The worst Burger King I have been to in my entire life. Staff were so miserable, not a smile a hello or a thank you. It’s takes someone special to be rude when you are polite to them, but hey the staff training has nailed it on the head. No cash being taken which wasn’t ideal since I had just lifted cash. The burger quality was terrible, very dry and little taste, hardly a single rasher of bacon on it either. Daughter got the whole centre of a lettuce on her chicken burger. Left feeling very dissatisfied and a bit gutted. We don’t have a Burger King local to us so it’s always a treat to visit BK when we go away for the day or weekend etc. won’t be back to this branch for sure.

This Burger King was closed for sitting in no idea why no notice to say! So we could only get a drive thru which is not ideal! Also when we did get to order we were told no large meals were available at this time but no explanation why this was! Burgers were tasty but chips were not so good!

Such a pathetic store !!! Terrible customer service from Danni - the girl on till, was giving us constant death stares and threw these hell lot of dips to our tray when asked for a dip !!! You better train your staff to be at least helpful No wonder why the store’s awfully silent !!!!

Rubbish had to wait 20 minutes for only 4 Cheeseburgers. 5 to 6, just eat or Deliveroo went in and out before me and when we got ours it was cold. I told the assistant manager he said sorry to here that, I will not be back, terrible.

I always have a terrible time at this BK, I figured now is the time to start leaving reviews. I ordered the Memphis BBQ Crispy Chicken with an extra patty. The meal cost me well over £10 (Including the £1.50 for the extra patty). What I got was by no means worth even £5. It was missing the extra patty, any BBQ sauce, its onion rings and both slices of cheese! The burger was a flat, empty mess! I contacted the courier and they refunded me a measly £3! The problem is, this kind of service ruins the entire meal! To add insult to injury, the ice cream I ordered was placed in the same bag with the hot food! I absolutely love a BK but this place is crippled by its non-caring staff who never, *ever* care to get your order correct. If they care this much about getting the correct items in your order, I can't help but think how much effort they put into basic hygiene and food safety. The meal also came with a bottle of Coke Zero, which was what I ordered, loaded fries (which were soggy and cold by this point) and a small tub of Ben & Jerry's Caramel Chew Chew Ice Cream which was sloppy due to being in the bag directly next to hot food.

No ketchup. If you want a mayonnaise I was asked for 30p. Restaurant dirt and table full of trays. Drinks machines non operational. Service atrocious.... And it's not only this one I had a bad experience. Used to be great but getting worse by the day

Was at burger king wasnt satisfied with.the burger i had . Was cold , the juice they put more ice than juice in it . The ice crean was £1.99 for a little tub sorry wont be back

Not a great experience compared to any mcdonalds drive thru I've been at. Long wait at order box even though shop was empty and its not very good, struggled to hear server and he struggled to hear me. Only cola and water avaliable on my visit cola served at room temperature with no ice. When asked told by employee sorry but everything is broken. Very expensive for what you get and compared to competitors.

Entered restaurant just before 20.00. Staff were all polite and friendly. There was a mix up with my order but was resolved in a professional manner and left feeling like a valued customer.

Arrived at 25 to 9 and was told it was drive through only by a member of staff who wholeheartedly did not want to be there. Received a cold Vegetarian whopper and fries dumped upside down in the bag. Avoid this burger king unless you like a nice side of attitude

This place is really short staffed. Not very clean and slow service. Felt really bad for the staff watching them work hard under pressure! Well done to them but the franchisee needs to employ more staff or a cleaner to help with the overall appearance and cleanliness. Parking was fine but getting back out of the place was hard because the drive thru queue goes in front of the spaces and NOBODY would let us out. We had to push our way out of the space!

We decided to go here as we were in the area and decided as a group of four 2 meals and 2 coffees. Only food for 2 people. Firstly very very quiet on a Sunday afternoon. Very limited menu, ordered a BBQ meal, kids meal and 2 flat whites, Not much change from £13????. Then a 10 minute wait for food. The BBQ burger was a cold bun, like it was taken straight from the fridge, 2 Luke warm patties, hardly any cheese and a small drop of sauce in the middle. Nothing like the picture. The coffees were warm at best. And loud music that completing spoiled the atmosphere, you had to shout to speak to the other person. Honestly a terrible meal that spoiled a nice day out. If you are thinking of going here please read the reviews. It's not worth going at all. Do yourself a favour burger "king" and just shut up shop.

Ordered a Whopper & 9 Chicken Nuggets with BBQ sauce at the Drive Through. 20 mins later I got chicken nuggets and some mayonnaise. I was told I had to go back through the Drive Through to explain what was missing. Parked up eventually and realised they only gave me 8 nuggets. 😂 Shambles. If it wasn’t for the other fed up customers around me I’d have assumed it was personal 😆

Food was terrible. Very clear the burger had been prepared and stored a few hours before I bought it. Cheese slice didn't even melt and the chilli cheese bites were hard and soaking with grease. Everything was lukewarm. Not a typical Burger King and very disappointing.

Hello I went today to Burger King stration and there was stuff and manger they don't care if you want to order or not I waited about 50 minutes for one burger and juice only .. and there are some people who came and went because there is only one stuff in the kitchen and he is very slow and the rest of the stuff They are preparing to close before 2 hours and cleaning everything and they leave all the order's for just 1 of them to make them !!, and when I asked about my order they told me if you can't wait, you can cancel your order we are no playing here #go if you want to go and The manager was talking to me sharply and she does not respect any of she's customers and this is not the first time so please we like burger king and we hope to be better then now and recpect all the customers..

The staff here are great. The food on this visit was not. Will try again at a later date as service was good

Atrocious disabled facilities - wasn't locked using a RADAR key. How embarrassing for someone with a hidden disability to have to ask for access to a toilet they feel comfortable using. Horrendous.

VERY BAD SERVICES. All you can see when walking into the shop, is a dirty restaurant full of rubbish and stains both on the table and the floor. You can't use 2 vouchers on the same bill as usual, so I asked him to treat it as two different bills. After paying for the first one, the cashier just walked away for nothing (I am the only customer in the restaurant). There are cherk loafing about at the back so I tried to ask them as I still haven't finished ordering, NO ONE REPLY ME, after a few mins the cashier finally got back and he's attitude is really unpolite. They wasted 10mins of my time just ordering food in a fast food shop. WHAT A AWFUL EXPERIENCE I HAD.

Timetable said they close at 9 and i was refused to be served at 8:15 with the doors open. I was told it was drive through only but I don't own a car so I went to the window anyway just to try and i found very rude staff yelling me I was not going to get served if I don't have a car Since when burger king becomes for wealthy after 8 ?? O found it so pointless that I'm actually thankful for stopping me of eating that toxic food

Well where do i start, Both male and female toilets had no toilet roll in the holders resulting in me going into the disabled toilet to get tissue for my partner and having to then pass into the female toilets after making sure there was no other females in the toilet. We was then waiting for 15mins at a till before being served. Although there was one person infront if us. Also one of the drinks machine were out of service and the other one serving one flavour (cola). The shop was in despair very very messy with food rubbish over the tables and dirty floors. I did ask for toilet roll to be replaced in both toilets and tables to be cleaned and fair to say there was no tables cleaned or toilet roll replaced the whole time we were in the restaurant. My partner cleaned our table with sanitiser and tissue as nothing was done and the table was black. Its fair to say we will not be using burger king straiton again. One thing i can say is McDonald's are way ahead of this store for cleanliness. Its a shame that burger king had fell away from customer service.
