The only reason we ended up here was because my husband booked it ( not my choice). Front desk personnel was helpful and courteous. But the place is dirty , out dated and has an unpleasant smell. The room had so many negatives to list. Our room smelled like cigarettes and we are not smokers. It was a rough night. Will not return or recommend to anyone.

My partner and I stayed here for a night on a cross country trip with our dog and we could not have been happier! We picked this hotel because the room rate was very reasonable but we were pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was! The lobby and common areas were very pretty and our room was great. Very clean with nice tile floors and a lot of space. We would definitely stay here if we’re ever in Las Cruces again :)

Room overlooking the people at the bar. Dirty, dingy, cheaply maintained and cheaply furnished. No blankets on bed only sheets. Really old drapes, particle board bedside table that was damaged and simply painted over with black paint. Missing base on one side of bedside table being held up by scrap piece of lumber. Looks like someone had a great idea to fix up this old hotel but didn't have enough money to follow through. Poor craftsmanship on repairs and cheap fixtures. Yellowish staining on caulking around toilet. Will not be staying again.

Hotel in itself is nice. Classic. The rooms on the other hand, dirty. The beds literally only had a sheet on them. The mattress was literally just sitting on a frame. The pillows weren’t even full sized they were the size of sofa throw pillows. My 9 year old noticed and laughed right away. This is NOT a 3 star hotel. 2 at most. We didn’t even bother using the shower as there was soap scum and rust all over it. See pictures I posted. Unless your in a bind, stay away.

Very beautiful peaceful place. We had dinner there enjoyed the swimming pool. There is one stop shopping there hair, nails, car rental and gift shops. Very friendly staff God bless your business and we felt very relaxed and at home

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. I was amazed by the entire ground floor. It was as if I was in a small town of Europe or in a resort town. The beautiful restaurant was occupied almost half of the floor in a adobe style surrounded by short white walls. The other half was a swimming pool and a lounge. Trees are planted in the building. You will see shops, street lamps, and sittings on the side of the street like corridor. The hotel was just mind blowing and made me want to stay there longer.

We had an enjoyable stay. I don't care much for adjoining rooms, but it is what it is. Our little girl loved the indoor pool. The atmosphere, the ambiance, the decor, and the restaurant were absolutely our favorite things about this place.

Great location for my visit. The room was super comfy. Great bed and I loved the different sized pillows they make the bed up with. The ambiance of the hotel is nice as well. It's the first place on this traveling vacation that I felt well rested after the nights sleep. I was here for 2 nights. The front desk personnel were always kind and helpful. Housekeeping was spot on too.

Overall we loved the hotel and according to the hotel there is a new owner and plan on updates. We loved the New Mexico feel of the hotel. The prices were very reasonable and the food in the restaurant was pretty good. We stayed across from the pool and enjoyed it but if you want quiet, ask for a room not near the pool. The room was clean and roomy. Updates are needed for electrical to charge phones and devises. I usually bring extension cords so that helped. The water in the room was extremely hot so be careful. The most concerning was the tub. It was very slick and even though there were grab bars, I was afraid to wash my hair. I am only 65 so I can imagine someone older will definitely have challenges there. But hopefully those are on the list for update. We would stay there again and enjoyed our visit!

Stay was very poor. Staff was very unprofessional and completely disregarded the handling of a security issue. knew that your apologies weren't sincere. I've had people observing your location since my stay at your location on Novemeber 21,2022 and they have found that the security you currently have, still lacks in all aspects of protecting your guest, which clearly indicates to me as well as many others on social media, that this Ramada has no regard for the safety of its guest. Emily, Josh, Bianca and yourself Elizabeth, have proven to me and many others, that you have no regard for anyone's safety. I am still waiting to hear from your District Manager or someone above him...I will not let this rest.

Stayed there for 1 night. I was expecting a lot worse based on the reviews. It does not stand out amongst other hotels I've stayed out except it has a thrifted/quirky setting. My only complaint are that some directions/better labeling to our room would of been more helpful. If you are planning on not spending much time there then its a good place to stay but I advice you not to do a white glove test. The sheets were clean, but if you are going in colder month/easily get cold, I would advise bringing an extra blanket. Overall, was good to stay at overnight and we appreciated that is was cheaper than others nearby.

The Ramada by Wyndham in Las Cruces New Mexico is absolutely fantastic it's a gorgeous gorgeous facility and hotel with beautiful rooms very clean. The when you walk in it's absolutely fantastic I can't say anything else about it like for real it is beautiful indoor swimming pool the restaurant the tile work the the feeling that you get when you walk into the Ramada by Wyndham in Las Cruces is top-notch you know as soon as you walk in that you're going to be taking care of the staff there is absolutely fantastic I strongly suggest if you're going to stay there and if it's for leisure with you and your significant other to take a break from just life and kids or whatever, I strongly strongly strongly suggest you get the deluxe king suite it is beautiful wonderful. When the Wyndham family of hotels built the Ramada in Las Cruces they did it right all the way.

Non-existent stay BUT, We booked a room and found out that the snooty woman scam artist had given us a smelly dog room. We asked for another room and she said there were no more in that price range. She offered a more expensive one but we rejected the offer since she had already pulled a bait n switch on us. I’m being really nice to say that this gal is a scam. After we saw how she abused the lady before us in a similar manner we opted out and found a much better stay at the La Quinta. They are much nicer and honest there. This Ramada needs to change their abusive aggressive policy if they want to stay in business. Again that was me “pulling punches” because we were really disgusted by that girls manners.

