Great location, great rooms, but: Very noisy, not recommended for 4 people (family) as the replacement bed is really bad. Please do not book breakfast - it comes in a box - with instant coffee, but no kettle. There are simply better and cheaper alternatives on the doorstep. Traveling without a car is recommended as it is difficult to find a parking space.

The apartment hotel is well located in Lisbon's old town. There are good restaurants not far away, and public transport is practically right in front of the hotel. Negative aspects: - The hotel is located right next to the traditional tram, which is not exactly quiet, but it is not a problem for a good night's sleep. -Apartment 2b has defective ventilation. -The breakfast box is fine, but some of the side dishes have expired or are about to expire. -Decoration very simple but nice.

Our apartment was spacious, clean and well-equipped. The electronic check-in also went smoothly. We didn't have to worry about things such as kitchen utensils (from toaster to corkscrew) or basic bathroom cosmetics (shampoo, soap, conditioner). The furniture and equipment are pretty intuitive. The slight drawback was the air conditioner -while it worked perfectly, February nights can get a bit too chilly, and the air gets dry quite fast.

Great apartments on the most lovely spot of the city. The tram stop is just in front. The rooms are cleaned daily, even during the weekend. I will book again next time I'll be in town!

2 of the 3 windows were broken off there hinges. Wouldn't be a big deal if they weren't 6 ft tall!!! Only could use 1 of the 3 balconies on our suite. We checked in at 830am and went on our way to explore Lisbon. Be careful with the luggage storage it isn't secure and will not take larger suitcases. We returned to our room a full hour after check in was allowed to find our room still not complete. Definitely an IKEA vibe to the rooms, but they did there job.

Stayed here for two nights. Lovely apartment hotel with kitchen and close to Alfama. Very clean. Self check-in is a bit complicated but overall great experience.

Customer service is a bad joke, we only received the door code after calling several times and only via a number that the (very nice) cleaner gave us. In this way we also avoided the apparently complicated self-check-in at the machine. Apartment in fair condition, sufficient facilities for cooking, good location.

Checking in is a hassle as it is not manned by human. Faced the machine and if you need help, use the phone and a friendly and patience guy will help you. Personally, I dont like this check in as I have issue with my booking number and credit card pin. It took me quite a while to get it sorted out with the helpful staff over the line. Parking is an issue. I was guided to park nearby garage and it cost me 69€ for less than 48 hours. Dont drive if you want to stay this place. Other than that, the place is well quipped and it also has a self serve washer and dryer. Eateries nearby and nice scenary.

They are well located, clean, and comfortable. We were missing some utensils, such as a frying pan and some cutlery, we also missed some cleaning equipment such as a brush, brush or mop, something could be spilled on the floor and there is no way to pick it up. The rest is good, air conditioning, etc.. Recommended

Super easy self check-in process which was great since we arrived past midnight. Apartment 0b was right on the street but the windows are reflectively tinted which made it feel safer. Uphill climb to the apartment from the metro station but decent restaurants/bars close by. Also easy to catch the 28 tram a few blocks away. Very modern and clean interior. Would stay again just for the convenience.

It was a nice place to stay. The check-in is after 3 am and this isn't very great but the location is very good, the rooms are clean and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Fun serviced apartments in the Alfama, Lisbon's ancient old city. Fully functioning with modern kitchenette that included dishwasher, two-range porcelain stove-top, and half-refrigerator that has an ice-box compartment. Free fast wifi in each room. Modern and comfortable bathrooms. Powerful and efficient air-conditioning/heating unit. Important to note that the staff will knock every morning to service your apartment without fail, sometimes entering without warning. There is no obvious way to indicate "do not disturb," so self-sufficient guests who do not require the services of the cleaning staff should submit a request to Hello Lisbon apartments to forgo. Lovely rooftop communal area with Riad-style fruit trees in the center and herbs such as basil, rosemary, and tarragon growing in abundance. The hotel is only a short-walking distance from plenty of exciting and beautiful cultural attractions such as the Castle Sao Jorge and the Portas do Sol as well as amenities such as the Pingo Doce grocery store. Plenty, and I do mean plenty, of traditional Portugese cuisine and Fado music everywhere in this location. Try The Pit Cafe near the Roman Theater Museum for wonderful hospitality, delicious vegetable soup and a lovely mixed tapas platter for two served by the owner Manuel himself.

Well located hotel: near the tram, very close on foot to viewpoints and monuments. Clean, spacious and well equipped. On the other hand, a king size bed is cool but a sofa is not wide enough, 120cm for 2 is too small! We had breakfast: 10 euros per person was really expensive to have a packed cardboard box (with 1 yogurt for 2!)!!!. plus we didn't choose the time at which we were delivered, between 7:30 a.m./ 9 a.m....9 a.m. was very, too late for us, I regret having taken the breakfast option. Free deposit very appreciable, no contact person, it's an automaton but remote help in in case of problems. good responsiveness in the event of a special request made by email or telephone.

Fabulous location, you are walking to several tourist attractions such as Santa LucĂa and Gracia viewpoints and San Jorge castle among others. Parking is complicated but if you move a little you can park, we left it near the Mirador de la Gracia, 5 minutes walk from the hotel, the bad thing is that you had to pay 6 euros per day for the Azulinos area. As for cleaning, the kitchenware was dirty and no utensils to do it. In the bathroom only a small bottle of gel and another of complimentary shampoo, you need to bring your own. Another thing to mention is the noise both at night and during the day when walking on the upper floors. The attention to any questions or problems is quite good and fast. Despite the buts, I recommend it and would return

If you like sleep don’t stay here, we requested a quiet apartment and they put us right by the road side and it’s incredibly loud with a tram stop next to it , you can hear everything thought the night and just end up with broken sleep. The virtual checking was broken and the phone they had installed had a dead phone line therefore we had to use a mobile to contact them which could incur costly roaming charges.

Our apartment had one bedroom and was almost perfect. A nice yard with our own little table, space for sunbathing. Airconditioning in both bedroom and living room. Kitchenette. Wifi. Bath tub. Plenty of towels. Plenty of hot water. Effective blinders. Silence. But we had some problems. Customer service stopped answering after 2 days. Stove did not work for frying pans. Remote controls for airconditioning barely worked.

We were there from August 31st. until September 7, 2016 in this hotel. We really liked it there. Everything was as described. Only the bathroom hadn't been wiped for a long time. People who are very sensitive to noise should book a room facing the courtyard. You can recommend the hotel with a clear conscience!

I am a travel agent who booked this hotel for 3 night stop over for a client...my clients trip was cancelled due to covid 19...I tried to get a travel credit for next year and hotel refused any assistance. I will not and do not recommend this hotel ever! Good Luck trying to speak to owner or manager reservations won't even give their name...personally when I was talking to reception it was probably owner!
