You have to be here. Lovely selection of cigars, spoil yourself with a large collection of whiskey, be entertained by the ever funny bartender, Mr. Sinbad. Jane is so willing to share all her knowledge about cigar with you when asked upon. Batty is there to make sure you have your drinks and food taken care off. The environment is very relaxing, the music is pleasing and the sofa is very comfortable. Will be back again and again. Oh if you are worried about the cost, don't be. All is worth every penny. Oh one more very important thing, the.staff kept the place so clean that even my mother will approve.

This is a hidden gem in Bangkok. Nice cocktails and stylish bar. This bar has a high-end feeling. The interior and atmosphere attracts a more grown up audience. Perfect place for a cocktail. There's often live music as well.

So, a friend from work went to Bangkok last year with his wife and some friends. While there he found this place and in turn told me about it. My wife and I decided to go to Bangkok and I was determined to check this place out. What can I say? This place has everything you want in a cigar lounge and then some. Soft leather seating, more than one tv, a bar, membership, whiskeys, cigars, I mean damn how could you go wrong. I met one of the managers who informed me that when they opened, some years back they were the only cigar bar in Bangkok. Now there are several. Did I mention that they have lockers and a VIP room. Very classy and good vibe pub, feel like sit in the London bar. However the smell of Cigars is too much, so not a non-smoker friendly place. Lots of whisky to try and good live music

EXCELLENT high end bar for grown folks. As you can tell from the name, the place serves whiskey and cigars but it offers so much more. I visited late this past Saturday night on the recommendation of a friend who has lived in Thailand for a few months. I was searching for an authentic old fashioned. When I arrived around 1130pm, the live band was jamming and finishing up a set but they stayed around for a few more songs at the request of the audience. They were very good! The mixologist here made a perfect old fashioned and she was very knowledgeable of all the whiskey! She happily answered all my questions and gave recommendations based on my taste. All the staff were very friendly and personable. I felt very welcomed! Oh, the manager was amazing too. When he found out I was traveling to Hong Kong the next day, he insisted that I sample, Baijiu, a popular Chinese liquor. The Baijiu is definitely an acquired taste but I truly appreciate the manager's hospitality! The ambiance and decor is very stylish and relaxing. This is a place you can take a date or hang with friends. The only bad thing I have to say is I wish I had discovered this place earlier during my stay in Thailand. When I return, this will definitely be my "cheers".

Visited two nights in a row. Very impressive whiskey selection and ample cigars available in the walk-in humidor. Wait and bar staff are phenomenal and service is impeccable. I will visit again and would definitely recommend as a required stop while in Bangkok.

A near-perfect whiskey bar. 🌹 I found my favorite whisky varieties here, and the overall lighting and service level are worthy of praise. 🌹🌹🌹 The only band I met today was too loud. I hope that's not always the case.🙉🙈🙉🙈

In a country where I found it hard to get decent whisky at most bars, this place was like heaven. They have a very strong selection of whiskies (though I hope they add more Islay selections in the future) and cigars to accompany them. The people serving you are knowledgeable and the service is great. My friend and I had a great time and I am definitely returning whenever I am in Bangkok next. Prices are on the higher side, but worth it, IMO.

We asked for a medium well Tomahawk, and they served us a well burnt steak. The waiter had the audacity to say next time they will do it better. I was expecting a lot from this place, but was completely disappointed

Food is top quality. There are other aspects to this integrated restaurant / beer / whiskey / cigar establishment too. I did not expect such quality. Sure, this place is definitely not cheap. But the good was actually good. Recommend the nachos with TexMex salad style filling. And the pork ribs were generous, tender and tasty. Perfect start to an evening for western cowboy 😉 visitors.

Amazing selection of whisky. Couldn't stay long as I was running late for dinner. Staff were very helpful in assisting with a whisky style to suit my taste.

Great selection of Cigars and the selection of drinks are about the best in Bangkok. The prices are good and the service is amazing. I am not one to rate 5 stars often but they really knock it out of the park here!!

Didn't eat anything, but referred to the cocktails in the Food Rating. Great live music! My only negative comment is that it seems like they raised their cigar prices significantly. 1,200THB for the stick I got should have been more like 700. Other than that, great service and ambiance.

The atmosphere of this bar was incredible - they had live music and an impressive whiskey and cigar selection. Staff was extremely friendly and was helpful in selecting a cigar pairing for me, as I don't smoke cigars often.

Cool place with live music on certain days, whiskies by the bottle and glass, will come back, and bring your special friends too! You can leave your bottle if not finished and bring your own cigars but duh, place sells also their own and it is amazing walk in humidor. Do it! Enjoy classy evening with friends! (don't remember the fee from 2 yrs ago). Disappointed no bottle card though, have to take a photo. Attached Craft beer place serves the place. Unfortunately felt the staff was not as attentive as you'd expect for the style and price of place (took one hour for staff to realise we didn't have coasters for our glasses until we asked for them, it was not busy at all on that Saturday night) and buying a cigar was as a noob disappointing experience due to lack of service by staff when asked for help. As a whole good experience after two years of not visiting and my friend enjoyed this special treat to him as farewell gift. Place has this amazing smell to it that i love. The leather sofas are to die for.

Definition of cigar & whisky bar! Live jazz music is fantastic! I did not try their cigar. Large varieties of singlemalts and bourbons. You can also pick some of almost 20 3-drinks tasting sets they offer to comepare. Price is high in general but reasonable for this type of bar. Will recommend anyone who enjoys: + Whiskies + Cigars Will not recommend to anyone who: - Are easily iritated by smoke. You will not be able to avoid it. But that is what makes this place what it is. Staff is super friendly and helpful, the place has the style needed, the recommendations for first timers (on cigars) are great, and overall everything was at the expectations or better. Cigar is a good but the atmosphere is not for a cigar lover. Load music, a noisy. The AC air is high and you can not even smell your cigar. I’m talking here about cigar aficionado. The owner is gentleman and if he read my comments I wish to improve those points. Thanks

Had a great night at Whisgars. I don't drink whiskey and they had a selection of wines to choose from. Great atmosphere with the band. Attentive staff and comfortable chairs. A nice break from the heat as well. Highly recommended.

Great place. Walk in humidor. Excellent selection of cigars but pricy. They also added a 50 Bhatt service fee.

Everthing is great, cigar, whisky and cocktail. But it is little bit cold for me. The band show starts from 9:30. Keep in mind, if you fully enjoy the vibe of WHISGARS.
