I wouldn’t usually write to a coffee shop, however my experience in your branch in seven sisters compels me to. I was in a rush to board the stansted express but was in dire need for a quick bite to eat. Aside from lots of sweets and pastries there stood a solitary Tiffin Tuna & cucumber sandwich. I also went to grab a bottle of lucozade however it didn’t feel cold so I asked the girl serving if she had any in the fridge behind her. She checked and confirmed that she didn’t but that there were juices. With that I ordered a bottle of green Savse instead. I paid £5.80 for both items. It was only upon leaving that I noted that the fridge were my sandwich was stored was set at 10°c! I pointed this out to the girl and she just shrugged. Not wanting to get into an argument and miss my train, I left it at that. I am feeling rather peeved that I’ve just been ripped off for a sandwich that hasn’t been stored within a safe temperature (food standards agency recommends a fridge should be about 3°c) and is very likely to make me ill if I were to consume it. Having endured food poisoning once, I really wouldn’t want to take the risk. I’m incredibly disappointed that a retailer like yours would care so little about the safety of its customers and if this is not rectified I’ll be sure not to use any of your outlets again. Very bad service by the barista! I ended up leaving without a coffee, he could not understand my adjustment to the coffe and was charging double the amount. I must have been fussy with my choice but he made no effort to rectify

19:40 Tuesday evening, opening hours say open until 21:30. I have been travelling since 10am & lugging a large suitcase, so asked for a hot drink (please could I have a decaf latte), and was met with “no you can’t”, then carried on serving other people - no explanation or kindness - just blunt and rude! I used to use them when I changed trains at Finsbury Park, but never again! Just don’t use them, they are rude and don’t deserve your custom.

Went to purchase a coffee at the seven sisters station, it’s been a long day already. It seemed far too much hassle as the girl behind the counter sighed at me well customer service is your job and at the end of the day without customers you’d need a new job I didn’t bother purchasing from here worst service ever. Girl had nose piercing and coloured hair perhaps some training in customer service should be had.

I was travelling through around 4pm. Great coffee and excellent customer service. Efficient and kind staff made my coffee just in time for me to catch my train. Would 100% recommend.

It's a tiny pop up shop so can't have an atmosphere.

Disgusting and unhygienic. Panini shoved in a paper bag with no wrapping or thermal covering to keep it warm - not that it had been toasted. Got to work and saw what the girl had done, she didn't even say a word but pretty sure this isn't what she's supposed to do. Avoid! Costa is outside the station and Puccino's on platform 1 is decent too, and clean.

The barista was so rude didn’t utter a word to me when I asked for a hot chocolate then stared at me until I payed and left. I felt very judged and wasn’t a pleasant experience
