The hotel is a beautiful and relaxing place full of details to discover, the garden is definitely a fantastic plus added to this cozy venue. Nicole and her beautiful assistant Rosalia will make you feel home and welcomed for sure! The full breakfast at the garden, with Nicole’s pastries it’s something that you definitely should not miss. Location is a short and easy walk to the center of Cannes. I would definitely not only recommend it, but would also like to stay there again myself.

Right then! The reason we booked this hotel was because of the plentiful list of fantastic reviews. Unfortunately, upon arrival there was an instant sense of a majorly outdated hotel. Whilst it’s a lovely idea to have feature rooms that are painted with film scenes. It comes across as a little/ a lot tacky. The initial room we were presented was badly presented and had a putrid smell exuding from the air conditioning unit. We were quickly and kindly moved to another room by the extremely apologetic owner. Unfortunately apart from the smell this room had little improvement. After deciding to get sufficiently drunk enough in Cannes we decided to return to our hotel room and sleep through whatever discomfort might have faced us. In the morning we decided to have breakfast in the garden of the hotel which was very pleasant and decided to make our escape after paying the bill. Our bill came to around £170.00 for 1 night. The room and experience in all honesty felt as if it was worth £40 -£45. The staff in this hotel were absolutely magical and incredibly kind, it is for that reason I have given 2 stars for our experience. Please be aware before you book!

Truly well-kept hotel. The themed rooms are unique and well-maintained, as well as perfectly clean. Comfortable bed and very spacious bathroom. I stayed in elves and dragons room:) The owner is a very sweet, kind, and helpful lady, always ready to assist you. Excellent breakfast with delicious handmade cakes every morning, fresh juice, and the inevitable French croissants. The center of Cannes is reachable on foot in 15 minutes. Located in a residential and quiet area.

I enjoyed my stay at Ideal Sejour. Lovely peaceful place to escape the bustle of the centre of town. Very comfortable bed and the room was of a good size. The owner was very caring and helpful. I enjoyed the peaceful garden and a cold beer at the end of a busy day. Breakfast was freshly made and included fresh fruits, cakes and breads and good coffee. Yes, it's a short walk from the centre but I saw that as good exercise after indulging in the many excellent restaurants in town. If you prefer your hotels to be less corporate and more like a family home then this is for you.

Excellent hotel with a great charm and wonderful personalized 5 star service by the owner Ms.Nicole. Uniquley decorated rooms, comfortable beds and suberb breakfast. Perfect location...calm neigborhood and just a few minutes away from La Croisette.

We were invited to a congress in Cannes, having booked after my colleagues I had not had the chance to sleep in the same hotel as them, the only hotel available was hotel Ideal Sejour away from the center but at the same price as my colleagues who were in the city center. I had a small room with an overloaded decoration in the room especially on the walls, I felt like I was in a teenager's room even though I had not taken the cheapest room. Total disappointment

The staff are lovely, but be careful, no activity in the hotel, neither swimming pool nor restaurant and you must avoid the classic room because it is too small for a long stay

Magical place to stay. Amazing service by the host and we felt at home. Definitely one of the most charming, welcoming experiences we've had in france.

We really liked our stay in this hotel. Nicole was very friendly, cheerful and helped us a lot. The room was a little bit small, but nice decorated, good and unique atmosphere. The garden is lovely, breakfast good and fresh.

We stayed three nights in this charming and cosy hotel and we really liked it. The owner, Nicole, was very friendly and cared about our stay, The rooms are individually decorated all of them related to literature. The breakfast was very tasty and if it's sunny you can have it outside the beautiful garden. The situation is a bit far, about 20 min. walk from the centre but the place is quiet and relaxed.

Great place to stay though you need to go up the hill to reach the hotel from the seaside. Otherwise, the hotel is nice and staff too

First class service, just a short walk away from downtown Cannes. The breakfasts & garden were incredible. They truly go out of their way to make your stay the best possible. Stay here if you're going to Cannes!

My friend and I stayed for three nights at this delightful B&B hotel. The setting is very peaceful and quiet. The garden where you have breakfast is tranquil and makes you want to linger to enjoy the lovely garden. Madame Nicole was an attentive host. For breakfast she serves delicious croissants she bakes herself. The rooms were spotlessly clean and serviced daily. The beds were very comfortable and dressed with good quality linen. The hotel is a good 15 minute walk from the main centre of Cannes. On the way down it is a bit quicker but the return is uphill. The walk was offset by being able to enjoy the peaceful neighbourhood of the hotel. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Wonderful place, full of character. My room was the cartoons room and really beautifully made up. Moreover, everything worked, super clean and a charming and warm welcome. Highly recommended.

Clean and pleasant room, if a little unusual on the decor. The ensuite bathroom looked recently renovated. The location was approximately 15 minute walk from the centre and very handy for the train station. The staff were extremely pleasant and could not do enough to ensure you felt welcome. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. I would stay there again.

Wonderful stay. I just hope to have more time on a following stay to fully enjoy the amazing breakfast, the beautiful inner courtyard and Cannes. The owner is absolutely charming. - My most appreciated stay in all my international hotel visits 2023!
