So for a back cheese burger with chips and a bottomless drink £15,00 Restaurant is clean and service was fast from the time we ordered to the time it was served. Drink was flat had to try 3 different flavours till I found one that was good to drink. The chips where spiced and there was a lot of them for a small. The hamburger, no where close to the hamburger I had in France, this one had a thin bum and was not holding it all together. As for the 2 patties, I think they where dry. Also the garnish was falling out the burger, so I was eating a deconstructed hamburger by the end my meal. And the flavour was like having a BK Hamburger not good for £15.00 this burger does not make it in to my top 10.

Very tasty, a bit overpriced but worth it. The burgers are juicy and soft, and you can choose what toppings to put on it. The fries are super crispy and flavoursome. The staff are great, very nice and polite. The whole place is always spotless.

Clearly the location is the big plus here Like in any 5G choose ur burger, toppings and make sure u at least try there chips at any size. Cajon or regular. F guys mayo is one of the best condiments u all ever have with fries or burger

5guys is awesome the food is amazing and it really is fast food if you haven't tried give it ago.... The milkshakes are amazing and the cajun fries are fabulous worth every penny. But it's a very sad situation when they need a security guard in a fast food place 😏

I came the other day for dinner, I was just passing by and hadn’t been for a while. This establishment is great, the food is brilliant and the people are nice and friendly, the guy who served me especially so, really polite, friendly, explained how it worked to my partner who had never been before. Thanked us when we collected and wished us a great day. Can’t go wrong here if you want a burger and chips.

Foods pretty good, Cajun fries are excellent and staff are friendly. However, over £30 for a plain kids cheese burger, fries and drink and equivalent adult meal. Really nothing special enough to justify that price.

Always a good experience at Five Guys. Decent burgers, tons of chips and they have the coca-cola freestyle machines allowing you to customise and have a different variation of your usual drink. Free refills too.

The burger and fries are top notch, It’s a little expensive though, a meal would cost around 17-19 pounds. I don’t really like the concept of unlimited refills on drinks. They give lot’s of fries you can add unlimited toppings to your burger.

No idea what went wrong here... But not good. Burger not up to scratch at all. Dry. Cheese floppy and cold, much like the tomato. So cold it detracted from an already less than ideal burger. Milkshake - had better. Didn't order fries. Thankfully! Won't come again. Not recommended.

Wow the milkshakes were nice, good choice of mix and match but bit on the pricey side. The process of buying via their website was pretty straight forward for me and smooth. The lady served me almost straight away.

Just tried a small fries this time (£ 3,1, I think and that I must say it is on the top and close to or actually overpriced). Ok taste but I would like them a little more crispy, say 15-20 seconds more in the fryer. If expensive - U get higher demands on perfection, of course. I have tried Five Guys in London at a few places as well as in many many places in US.

Friendly service Got some fries while waiting for the bus after a night out drinking. Well I should have taken a taxi as £4.50 for a regular fries was more than excessive! But the boast (by the owner )that their food is better than the rest was worth the try... so were they amazing? erm nope. Average. Sorry won't be back, had your one shot to impress and fell short

Staff are really friendly and efficient. I visited when it was quite busy, customers in front of me were quite rude (literally no reason for it) staff were still very professional and able to be very nice to me. Well done to the team for putting up with poor customers and still giving great service.

My first time trying them. Nice and clean. Friendly staff. But as nice as it was, £10 for a double cheeseburger feels a bit pricey to me.

  • 2/5 Simon E. 2 years ago on Google
Friendly and courteous staff. Tables dirty with food all over the floor. The fries were hot but the burger was cold, under cooked and not up the the usual Five Guys standard. Over all very disappointing given the cost. Will use McDonald's and Burger King in the future.

Went in today with my 5 year old grandson, was served by a gentleman dressed in black uniform with glasses (didn't get his name) he was so friendly and welcoming the burgers as usual were so tasty but our visit made even better by fantastic staff . Well done to the guy that served us fantastic customer service.

Very loud, no order to the experience at all. Food was not the best compared to other five guys we have been to and the cost was just not worth it here. Everywhere was clean but the whole place was understaffed, food took a while, shake took 10+ minutes. Everything is accessible but toilets have a code on so can't be accessed without that. Would not recommend this location.

My favourite choice for milkshakes, nice thick cream and the option to choose up to at least 8 different flavours in one shake.

