I was looking for a place that has a community feel and drives me on more in my fitness goals. I am a 'founding' member and was given very warm and courteous welcome to the Treed community by Jonathan, Moe and Verity. The gym has excellent equipment and access to a infrared sauna which is great to relax and reset. I'm on a fitness challenge with on of their in-house PT's Natahlia, this has made my fitness goals realistic. This is a safe, fun, clean and friendly and truly brilliant place to work out. You can't put a price on your metal and physical health and Treed Fitness is a great place to begin or continue your journey.

I have been waiting for a place like this in South London!! Fancy boutique gym vibes, lovely staff, great equipment. Love the sauna. I used to be at Third Space when I lived in central, also loved 1Rebel and Barry's and was looking for local place that had those vibes. So I'm super happy with Treed! :)

Love Treed Fitness. The equipment selection / placement is great. Lots of attention to detail has gone into the whole setup, including funky sound and lighting! The Founding Team and all the staff are lovely people; friendly, caring and looking to improve the experience! This feels like more than just a gym - they're building a community around holistic health + fitness...the Infrared Sauna and Cafe are lovely touches too.

Clean and tidy gym, with great equipment and facilities! All the staff are lovely, and always greet me by name (as well as most members) which just shows how attentive the staff are. I’ve never felt more comfortable in a gym space, certainly worth the extra ££ compared to a budget gym. Yet to try their cafe breakfast, but looks amazing. - Scarlet

Transparency first *** I'm a Personal Trainer at Treed, but I run my own business out of their business, however I bet my own 5 star reputation on this review being 100% genuine: The atmosphere that Moe, John, Verity and Team have created is like nothing else I've seen, not just in the fitness industry but in any service I've experienced. They know every member by name, take the time to get to know them and ensure that every member is comfortable so that they can just focus on improving their health and fitness, whether that is taking a beginner through all of the machines and foundational movement patterns or consulting an experienced gym goer on advanced supplementation. Attentive, passionate, compassionate, friendly and professional!

Great gym. NHS and student discount available with flexible pricing on offer. Staff are v friendly and equipment slaps. Much prefer it to any other gym in Croydon.

Amazing Gym, not often I can go to a gym and workout without my headphones on. Great atmosphere and vibe. Has all equipment you would want! Not to mention the incredible Infrared Sauna which is great for recovery! Highly recommend!!

The first gym I've joined where I get excited about going! Exercising has always felt like a 'task' until now. The team are so friendly, have a real passion for wellness and genuinely care for all those who walk through the door - it's like a community. Their PTs are fantastic, they have a delicious (and affordable) cafe menu and the infrared sauna makes this place next-level! Joining has been the best investment in myself mentally and physically - so worth it.

Such a great gym, in the 15 years I've been training this is by far one of the best I've ever been to. Brand new equipment, never too busy and a great atmosphere. Jon, the owner, is such a genuine and friendly guy too, he makes me feel welcome every time I arrive. Always seems to be introducing new equipment/bars/machines too, I can't recommend this place enough :)

An amazing gym located in Croydon that has the perfect balance between a great atmosphere, brilliant new equipment and being around people who care about you. If you want to experience an incredible Friday night gym workout, head over there for a special surprise of ambience & music! Visited Treed for the first time last week and it didn't disappoint. It's spacious and has everything you need - including good quality hip thrust machine and belt squat. It's the first gym I've been to where the music is actually decent and you can vibe to. We also tried the infrared sauna, which has a large shower room attached and you can listen to your music / watch YouTube. Would highly recommend, thank you Treed team 🌟

Just love love love this gym! You’re made to feel so welcome every single time you arrive, I learn something new each time about fitness, life and health etc. Nothing is ever to much for the team here! If your looking to start your fitness journey or are in the midst of it, joining this gym will aide in your journey in so many ways. Have to give a big shout to Eamonn, Jonathan, Lionel and Mo in particular…you guys are amazing!

Treed Fitness is brilliant! The equipment is top tier. The gym itself is kept clean. The staff are warm, friendly and always looking for ways to give more value to the members. As for the infrared sauna, it does what it says on the tin. Can’t fault the facility one bit, but truly, it’s the staff which make it as inviting and community-centered as it has grown to be.

As soon as I walked in I felt incredibly welcome, there is definitely a community feel and vibe. Moe, Jon, Verity & the team always takes the time to ask me how I am and have little chats. It’s not just a gym, it holistically looks after their members with the infrared sauna and wellness products, The gym floor itself is exactly what I’ve been looking for with good equipment. I’ve tried a lot of gyms but treed will definitely have me as a long standing member :)

I have started my workout journey with Treed Fitness 3 months back, honestly I really like treed fitness studio in terms of Equipment which is really good with so many variety of it. Special thing of Treed I really loved that is cleanness which is damm good. In terms of facilities gym are very well with infrared sauna, well maintain equipment and all.anyone who really want to join treed they can join without any doubt.. Treed is the best in the town🤙

The team are amazing and always bring the positive vibes. They're always on hand if you need any advice or even just a chat. The gym itself is absolute bliss and the music is always on point - no headphones needed. As someone who suffers from pretty bad social anxiety, I can finally say I've found my happy place, gym anxiety no longer exists thanks to the team at Treed! ❤️

I strongly recommend Treed. The gym it’ amazing and the stuff brilliant. I have decided to subscribe at because the gym it’s not busy, new and really clean.
