Go to YELP and FACEBOOK and read those reviews of the Springs. I wish I read those reviews before renting- consider yourself warned. PAPER THIN walls and ceilings. You will hear EVERYTHING from your upstairs and even side-neighbors. I had to listen to every foot step, every door close, even the toilet flush, etc. My year at the Springs felt like living in a tin can, the apartments are very cheaply built. It was miserable, had to use my sound system to block out all the intrusive noise. Everything you CAN SEE is beautiful, do not fall for this like I did. Looks can be very deceiving, they are designed to look enticing. I'll never make the same mistake again. If paying $1,566 plus utilities a month to listen to a play-by-play of your neighbors' lives sounds fun, the Springs at Liberty may be for you! I personally wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Shame on you, Continental Properties for marketing such poorly built apartments. You're a bunch of con artists- worst apartment I've had in 10 years of renting.

While the staff are friendly and helpful, I do not feel that the upper management care about these properties. The main entrance gate as well as the pedestrian gate have been broken for months despite management being aware. Sometimes trash is not collected for seemingly no reason. Maintenance requests are generally resolved but on more than one occasion, they have been only partially resolved, requiring a duplicate request. Rent is slightly higher than other comparable complexes and misleading through inclusion of "lifestyle fees" and other arbitrary tacked on costs. I will update this review if I feel that these issues are addressed.

Springs at Liberty Township respond fairly quickly when you’re seeking to lease from them. I have now been waiting for them to return the $ for an apartment I was looking to rent since July. It was sent to an incorrect mailing address (missing box number, so most likely lost and will not forward to my new mailing address). I have been calling and emailing Jason with no response. Unfortunately I cannot just walk-in since I’m in a different state! Can someone please respond to me !?!?

This is like my dream apartments! It’s honestly like a complete community not to mention all the things they do for dogs! Like a dog bath and two dog parks! Jason Jason the property manager has gone over and beyond for me and my family you matter what we need. I’ve never been treated as well here than any other place would definitely recommend this to anyone, especially if your dog lover!

The management here is outstanding. Alex, Todd & Jason are wonderful people to deal with. All are Professional & simply a delight to work with. Even the maintenance guys where friendly. Grounds are kept super clean. Our Apartment is updated. Overall the community is super quiet & kept incredibly nice.

This place is honestly amazing. The staff, neighbors are always so nice and friendly. The maintenance team, Cris, Rene and Gerson does a great job always & truly cares about how well they do their job. Not to mention the office team! Jason, Todd and Alex are always so kind all the time, and goes out their way makes sure problems are fixed to satisfaction. They are truly kind and amazing people.

To be honest, I didn’t want to leave this apartment. My job moved me but it was by far the best place to live! I enjoyed the community, the employees and over all had a wonderful experience! Especially if you have a dog, they are so welcoming to pets and made me feel like it was the best home!

Moved in recently under a tight schedule. The staff was very accommodating, ensuring a quick and smooth move-in. Great experience!

I moved into a unit that had a strong cigarette smoke odor from the previous tenant. I tried opening windows and airing it out with a fan, but the air, my belongings, and my clothes still smelled terrible. I reached out to the office, and they had me moved to a new unit within the same week. They didn't question or dispute the smell, they just wanted me to be satisfied. Thanks to Jason, Rene, Chris, and Alex for getting me moved into a new place, even when shorthanded. My only complaint about the community is the assigned parking. It makes having guests over difficult. I would much prefer an ungated first-come, first-serve approach.

My husband and I have only been residents of Springs at Liberty for a few days, but ever since we first toured, Springs had made us feel at home. We had a unique circumstance, and needed to find somewhere to move quick, and for short term. Holly listened to our needs with sincerity, and went out of her way to assist us in trying to find a solution. We knew we wanted to move to Springs, so we toured a second time. Jason took the time to show us a few more units, including one not yet available, to help us find the perfect unit to fit our needs. He was also understanding of our situation, and assured us that they could help. We could not be more pleased with the condition of the unit, including the cleanliness, the quietness of the neighborhood, the security, the quality of the appliances... It really feels like home here. We had a few minor repair requests, and Tom and Renee were sent out quickly, and came prepared to do the jobs. The staff here are all pleasant and professional. Even when they are busy, they always take the time to give attention to our needs. In this day in age to experience exceptional customer service is rare. Prior to moving to Springs, we were renting somewhere else, where we were given false promises, which quickly changed after we moved in and were locked into our lease. That is not the case here, Springs delivers on their promises, and take great pride in their residences and the community. While we will only be residents few months, we look forward to our stay here.
