I
recently
visited
Ruislip
Lido
and
had
a
terrible
experience
with
the
parking
situation.
The
car
park
is
divided
into
two
areas,
and
despite
checking
thoroughly,
I
accidentally
parked
in
the
restaurant
car
park
which
is
only
free
for
customers.
Upon
returning
to
my
car,
I
was
shocked
to
find
a
Parking
Charge
Notice
from
Euro
Car
Park
demanding
an
exorbitant
£85
fine.
The
signage
in
the
car
park
is
completely
inadequate
and
makes
it
difficult
to
determine
which
area
is
designated
for
public
use.
It's
no
wonder
that
there
are
numerous
complaints
online
from
others
who
have
been
similarly
caught
out.
Furthermore,
the
layout
of
the
car
park
is
confusing
and
unhelpful,
with
the
restaurant
car
park
located
far
away
from
the
actual
restaurant
and
the
council
car
park.
This
experience
has
ruined
my
visit
to
Ruislip
Lido,
and
I
will
not
be
returning
until
significant
improvements
are
made
to
the
parking
situation.
The
predatory
parking
practices
of
Euro
Car
Park
are
unacceptable,
and
the
council
must
take
immediate
action
to
rectify
the
situation.
The
current
design
is
not
fit
for
purpose
and
is
causing
unnecessary
frustration
and
expense
for
drivers.
I
strongly
advise
other
visitors
to
the
area
to
be
cautious
when
parking
in
this
car
park,
as
it
is
clear
that
Euro
Car
Park
is
more
interested
in
collecting
fines
than
providing
a
fair
and
reasonable
parking
experience.
