I’ve only taken 2 classes, but I have been practicing the reformer for 12+ years, sometimes 7days a week. The classes are of good quality, the studio is stunning, and with only 8 reformers I understand why they have to charge what they charge. But, the price is higher then the studios I practise in NY, London and Sydney. And for Portugal, that then means you really cater for an high income expat community. Will I return, yes bcs it’s close to my house. Will I take weekly classes, No, therefor I find it too expensive.

I had on Monday my first prescription class with Amy, loved it! I have Reformer experience but prefered to take a beginner class, Amy explained me everything i had to know about the reformer they use. It was a very good way to start the week. If i come back to Lisbon i would definitely have an other prescription class. It’s also a very nice studio.

My new go-to pilates studio. Very clean, excellent classes and very friendly staff. Also the interior is super nice and the machines are brand new. I wish they would open another one around Cais de Sodre.

New dynamic pilate studio in Lisbon - I did my first pilate class there and absolutely loved it. The aesthetic of the place, the friendliness of the teachers, and the class format - 50 min - is perfect and very effective. Already addict !

Ridiculously expensive. Price per class: EUR 35 - in the country I used to live (much more expensive than Portugal in Northern Europe), I got unlimited classes of reformer pilates, hot yoga/yoga and barre for 87/month. There’s really nothing about this studio justifying the rip off price.

As it was my first Pilates session with reformer I was really surprised by the efficiency to work out every single muscles ! The teachers, full of energy and good vibes showed us every mouvements and corrected us when we were doing wrong. I loved the experience and the design of the place is just stunning ! What really stood out to me about Prescription was the dynamic aspect of their Pilates classes. Stopped in at prescription for a little pre-wedding Pilates while in Lisbon and was so impressed by this beautiful studio. I didn’t know what to expect but the classes were in English, and the instructor was very knowledgeable. I loved the trampoline-like jumpboards, and though I didn’t feel the class was too challenging during the class, I definitely felt it later!

I had the chance to take Reformer Classes at Prescription studio since the opening and it was beyond my expectations! The place is warm and tastefully designed, teachers are amazing (Thanks Helena and Heloise for sharing so much of your energy) and the concept is simply the best Thanks Vanessa for everything !!! I am now back to France and miss this place so much. Hope to be back soon :)

I had the chance to discover the Presciption studio which I highly recommend. I had the opportunity to take lessons with three teachers with very different styles, which allow us to find the teaching that suits us best, with common points in seriousness, knowledge, quality of supervision and kindness which were all there. I am a yoga teacher and am particularly attached to good body positioning, which has always been the case. Everyone was attentive to an injury I had and gave good advice when it came to practice (very effective for re-muscle the body). The place is beautiful, warm and welcoming, the staff friendly, responsive and very attentive, and the icing on the cake, the manager Vanessa takes great care of us. Thank you very much for the welcome ✨

Very welcoming environment, tastefully curated decor, incredibly dynamic Pilates sessions on the reformer, those are some of the words that can be used to describe Prescription! I had a blast even tho it was my first ever Pilates class. The instructor, which was lovely, kept us really motivated and the exercises were fun but quite intense. The whole group emanated very positives vibes. Loved it, can't wait to be back on the reformer!
