I was unexpectedly impressed despite some not so good reviews. Friendly staff, nice rooms, sturdy mattresses, clean and great views. The buffet was accordingly with the price we paid which compared with other places, it was worth it. Rooms have got a safe, balcony, hair dryer and toiletries. Overall the staff were friendly and patient. Big dinner with s large variety of goods to enjoy. I must say I was positively impacted.

rooms can varie from where you're placed, one room is old and yellow whilst another will be modern and well cleaned. the area surrounding of the hotel is good, water park nearby (about 10 min drive from local bus station), live nightlife five mins away

It's definitely you get what you pay for, the rooms are nice, beds are comfy, good views from balcony, bathrooms and bedrooms are cleaned regularly, we arrived at 9 oclock at night and the reception staff were lovely, they greeted us and gave us details about the hotel, I've saw on other reviews that the pool was never cleaned however every morning I saw them cleaning the pool and that the beach is far from the hotel but it's literally a 10 Min walk. On the other hand there was a few downfalls from the hotel, there isn't much variety of food for younger people/ children and breakfast is slightly disappointing and bar staff can be rude, there was a middle aged man who told me off for wanting pretty decorations in my drink, he was serving people so clearly busy and the decorations were at the front of the bar, if you don't want people to take them then remove them from the front of the bar, other people around me had decorations in there drinks but he didn't tell them off, the cocktails come from a machine, some were alright, others were disgusting. But besides that moody bar man the hotel was good x

HORRENDOUS PLACE, AVOID STAYING HERE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As I write this review i have just boarded the train i had to take after seeing how i got requested to take my ID, which was along with my belongings upstairs since the reservation had been made by my girlfriend. The staff at this place is rude, racist and will profile anybody based on their skin color, they will provide an awful service AND WILL CALL THE POLICE ON YOU AS THEY DID ON ME FOR TAKING ***SLIGHTLY*** LONGER THAN THEY WANTED TO GO GET MY ID AFTER I HAD BEEN STAYING FOR THE ENTIRE DAY THERE AND CASUALLY DECIDED TO TAKE A WALK AT NIGHT. really, don’t give your business to these people, it would serve a better purpose by just being burnt in a fire pit.

We recently stayed at hotel samba for a week, we had 3 adults in our party which was squeezed in to what was clearly a double room an extra bed had just been added to the room , it was very cramped and not sufficient for 3 adults instead of offering us a family room. Whilst relaxing by the pool we were asked for cigarettes by the lifeguard ! I had my bag searched by a staff member when I was leaving the dining room when she saw me putting my own cup in my bag no apology was offered! I can't imagine what she thought was worth stealing from a dining room ? I had to complain as the guests above us were partying and fighting , we received no apology for that either. We were situated directly above the entertainment room which was extremely loud every night until the early hours. We paid for an extended stay except we had to keep going back to reception on the last day as the key kept deactivating every time we left the room, No hot drinks available or indeed any thing else except water after breakfast in the dining room unless you wanted to keep going into the bar to get it, no snacks were offered although we we're all inclusive, staff were all preoccupied with the Halloween celebrations all week . We did not enjoy our stay and will not be returning again .

Overall it was a very disappointing experience, especially since the food was so bad that literally everyone in my group only got pasta. Like even things like Pizza or Fries were disgusting. I didn't even knew it's possible to mess this up. Parts of the meal were well past the expiration date. But the Staff was always nice and respectful.

Most of the staff is energetic and friendly. Animation team were very nice and attentive. The location is good. The rooms do require a little bit of revamp. Food was okay, not the greatest but edible.

4 person apartments with 2 bathrooms were really nice, cleaning service every day and super friendly. Animators were the highlight of our trip, amazing people with great energy and super nice. The downside was the food offered in the hotel restaurant, especially vegetarian options (lacking basic vegetables). The dishes and cuttlery were not really clean… There is outside parking available but pretty expensive for 22€ a day, so better to search for free options around town.

