You pull up and are surrounded by a trailer park with what seems to have 1k of trailers in various levels of degradation. Parking makes you feel that locking your car doors will not be enough. Rooms are in a full 70's theme. With beds that have old mattresses. Room is nicely cleaned at. Walking in room I was meet with a strong body oder like a trucker who has been on the road for days. Pool was empty, lobby looked very dated, with a few Wyoming touches tossed in. Hallways were dark and uninviting. Hotel staff was however very nice.

Eh... its really dated. First thing I noticed upon walking into my room was the carpet is half burnt from the iron... has a musty basement smell to it. Windows are drafty and the bed is not comfortable. Definitely could not get a good night's rest. Not the best. But not the worst.

So first impression was pretty off-putting. Maybe it's just me, but I found the contactless check-in to be a little creepy. You walk in, it's dead silent, you can see into the pool area which looks like it hasn't been maintained for quite awhile. Then you have to call a number and someone in a different location watches you on the cameras and guides you step by step. The guy on the phone was pleasant. I guess it just put the thought of being watched into my head and that's the last thing you want to feel in a Hotel room. However once I got to my room I was pleasantly surprised, room smelled nice, bed is comfortable enough, I like the wood floor/wall paneling and mostly everything worked. Only complaint about the room itself is there's no coffee maker, there's no coffee in the lobby either so if you want coffee you'll have to go get it from the convenience store which is admittedly very close. I will recommend this hotel to other drivers and I will most likely return here next time I come through. Hopefully they'll have coffee by then 🤠 I almost forgot to mention that the price was right as well. 4 out of 5 stars.

Outdated but clean and comfortable. Said offered breakfast but another victim of Covid. Pool off the lobby was half empty, but was here to sleep, shower, and move on. Shower head needs replacing but worked. Price was right and I got last room. Picture was of the art in the room.. love it.

Booked online for a 3 queen bed room, which we found out they no longer have at this hotel. However the room was clean but NOTHING like what is shown on their website. Room seemed very outdated. There is no in room coffee pot.. No Lobby coffee... The doors to your room are old and very heavy. The pool is 1/2 drained, the exterior doors do not open from the outside, you have to use the front of hotel doors. They are loud and rusty. I was very shocked this hotel was part of the Choice Hotel family. Just absolutely disappointed in this hotel.

This hotel was terrible, we were suppose to stay July 9 and 10. The air conditioner in the room was only a fan the only time it cooled the room was overnight when it was cool outside. The window could not be opened as there was no screen, and the lock was broken so the security was a wooden dowel between the wall and window. The pool was non functioning with an oily scum floating on top of the half emptied water. The ice machines were all broken, the vending machines did not work. The person at the desk was borderline rude. The breakfast was not served, Covid I guess. Upon awakening, I found a large amount of ants on my shoes. We had paid for 2 nights on Priceline, but left after one. Priceline tried to call to help me get a refund of the night I was not staying, they never answered the phone. I would never stay here again

We had no choice but to stay here since it was the only hotel around with rooms available. The bathroom sink is broken. The window had no screen on it and the window was broke we had to go get a stick to be able to close. The t.v. didn't work and the A/C didn't work either. The only good thing about the stay was that the young man at the front desk was very nice.

Booked 2 days before arrival through a third party and then saw these reviews and asked to cancel within 5 minutes of booking since no amenities are provided as advertised - the pool has been broken for nearly a year (but the guy optimistically suggested I could call back the day before I arrive just in case, that must really give them a giggle), they don't serve breakfast because of COVID (let's be honest, this isn't the crowd that took it seriously anyway, and they just don't want to deal with it). I wasn't allowed to cancel despite false advertising on every single site. Cool cool, I can deal with it. Then I checked in the find the AC in the room is just a fan (they know, it's just 'how they are'), side entry doors don't work and are left wide open...literally swinging open. Feels so secure. Wi-Fi doesn't connect, and there are essentially no staff here. Have yet to see one since I checked in. Dirty towels laying in the hallway, vending is empty. No lobby coffee and no room coffee. Is this what the hotel industry has come to? Literally advertising anything and then Welp, sorry! when it comes to service and standards? because it's a nonrefundable stay? I'm too tired to fight with anyone about it, they obviously don't care. Stay elsewhere.

My visits to the hotel have been good overall. The rooms have been clean and the service provided by the front agents has been very good. As others have stated, yes the property needs some TLC (pool fixed and remodel lobby area).

I booked from go splitty on 12/21/2022, nothing like advertisements, I paid more fees compared to other websites because it said breakfast included, when checked in found out : no breakfast, not even complimentary coffees or water in the room. Pool is empty. limited towels, there was one small shampoo, heater is outdated only room is cleaned.

I do not recommend staying here. 1-the place is rundown, needs significant upgrades and repairs. The pool is drained and looks disgusting. The whole place smelled like an ash tray. The room had a wall heater from the 70’s, carpet was stained and stiff, the place needed cleaned. 2- the beds are not great. Very uncomfortable, hard, etc. 3 - the room and exterior doors close very loudly and shake the walls. We were kept up until 2am with banging doors and loud voices. 4 - most importantly - we did not feel overly safe in the room. The inside door lock was broke and didn’t work. Also could not lock the deadbolt from the inside. Additionally there was a significant gap around the door that showed light from the hallway into the room. Not secure.

We made our reservation for our one night stay back on July 14 for September 8. We arrived at the hotel, finding it is in a less desirable area of town. The area is the type that I wouldn't recommend walking to anything, especially after dark. We arrived at the front door and found it to be chained shut. The lights were all off and a security alarm was going off. Looking in from the outside it appeared that nobody had been inside in a very long time. We were very disappointed to have not been notified that the hotel was no longer open. We had to scramble and find a last minute room and were fortunate enought to find one but for a lot more money.

Had a reservation that I made 6 days before we traveled. Got a confirmation text the morning of the reservation. Showed up and the front door was chained and padlocked from the inside. No signs on the doors and no one answered the phone.
