Took our dog for groom asked specifically for even length cut all around but that is not what we got. Contacted them very politely explained this to them asked if they could fix this problem for us, the person on the phone told us they are not going to fix this and they do not have anything available for few months. Told me to go somewhere else and find another groomer. This is not helpful considering we have been their customer for sometimes. Very bad business practice! Clearly it is not in their interest to build a strong business and have loyal customers. If you and your dog are a looking for good positive experience and good customer service do not use Bow Wow.

I've had this place on my radar for a while now, and this week I managed to check it out. I ended up purchasing a lovely winter jacket for my little Imperial ready for the cold season coming in. I'm really happy with the shop, staff and products that they supply. Very friendly and dog loving people. If you're after good quality products then definitely check this place out for your fur baby needs.

It’s a really nice little shop with great range. But BEWARE OF THE REFUND POLICY. I specifically asked if the item I bought could be returned and refunded if it didn’t fit. I was told no problem. Went back today a week later and was told absolutely NO REFUNDS. Really terrible to assure me and then go back on your word like this. Won’t be back.

I just came from Bow Wow, where I was shouted at, and discriminated against by one of the owners (white skinny male). The only reason was failing to pay for my dog's wash. But I offered to pay him tomorrow and told him I could leave my ID behind as guarantee. The guy immediately lost his temper and started shouting at me how I dared to ask for a service if I didn't have the money. And I understand his point, But my dog has been with them twice a month for a couple of years now, and never missed any payment. Then he told me he was going to call my boyfriend's exhusband to sort this out. To which I replied very politely not to do it as we just had a problem with him last weekend when he abducted the dog from the sitter's without our consent. And had to ask for a restraining order for him. He insisted on calling the exhusband and again, very politely I offered to show him the documents we got from the Metropolitan Police. He refused to have a look and told me to go without paying but instructed me not to bring my dog again as they no lo longer can have him. While I was leaving the shop he shouted at me from behind his desk saying: anyway, 'Mr ___" called earlier today asking if the dog was ment to come today. So I explained to him, is ours and offered to show him the legal documents, which denied to do. So I told him sharing personal information and personal data with a 3rd party can result in a crime on its own but it could also get him charged of criminal association to commit theft, as under the UK law a dog is not considered a pet but personal property. I walked out of the shop and he followed me on the street and shouted at me: 'Don't come to my country and try to threaten me, mariachi' (referring I'm Mexican) I couldn't believe what was going on, I paralysed for a few seconds, I felt so humiliatied, the streets were packed,, I just managed to say, that was not a threat, I just explained the consequences of sharing private information, and I walked away as fast as I could.

Fantastic range of products for your dog! This has to be my most favourite pet shop in London. Bow Wow has the finest quality of products for your little fur baby, and I especially love their clothing items, grooming products, and toys for my dog. The shop is this little boutique tucked away in a street within the ever busy Covent Garden & Seven Dials. However, it’s hard to miss with the lovely white and orange exterior, and excellent pet products shining through the display window. Definitely my go-to place for my fur baby!

This lovely one of a kind boutique dog shop close to Covent Garden Piazza has everything you need for your doggy. From everyday food and all sorts of treats to suit your pet perfectly, to a big selection of top quality accessories I've never seen anywhere else. Dog owners themselves, Jason and Taro have sourced the very best fun toys, quality leads, collars, coats, beds, bowls, blankets and bathtime and grooming essentials. It's always a total joy to visit Bow Wow London, they are super kind, and my little girl always darts up the road to get to get in! A thoughtful, special shop, run by people who are truly passionate about pets, and a total must visit for anyone with a four legged friend ♥️🐕

Overpriced salon. I brought my dog a couple of times but it seems they are so busy they don't care about the dogs or the customers. They don't answer the phone, the website is non existent. The flyers in the salon are pixelized (so it means they don't use quality or good printers and designers) so I can imagine the dog shampoos must be the cheapest on the market. I hope someone opens close to them as I know a lot of my friends want to stop going there.

Visited a few pet shops in London and we found the range of toys in this place to be the nicest, with reasonable prices, so we bought a souvenir for our puppy: a crinkly cinnamon roll plush toy.

I just gave them 5star and you have chance to see my review. That was awful experience. I have a bichon fries and they make her hair as sort as a cat and they didn't let me before I ask them to make her Teddy bear grooming. Very Very Very Very bad never ever recommend them. Very unprofessional service and very unprofessional grooming. Just wast time and money

Lovely shop for pets. Stock was cute but there wasn't much to choose from. I wish they had more to choose from.

Staff was very kind. Even tho they didn’t sell cats’ collars which was what we needed, they tried their best to help us. However, i could say it’s a little pricey

👍👍 Lovely garden centre, everything you need and lovely gift shop. Had lunch here with family and friends, food and service were good. Some items were missing and we had to ask for them. When booking we asked for a round table with the cushioned chairs but it wasn't reserved for us, which was a bit...