Went on a school trip with 40 students and had a great time. The staff were kind and understanding. Great location to a variety of things near by. Loved the pool area and we did the water aerobics class which was very good and fun. Highly recommended with great variety for breakfast and dinner.

The hotel receptionist Gerard demonstrated exceptional problem-solving skills by efficiently resolving check-in issues for a group of 200 people. Despite the large number of guests, he managed the situation with professionalism and composure. His ability to handle such a demanding task with ease and efficiency was truly impressive. He ensured that each guest was attended to promptly, minimizing any inconvenience and ensuring a smooth check-in process for everyone. Gererd’s dedication and competence in managing such a challenging situation deserve high praise. This receptionist's exceptional problem-solving abilities truly made a difference in providing a positive experience for all 200 guests. Well done and a big thanks.

Their was a suspicious jelly like substance on one of the balcony chairs and the ac barley works. The buffet at most is okay with the food always being high in diversity but not high in quality

For the price, this was a decent place. Main criticism (although we paid 15 quid for 3 nights AI) the pool attendant stopped people jumping, using balls despite the 2 kids being the only ones in the pool, while she sat on her phone. Food was fairly poor, but for the money, they clearly don't like AI in the bar. They would stop serving you to go the bar if a paying customer came in. Rooms are basic but covered what we needed. The location was very good for all the local needs.

We were over 50 people going to this resort at The same time. Quality of the rooms vary from Nice to shabby. Door locks seems to malfunction often. Food is very nice. Different themes from day to day, taco, fish, grill etc. A whole lot to choose from. Very good. Service on the other hand is not so good, reception stands out as they do not seem care. Service in the Restaurant is ok.

Just back from a great week away. Had to change rooms and room given was lovely with a beautiful sea view. Near to lots of shops and the beach. There is a very steep hill to climb on way back but could always get a cab. Generous drink measures, reception staff are very helpful, nothing is a bother, manager Danni is very helpful and very pleasant. Any issues such as a light bulb needing replaced is done very quickly. Not sure why you need a wrist band for all inclusive as room card is needed every time you get a drink or food. Need information for snacks as none in English, was day before we left that we found out you could get ice creams. Snacks could be better or changed so not the same every day. Saying that we had a great time and lots of fun, entertainment girls very fantastic, friendly, fun and easy to get along with. Miss you girls 😃.

Very comfy, has it all. I would give the food from the buffet 2 stars for the effort, they do really have variety but the quality is another story 👎, I enjoyed the desserts a lot. The pillows were long and thin, I didn’t like them and they only provide you with a sheet no blankets

Entertainment team were amazing! Very engaging, kids loved it. Rooms were frustratingly noisy at all hours, although I appreciate that isn't so much the hotels fault. Food is spot on, actually surprisingly good. 4star overall!

Room was small and could do with being refurbished having said that it was spotlessly clean, As was the entire hotel. All the staff were really friendly and polite. There was great selection of food catering all tastes. Definitely recommend staying here

Very grateful to Hotel Samba for magnificent stay! Rooms are clean and comfortable. Big terrace and pool with a lot of space around, so you can chill out in comfort. The staff is super polite and friendly and help with all the questions. Animators team is mega cool and funny. Thank you very much for your kindness to all the guests.

The staff are extremely rude. We had a few experiences during our stay where the staff were extremely rude to us unnecessarily. They were seen to be Complaining and talking about guests in front of them whilst also making us feel very unwelcome. We would absolutely NOT recommend this hotel. We come every year. This is the first holiday at this location. Never ever have we experienced this poor attitude

Very nice hotel. Quiet. Rooms good and clean. Food very tasty. Good location, parking on road outside. Close to the beach. Not so good points alcohol on all inclusive bit weak, entertainment boring (unless you 65+)

Me and my partner came here on a cheap quick get away, the hotel is what you would expect for a three star. The food is not to everyone’s taste, not much to choose from and very repetitive. Great if you like fish but if not you will be like me and eat pasta lunch and dinner for 3 days. There is absolutely no child friendly food options. The food hall is cramped and the tables are in really close proximity to one and other. As you can imagine it’s chaos within dining hours. The hotel is quite scruffy needs a good make over. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the maids do an exceptionally good job. I would strongly recommend if you have children not to bring them here it’s really not accommodating for kids. No entertainment the pool is freezing and unkept. It’s a lot of work getting a drink you have to carry a card around and they give you a glass you then have to keep your glass on you if you want another drink. It’s hard work and not what you want from a relaxing break. I have had an ok stay I wasn’t expecting a lot but it definitely lived up to my expectations. I wouldn’t return.

