The house is cute and has enough room for 4-5 people. The bathrooms were good, although the shower and bathroom space downstairs is a bit tight but manageable. No AC in the house which wasn’t an issue while we were there, during June. Close to the Balham stop for the tube. A lot of the stores and restaurants near by close early, as in 6 or 7pm. There doesn’t seem to be a lot to do nearby, but it’s easy to navigate to the parts of the city we wanted to see. The garden in between the main house and the coach house is beautiful and probably worth the other things that are just ok about the inside of the house. Breakfast in the morning was nice and the owners are more than happy to converse with you over a traditional English breakfast.
