Aka arena and convention centre, Large events centre, entrance stands between BT convention centre and Echo arena. This place is by the docks so great scenery to look around River Mersey or take selfies. Lots of toilets on different floors. Staff are very helpful and professional. No complaints at all. Lots of hotels and restaurants around this facility. Wheelchair friendly place.

It's my first time when I visit this location and Liverpool. I've been nicely surprised how clean and tidy it's the city in this area. The architecture was nice as well. Now, inside this beautiful location I've been invited to attend the GoOutdoors Product Lunch 2023. Staff was very polite, comunicative and friendly, even the security team as well. They ware very supportive if you needed any guidance or assistance. We've been in 3 different locations inside this building. Every room was well illuminated, good quality sound and clean. They had a nice lounge area, where you can see the sunset ๐ŸŒ… Gr8 experience and I'm happy overall โ˜บ๏ธ I wish I had more time to do photographs around ๐Ÿคช Thank you ACC โญ๏ธ

A most enjoyable and educational place with all the aerial picture displays found around the area. Apart from the entrainment side of it, several well known hotel chains, the big wheel, Echo Arena, Exhibition Center all lumped meters from each other, the views are fantastic an a photographers paradise, cyclist haven and popular with walkers and joggers. Most of all there is plenty of car parks, very wheel friendly, a top notch place to be. Don't just think shop. Think adventure.

You get in a 1.5hour desk queue, before being ushered into a 1 hour covid test queue (that could have been done PRIOR to the test queue so you then dont end up waiting another 30mins for your covid result) before getting a coach a mile down the road to queue to get on a boat

Great conference venue in Liverpool city centre. Plenty of restaurants and hotels nearby in the heart of Liverpool. Plenty to do outside of the conference proceedings.

I have been here a few times now and have had a great experience each time. I always find the bars easy to access and with minimal ques. My only slight issue was with there only being one smoking area.

Nice place plenty of seating. Lots of parking at venue and near. Only down side was good and drinks from vendor in venue was expensive

Wouldn't recommend. Attended a conference here this week. Toilets were FILTHY when I arrived early on the first morning and they never improved. Many didn't flush, toilet floors frequently flooded. Catering staff were really poorly trained and rude. Lift broken all week. It feels like a problem with overall management of the ACC. Location was convenient and everyone I met outside of the ACC were lovely.

Lovely venue. Refreshments quite expensive and sometimes poor organisation, customer understanding, and crowd management (however, some of this may have been down to event organisers, rather than the venue) Very beautiful building and the set up was very cool, however

Great site for large-scale groups. Comfortable main auditorium. Easy to access, though a 20-25m walk from Line street station.

Superb conference centre with easy access from road or rail. Great location for a business conference.

A very modern, spacious conference facility. There is a large auditorium and lots of smaller rooms. The signage to the auditorium isn't very clear though. There are an adequate number of toilets and they are kept very clean, however they are quite a walk from the main foyer. Staff are polite and professional and being situated on the bank of the river, there are some stunning views on a sunny day.

Everything you need in a conference and exhibition centre. And in the middle of Albert Dock. Really pleasant environment. Accessible for town centre and major attractions. .

attended the indoor fair. All staff have excellent customer service being polite, welcoming AND cheerful. The venue is clean and facilities excellent. Parking access around the venue is significant but many of the closer areas had been blocked and not in use ...would be better if these could be available at all times . we decided to walk along the docks after the indoor fair session was finished as lots of tourist attractions also available nearby

The place itself was pretty clean & looked nice, the accessible loos were also well kept! But there's almost no signage for the elevators and step free access to the auditoriums, as a wheelchair user I got lost so much as a result.

Brilliant socially distanced Panto! Well done team! Another awesome show. Thoroughly recommend taking in a show with these. The safety measures in place were brilliant

Superb venue. Great sound quality in both the arena and auditorium. Fair prices for food and drink compared to other larger venues but the best thing of all are the friendly and efficient staff who look after visitors so well with a smile. Car parking on the doorstep, although it is a little expensive and discounts aren't given anymore for people attending a show/performance. Really easy to get to and accessible for everyone. Anyone who can't find the arena and auditorium complex must be arriving with their eyes closed!

Absolutely fantastic place to work at. Great venue and brilliant staff from the security staff on the doors to the great set of event managers we get to work with on the various shows we do there!

We attended ComicCon Liverpool at the weekend. It's a lovely venue in a fantastic location. Very spacious, lots of toilets. We had a great time meeting other attendees and the celebrity guests. However, security was severely lacking. No bag checks done, MAG arches not turned on most of the time. Not acceptable given what happened in Liverpool the same day about 15 minutes from the venue

The building was good, just a shame the cafe was only selling basic coffees, no latte, mocca or cappuccino.

Went for a COVID test. this has been a very good Test Center from the early days of the Pandemic. Hopefully it will remain after the April closing down of test centers nationally. As old aged pensioners we hope we will not have travel many miles after April for tests

Amazing place for a conference with amazing facilities and great location to hotels and other venues meaning you can pull events off at scale easily

Just want to thank amazing lady for helping us out tonight. When we booked tickets for the Sarah Millican tour will didn't know where we would be sitting. On arrival we found we were second row from the back. For most of our party this was OK, but my husband is deaf and although her has hearing aids he relies a lot on lip reading which is impossible from that distance. This amazing lady went out of her way to help us change seats so he was close enough to lip read, she also arranged access to the theatre's loop system for tonight's show. This enabled him to hear and enjoy the show instead of missing out. THANK YOU !!

Nice venue to work in. But not a single recycling bin in sight. In an industry thatโ€™s wasteful by its very nature, itโ€™s a shame they donโ€™t appear to recycle anything in 2022?!? And the in-house catering really needs to up its game a bit - not a patch on Manchesterโ€™s MCCC or most of the other venues I visit.

Had works event at the Acc, facilities were great and plenty of space. Not sure if the food was provided by the venue or seperate, although it looked good it tasted pretty poor. Service was great.

We visited for Comic Con and were really pleased with the venue. My only problem was that having a disability and having to queue for a long time for panels without somewhere to sit left me in pain for a couple of days.

A nice place but needs more than one place to eat when there are a few thousand people and we are not allowed our own food

Good location for conference and exhibition. The food standards need to be reviewed. Also the cleaning of bathrooms during long days need to be addressed by management. Staff friendly and helpful.