Just had an amazing 2 weeks at Hotel Samba as a family with 3 children, 15, 12, 10 and we absolutely loved it. Rooms very comfortable and cleaned regular. Hotel is always spotless and pool area is fantastic. The little games rooms was Fab and the entertainment night and day was always good, we especially enjoyed the water balloon game, even my grumpy teenage girl got involved. The Food and restaurant, i was really impressed, I never expect much when we go all inclusive but we always found something to eat, always found a table for the 5 of us and the themed nights where amazing. All the staff(Bar, restaurant, reception staff, entertainment, pool, lifeguards) work so hard but where always friendly, some of which we are going to miss❤️. Location was excellent too, 10 mins from the beach and plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Thankyou so much for a great Holiday xxx

Arrived at the hotel slightly nervous from the mixed reviews. Travelled alone with my child and I must say it was an amazing experience. We were greeted (11pm) by lovely friendly hotel staff who gave all the information we needed. Hotel rooms are cleaned daily and the hotel in general is very well kept and clean with Hand sanitiser available widely around the hotel. Good selection of food, my child’s a fussy eater and managed to find something to eat every meal. Chocolate fountain was a massive hit! All staff we spoke to were friendly and welcoming but a big well done to Sergio & Soraya!! Would definitely recommend!

A very well kept hotel and at the time of our stay in May was predominantly full of Spaniards. They were not at all loud, abided by rules and made the whole stay at the hotel very enjoyable. The bar stayed open until 23.00 where everyone was quickly and quietly back in their rooms well before midnight. The pool didn't open until 10am and closed at 6pm which seemed bad as I enjoy an early morning swim or a quick one after coming back from the beach - why isn't the pool open longer? The food and buffet was very well organised and food turnover was good. A different selection every night which ranged from chicken, salmon, rabbit and paella, burgers and pizza. All really well presented and tasty. The only bag thing I can say is when one night when some under cooked burgers came out and were clearly not cooked properly. Luckily everyone else apart from the chef could see how raw they still were! But that is the only bad experience with the food. Clean rooms, hard working cleaners and a 10 minute walk to the beach. I have no idea what the experience of this hotel would be like when full of non Spaniards at the height of season. Keep up the good work. We enjoyed it.

The Hotel is spot on. The staff was helpful and friendly once the language banner is down. Been from Yorkshire some people in the UK don't understand us never mind people from another country but never found it a problem. Room are just what you need in a all inclusive hotel some where for the clothes to go ✅ some where to sleep in comfort ✅ mirror to get ready ✅ shower toilet and mirror ✅ room cleaned everyday if you want ✅ now the hotel it's self. Nice size pool ✅ places to sit around the poolnice flow to the food to bar and pool area ✅ 5 minutes walk to the main strip for night life ✅ 10 minutes walk to two beaches with 3 kids passing shops on the way ✅. The only down fall to my 10 days in this beautiful hotel was a table for my balcony ut that is me just trying to find some thing wrong. Will 100% be booking again after meeting some wonderful people.

Nothing but good things to say about Samba! We super loved it. Kudos to all the hardworking staff, from the cleaners, receptionist, animation team, lifeguard, restaurant and bar attendants, security everyone! Every night was fun. The pool is big enough, the space to chill out, the billiard halls and other games for kids. The food in the buffet is okay. So many thibgs to do in the hotel. Lovely stay at Samba, we'll definitely go back and recommend to our friends.
