My cancellation policy is 30 days notice..... as of 3 AUGUST 2020 SOLINCA IS STILL CHARGING ME via the direct debit and having visited the venue and talked to numerous people (including the club Manager Ines who was present and avoiding me the entire time during the visit) They are unable to resolve the situation or refund the back payment I am owed. Once they have your banking details they will never let you go. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!
