Before being at Estúdio One, I attended larger gyms, but they did not have such targeted support as what I have at Estúdio One. I didn't like exercising and I'm starting to enjoy doing it. I'm essentially grateful to Cátia for the encouragement she's given me. The space seems small, but it has everything you need to do an active workout, without any monotony.

Individual classes are highly effective. In my case, the first exercises were aimed at the knees and other joints. The improvements were felt almost immediately. The mobility of schedules is another great advantage. I also mention the extraordinary empathy between coaches and practicing partners.
