We toured the facility with Tori and she was super friendly and helpful! She showed us multiple floor plans that we were interested in and helped us find the best fit for our family. Additionally, she was helpful when we were ready to sign, as she worked to find the best lease terms for our floor plan and move in date! The community seems great, and we are excited to move in soon!

I lived here for about 2-1/2 yrs and it is a really great community with so many nice people! I will definitely so many neighbors. Only reason I gave 4 stars is I think it is a little on the expensive side for the patio style units with walk-in attached garages like I had. But the units are nice and you do get a lot of features with the clubhouse, gym, pool, dog park, outdoor games, walking trails, etc. I really liked the short 10 min walk to downtown Powell too.

Cortland Powell has been a great place to live! We moved in back in April of 2021 and I just bought a house and moved out in November of 2023. Mark and his team are amazing. The app is so easy to use to pay your rent and request maintenance appointments as needed. I have been thoroughly impressed with their attention to detail and always following up on any concerns I had which weren’t many. I would tell anyone that if they are looking to be in Powell and haven’t found a house yet that Cortland is the place to be. The amenities they have are impressive as my kids loved the pool and clubhouse area.

I moved to Cortland Powell not anticipating to stay there more than a year. I signed my second year lease because living here has been quite nice. It’s quiet, maintenance is great, management is fantastic and The apartment is very nice. If I were going to recommend apartment, living in Columbus, specifically, Powell, I would recommend Cortland Powell!

Great rental experience. Apartments are nice sized and have separate storage rooms. Covered walkways are nice on wet days. The maintenance staff keeps the units and grounds well maintained. My dog loved the dog park. Definitely recommend staying here.

I have lived here at Cortland Powell for almost 2 years and I can tell you it is the best apt. I have ever lived in!! I can't give the personnel like Mark, Sakeena, and the maintenance personnel enough praise for all they do!! They are at your beckon call 24/7!! This is definitely apt. living resort style for sure! We are in a clean, secure complex, which they do a great job keeping it lovely and always doing preventative maintenance to keep us safe!! Thanks to all the staff for what they do and how professional and pleasant they are!! I love living here!!!

Been staying at this place for almost 2+ years. Amazing place with amazing accommodations. The gym is my favorite spot to hang out with friends, get a quick workout in, and bike out to the many forest trails leading to some of the most scenic routes I’ve seen here in Ohio. We’ve had 6-7 relatives come live here with us just because of how much we love it here and they say the exact same thing. Truly a massive step up from anywhere else we’ve rented.
