Delicious desserts 😋.... I really enjoyed bueno shake and the kinder cheesecake... best desserts in Liverpool 🙏

We had seen the new Safi’s Desserts location in Walton Vale being advertised and since it is just a short walk away we decided to pop in. A simple layout with picnic style tables that could shared during busier times. To go with our latte coffee we decided to try a piece of caramel cake. The coffee was strong and good and the cake was oh so tasty. The chocolate mint cake looked very good and will have to be sampled on our next visit. So many other dessert options to try if cake is not for you. Add in the friendly, helpful staff and it was an enjoyable visit.

Placed an order on user eats driver handed me my order before I could check it he was gone, I ordered 2 waffles and 2 ice-creams the icecreams were missing. Can't phone them so ended up driving to the shop, after paying their extortionate prices had to argue with the staff in order to get the rest of my order, won't be ordering from here again

Ordered via Uber eats in Walton Vale, tried to submit payment as they weren't taking online orders however the payment came out of my bank the following day. Messaged them however received no replies. Be wary their customer service via the phone number is non-existant.

It was my first time visiting this establishment and I will definitely be returning. The member of staff was helpful, friendly and efficient. The place was clean and tidy & definitely value for money

Brilliant desserts yet again, just a shame they wouldn't let myself and daughter put our bikes in. Rode here but had to sit across the road by the bank

Deserts are always realy nice bu never get order right asked for and payed for extra Nutella barley any orders Capri sun got a fruit shoot and ordered other week and didn’t receive waffel so paid £13 for a slush

Only giving a one as used before and not had problem, however this time spent £16.88, to be told uber driver couldn't reach us? Safi's basically couldn't have cared less!

Absolutely fantastic, my little girl loves the ice cream and their cola is in glass bottles which I love

To make matters worse, they opt for cheap flour while charging a high price so not Golden Malted Wafflequality. The quality of the waffles was deeply disappointing. Avoid being ripped off and steer clear of this place!"

Really great carrot cake and the coffee was good. My nephew liked the choice of ice creams. I'll be back, this is a great cafe for the Vale.

If your carton says "Fresh, Fast & Delicious" why is my cheesecake frozen? And smaller than the ones in the display case. He went around the back to get smaller, frozen piece for me. Won't be back!

I love Safi's and they now have Crosby coffee and Doogles Donuts! Can't be better

First Visit Lovely Staff Great Coffee I’ve resisted cakes this time but the look delicious! Place is spotless including the ladies! Great to see. Will definitely return in future x Been in again and I’ve not changed my mind lovely friendly place meet up with friends xx

Milkshakes not as described on Uber eats. No topping nothing. No flavour, supposed to be reeses but it’s basically ice cream blended. No wonder delivery was so quick 0 effort gone into it. One milkshake had spilled out everywhere into the bag when delivered. One of the vanilla ice creams I ordered with the cake is missing. Thought I’d try this for the first time, spent £30 feel as though I wasted my money.

Went this morning 26th Aug 2022 Shop late opening. Told no hot drinks no milkshakes as they had no milk! Ordered waffles. One came woth strawberries and banana. The other one with nothing only nutella. When asked where fruit was we were told they had none. Will not be back. Young lad half asleep not too bothered that customers were walking out

The last few weeks i’ve been going in less and less. One of the staff members is always sitting at the tables with foreign music on very loud, now i definitely know its not english music or dutch. I cant hear myself think its that loud and very off putting considering its supposed to be a dutch desserts shop. He sits at this table even when he has customers in the store, He is mostly talking on his phone or on video calls and if it is not the tables he is on he is sitting at the back on the stairs, once i was waiting to be served for a good 15 minutes and he kept saying he will be with me soon. Also he is always putting his hands down his Pants which is disgusting enough i don't know why the staff aren't trained to a proper level. Now this young boy is very rude, talks to the customers with an attitude and i’ve even seen him speak to staff like this, this store started out so well and i just feel like its letting itself down! Now another point is, none of the staff can speak english considering we are in an english speaking country most of the staff can barely string a sentence together i ordered a latte a few days ago and one of the boys brought over a cookie dough! I don’t understand how! And its not just this shop its all off them, most off them staff don’t have a clue. Now this business needs some serious training, because it doesn’t seem they have had any basic adequate training at all! Over all safis you started with a 10/10. But you have fallen down to 7/10 I'm just disappointed.

Lovely dessert place. They have a wonderful little selection of cakes. They also do ice creams and other desserts.

The kinder bueno cookie dough was WOW. Best dessert ive ever had.
