Excellent food excellent service. Plenty of gluten free alternatives. the tables were spaces well and clean when we were seated. Manager was more than happy to listen to the dietary requirements of some of the party and responded well to questions putting our minds at rest that there would be no cross contamination of food, nandos does celiac friendly food really well.

Food was fine but felt it was a glorified MacDonalds. Much prefer Tony Macaroni which is in a similar price pocket but better atmosphere, table service and special deals available until 4pm mon-fri.

Good food and all the soft drinks you can drink with unlimited supply from the juice tap like Cola ,Fanta, and Lemonade. With helpful staff.

Hard to go wrong with a cheeky Nando’s, ordered at the table via the app and the food was delivered quickly.

Only had a few wings and chips at Nandos for a quick lunch, but very happy with the food, the service and the overall visit. Lovely trendy decor and just a nice place to eat. Many thanks.

Me and my wife come here often and from all the nados we have visited, this place is the best! Most of the times in other nandos the chicken comes under cooked and looking pale and white but not here! If you want a good nandos experience please try here.

My first time in with my family of 6, no waiting, and fast and friendly staff. I was directed to the QR code to order from the app. I found the whole process effortless and paid for the meal at that point, so we didn't feel any obligation to stay any longer than needed.

Standard Nandos restaurant trying to keep to it's african roots without any music. Food was good. Service team mostly enthusiastic except one who had no idea of serving customers and probably would be better working somewhere else. This is my second visit in 3 weeks and again the cutlery from the self-service pots was partly dirty. I left out all the dirty spoons for them to see. Odd let down for a high-cost easy dining venue.

Food was good, got our order pretty quick as the place wasn't busy. Had 3 starters to share between 2 people - halloumi cheese (very tasty), sweet potato wedges (good) and humus (OK but wouldn't order again, comes with pita bread that is tasteless, I would rather have some veges with it, like carrots/celery/cucumber or nachos). For main we had butterfly burgers with 2 sides each, which were OK, but not the best burgers, I would give it 6.5-7... Also don't order long stem brocoli, these aren't anywhere as nice as wagamas (if you haven't tried wagamamas then run and try it :)) And spiced grains & butternut squash had too little squash (hardly any), wasn't spicy and in general too dry, needs to come with some dressing I think I give it 4 starts just because food seems to be healthy, but defenitely there is a room for improvement

Nice meal out with the family. We got one of the booths at the far end which was ideal. Ordering was by scanning a QR code then food was brought to the table. It worked pretty well. The food arrived quickly, and was very good.

Lunch at nando’s This Nando’s restaurant located in one of the busy shopping park’s in Edinburgh. It has free parking outside the restaurant. Lunch was not that busy when we were there. But few delivery drivers were waiting to pickup food for home deliveries. Staffs were friendly as always, food was well prepared and presented. We enjoyed our time there. Staff took much longer to prepare our order, might be the delivery busy. We had spent enough time for ourselves chatting. It is a clean positive and enjoyed 5 star rating for Nando’s straiton retail park after busy shopping at Costco. I couldn’t find any alcohol free option in drinks.

Friendly staff, nandos is awesome as always. We always have nandos during our roadtrip as it is the best fast food to grab on the go

Very busy but difficulty finding out what's gluten free unless you go to till to order. Doesn't really help when trying to decide on sharing

Long wait times. I understand it was a Saturday night but 30 minutes after the pickup time seems excessive. Better planning needed. Customers should be given accurate collection times when they order.

Great food and great quality, the service was excellent considering the restrictions in place, everything was brought to the table and service was prompt and spot on, it wasn't to busy but atmosphere was still great and as usual the food was delicious. I would recommend you eat here if you get the chance.

Easy to order and pay with the app. Means you can leave once you've finished. Reasonable size portions and good choice of flavours/spice.

We nipped in for a quick dinner. Never had much of an issue from Nandos before. Food took 40 minutes to arrive after we complained to a manager. The manager was apologetic and did provide some compensation for our wait which was appreciated.

As Nandos go, this is a good one. Clean, spacious, nicely decorated and the staff are all great. Young kids, bit good young kids if you get me. We often stop here after going to Ikea which is up the road. Exactly what we did today :)

Fantastic staff, polite and attentive. The layout is super convenient. Great parking too. On top of that the food is mighty tasty. Spice levels ranging from plain to heroic and everything between.

I mean why not? I can't find anything to complain about this cheeky Nando's. There is ample parking space and their virtual queuing works. The tables are spaced and the service is adjusted to be Covid safe. The staff are friendly and energetic. The food is tasty as usual and the inside is spacious with high ceilings. They also have seating outside. You can order online and the food arrives at your table. It all just worked for a wonderful experience after a long day. Overall, if you are around and want something more than a sandwich then you should stop by!
