    Some buses are not comfortable. Please starline, change your old buses.
