EDIT: Thank you for your response. I had driven home and eaten 1 half of my lunch before almost finishing off the 2nd half when it was spotted and I almost threw up. Safe to say that put me off travelling over 10 minutes on a Sunday for a replacement bagel or a refund which would have encountered an uncomfortable interaction. I think a growth opportunity here is the investigate how this occurred to ensure your food safety is up to scratch as a few of these 1 star reviews highlight the same calibre of complaints. All the best, would have loved to continue to support you after our 10/10 bagels and coffees we had yesterday 🥲 Just came in and got 2 bagels and my grilled chicken and avo had a stick/piece of wood in it. Very lucky I saw it sticking out before I ate it. Super disappointing as we came here 2 days in a row and yesterday was fine :(

Never having tried a bagel before - shock horror!- my friends and I took to NYC bagel deli and had an absolutely divine experience! Such a variety of different bagels and fillings that all sound so scrumptious. I opted for the classic salmon bagel and it was great, paired with a nice coffee. Staff and service were friendly and attentive. Good price range and flavour options.

Bagel was slightly toasted and quite yum. It would have been a five star but I feel the photo of what I was ordering versus what I got was a cat fish lol. I’m saying that it was delicious hence the four stars. I can’t comment on the dukkah as it too was missing. Avocado was ripe and yummy though and bagel was definitely fresh.

Great place for Sunday brunch with a wide choice of bagels and fillings. Awesome coffee as well. Gets crowded on the weekends so be prepared to wait

Only wanted to stop by for a coffee but the toddler insisted on sitting down with her own cream cheese bagel and 'cino! Nicely made coffees (I had an iced one) and well presented bagels. Very busy store - we were there on a Saturday AM, lots of tables inside and out to choose, order inside, pick a table and they give you a number.

Beautiful coffee ( love it!) And good bagels 🥯. It’s a quiet busy place ( went Saturday) so u might wait for a little bit to order and find a seat. But after ordering drinks and food comes quickly. Ps they having fresh pressed juice!😋and you can buy some bagels by itself.

Very friendly service, staff are attentive and were quick to get us seated (2 people on a busy Saturday morning). Great coffee and delicious bagels too, quite an interesting and tasty selection.

Really felt like a Bagel, so l drove 10km and grabbed 2 for me and an old friend for a long awaited catch up. Totally worth it. Best bagel I've had in Australia. At around the $13 -15 dollars each it's pricey but money is an illusion anyway. Staff were very nice and present. I will definitely go back.

Very surprised by this location, was intrigue by the bagel option and they were amazing lots of flavour and presented simple buy effective. I had the spring onion cream cheese filling and my partner the avocado. Highly recommended

Amazing bagels in a relaxing and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. Service was fantastic. They have plain bagels to take home and damn they look great! Will definitely be coming back to try more menu items 😁
