Calmo, tranquilo e personalizado

Firstly, very welcoming. I’m only in town for a few days and they have a day rate which makes it great for passing by. Everything I needed from cables, kettlebells, pull up bars, dip bars, benches, barbells, bands, foam rollers etc. I think there was only a smith machine not a full squat rack but not a big deal for me. Secondly, very friendly and welcoming despite my only Portuguese being “obregado”. They also had a treatment room if you need some physical therapy but can’t tell you who or how they treat. Would highly recommend for anyone passing by and needing an effective place to train 🤙