It's an old hotel that use to be nice, Over priced motel 6 rooms. No air conditioning in the summer. Feel super bad the employees have to work in these conditions. I've drove through Las Cruces multiple time and stay here, someone should fix the check in lane light been like this for years. This is def not a luxury hotel I think $50 a night would be fair.

The staff on Thursday around 3 were horrible. And then the morning waitress on Friday's over in the Cafe, her attitude was bad. The cook came out and brought our food. He was so kind and polite, and at least smiled. There was one guy who worked Friday around 9 am he was the only good thing on the hotel staff. The lady cleaning the room was sweet as well. But I would not recommend this hotel to my family or close friends.

Hotel is great, great rooms, good food, many amenities, but staff rude and Manager is discriminate of locals. At checkout he was very rude to My GF assuming she was smoking in our room before he went to check room, an hour after checkout he tried to charge my CC $102 for some sheet that was supposedly ruined. My gF cleaned the room had everything ready for housekeeper to do her job faster and even left a $20 tip and he still tried to charge me. I filed a complaint to corporate and owner, still have not been contacted by owner. Aside that place is great, employees need some attitude adjustments.

The food was excellent in the restaurant, fresh and delicious. The staff were all professional and friendly. It was clean and cute. Maybe not as updated as some other hotels, but the ambience and staff make it excel above other hotels. The restaurant really upped our stay.

This place is gone completely downhill and they don't run the air conditioners so the rooms are a 100°. When you walk into them... management was like oh not our problem. Places rundown and sheets on the bed suck.

This was an amazing find via Priceline. Beautiful old hotel with rich historic architecture and feel. The rooms were adequate for my needs. Not quite caught up with modern business traveler needs but the atmosphere made up for the lack of USB connectivity.

The cleanliness of the facilities were quite poor. It's an older location, which is fine by not well maintained. Staff was ok, not particularly friendly. It was fine for my need for one trip but I would not stay here again.

The decor in the lobby/central area is amazing. Conveniently located near NMU if you have business there. Near the historic town of Mesilla. Conveniently close to shopping. Room was very clean, all hotel employees were very friendly. Restaurant food was good.

We were in a room just off the pool. Very dated, we were disappointed as we stayed there some months back in a different area. It was nice then. Must have been a newer wing. We feel like we don't want to stay there again...there are too many other properties to choose from. Too bad. And neither here nor there, there was a big amount of road construction going on. Gift shop merch was dated, exercise room had no power. Hotel reeks of chlorine from the indoor pool. Next...

Friendly staff, great comfortable rooms with amazing view to atrium and pool. The hotel also has a restaurant with good traditional Mexican food menu items - I recommend and will stay again when back in las cruces.

My wife burnt her hand on the extremely hot water coming from the bathroom faucet. Room was dirty. Ceiling in bathroom had black mold. Refrigerator didn’t work and when I made coffee in the morning my coffee had disgusting debris in it. Told 2 people at the front desk and they said they’d make a ‘work order’. Will not be staying at Ramadas anymore. Would not recommend staying here it’s not worth it a 2 star hotel is cleaner and more professional and cheaper priced.

Hair and hair pins on the bathroom floor. No where to plug your phone near the bed, The lamp next to the bed didn't work. Dryer worked for a min and stopped. Beds were comfy.. decent place with a restaurant inside etc. Has the room been better cleaned this would have been a bargain.

Room was so loud because only a glass window separates you from the main area and pool. I had to sleep with a tv on for the first time in years. The decor was old. Many scratches on stuff, even all over the walls. It was definitely not worth the $114 a night. The bed was the best hotel bed ever, if you like firm beds. I wouldn’t stay here again unless the rooms have been renovated. Then I would give it’s other try.

Gentleman, L., rude and comes across as if you’re bothering him at the front desk. Interior of hotel was beautiful with the pool inside. Room was basic. Bathtub was clogged/slow draining so water came mid-calf during shower. Shower head leaked and soaked the floor. So the stay was okay. Overpriced for the quality of the room. Just sheets were on the beds.

Needed a room for the night. No lights in parking lot. Homeless people hanging out in parking lot bothering guests. They were also sleeping in the parking lot. Front desk didn't seem to care. The room was not worth the price. Over all I would never stay here again. I've stayed at lower rated hotels and had a better experience and payed less.

We had an issue at the Comfort Inn & Suites since there were no clean rooms available when we arrived around midnight. Very upset, my family and I left and found the first hotel which was the Ramada down the road. Very tired, after being in the road for 12 hours, I walked in to see if they had 2 rooms available. The front desk clerk ( I believe Cody is his name. Slim, tall, long blond hair) assisted me immediately and checked me in for the 2 rooms I requested. We got a good night's rest and got back on the road the next morning. But first, we had breakfast at the cute little Restaurant inside the hotel named Las Palmas. The food was delicious and the service by the waitress was great! This will definitely be or hotel from now on when driving back to and back from California since Las Cruces is our ½ way point. Love the look and feel of the hotel! We look forward to using the indoor pool next time!

I was just looking for a place to sleep on a long road trip. Decently priced with good reviews. However it should be said there's 2 sets of rooms. Mine is in the back and it's gross. The fridge is barely cool and i need to store my medication. They let me take a service dog but my dog barked till almost 2 in the morning because of all the doors that were slammed. Sorry people. And the door slamming started back up at 6am. I'm so tired from my stay here incredibly disappointed. If you going on a weekend for fun this would be a great place to stay. If you need rest after a long trip and are sensitive to noices, not so much. I tried turning on the bathroom fan to block out the noises but it's attached to a heater. I got extra coffee when i checked in, but when i got to the room everything was decaf. So i didn't get extra. I just got coffee and I'm going to need it.