  • 3/5 Lauren M. 4 months ago on Google
Just your average tasting burger. Really expensive. Spent £33 on 2 burgers, 2 fries, a coke and a bottle of water. Restaurant looked abit bare, could do with abit of umpft. 3* Other than that the fries are lovely and the staff seemed polite

Got a cheeseburger only the cheese slices on it where still cold and hard and not melted onto it. Hardly any sauce or onions. Chips where nice though. Staff are really lovely. At £10 plus for a burger and the place was really empty I was expecting more.

  • 5/5 Owen H. 5 months ago on Google
Lovely food served by lovely people, one of the best places to eat by far. The price is justified from the first bite along with the bucket of fries 🤤

  • 2/5 Jane M. 5 months ago on Google
3 burgers, chips and drink cost £57.25. Fries and burger so salty. Fries not nice, made with potato skin still on and all just thrown in a paper bag, burger cheese not melted and just nothing special for the price. McDonalds is by far better and less expensive. No wonder it was quite empty for a Saturday afternoon. Won't be using Five Guys again.

  • 5/5 Christian L. 5 months ago on Google
Worth the money as these may be expensive but they are really good. If there are two of you, I recommend sharing one portion of fries as there are plenty of them in a single portion. You also get to select your burger toppings to make it just the way you want it when you order. I don't want to over hype them, but I think they are fantastic!

  • 5/5 LuDster 5 months ago on Google
Great Burgers, well made - you can't fault it 👍 They are a 'bit' pricey, but you get what you pay for. Fries portion sizes are big, so a small is fine between 2 people (it's not like Maccy's portions 😉). Drinks are also a bit pricey (about £4 👎) but you can keep refilling, so it's not all bad 👍

Five Guys is considered to a bit costly, having said that once you taste the food you will not be disappointed (it is worth every penny) The banana milkshake is to absolutely die for, we pop I'm every couple of months for our 'fix' we absolutely love it. Recommend Five Guys 100%

Up in Liverpool for work again and came here after a couple of hours geocaching and exploring this wonderful city. Arrived at around 08:30 and was amazed to find the place almost empty. This meant I got excellent friendly service and got to eat my delicious “all the way” burger in relative peace and quiet.

The place to go for a burger although will cost you more than your typical takeaway burger much more better than your standard fast food burger 🍔 would par it to restaurant standard without a doubt

Quick service, friendly staff, fab burger and fries and the courtesy warm nuts at the end of the counter (to nibble on as you wait for your order) are delicious. I will definitely be returning there again when I'm next in town... Oops, sorry.. Liverpool 😉 It's a huge 10 out of 10 from me guys 👌😋

Very weird people work here.1st time been to Five guys. Wanted the all American experience. paid £20 for a burger chips & a drink. Bring over to table burger on its own then the fries 5 mins later then the drink 10 mins after that? Why? Had to keep asking for the food I had paid for upfront. Very strange. Food poor quality, slimey hamburger. Plastic false cartoon establishment. Really naff &"Garlic"

I admire this place! They provide decent dishes, they have a nice menu, The cook in that spot is an expert, I enjoy a lot trying all their food. The dishes are consistently fresh, the service towards the visitors is helpful. I often go to this place and I not even once was disappointed. I recommend it to all my friends.

  • 5/5 Aida G. 3 years ago on Google
One of the best burgers I have ever had. The fries here are unreal, they are worth the visit on its own. Worth mentioning the customer service, good covid awareness, they took time to walk me through the whole menu without rushing me, when the manager noticed more customers were coming in he just asked for another staff member to use a another till.

  • 2/5 Eddie a. 3 years ago on Google
As we went inside the worker didn't even have any recollection of my order an asked me "Have you even ordered from the right restaurant" then when the food itself came I was disappointed, thirty two pound odd for two burgers an chips an a coke and a milkshake which was tiny. I'd much rather a McDonald's or a Burger King for ten pound instead of the inflated prices in this place. Never again.

  • 3/5 Nicola S. 3 years ago on Google
First time trying five guys and probably the last. Burger was okay, but the bacon was far too crispy and barely any sauce. The fries and the milkshake was the best bit about the whole experience.

I ordered 3 bacon cheeseburgers which had completely burnt bacon that was impossible to bite and had the texture of a brick wall the chips were black and burnt and they were definitely not fresh. They lowers there quality of there food only because of the price change

Service was ok. The food was a total let down. I went on the 50% off day but still cost £9 for a meal. Burger was average, bread burger was on was cheap and nasty. Fries were ok but not worth the price and milkshake was nice but again over priced. Never again.
