Popped into this shop this morning and what disgraceful people works there without manners! The old lady and a young man could not agree on a price to polish my necklace and a ring. She said it would cost me £15, but he argued in front of me that the cost would be £15 each! When I asked why, he pointed me towards the door!!! He also accused me of jumping the queue, which I have never done!!! I was coming to this shop for years, but after this experience not anymore!!!

Reasonably priced repair ,poss could find slightly cheaper jewelers suggest ringing around for quote/ visit. Owing to rehabilitation after hospital the shop is closed Friday / Saturday until further notice

Not happy that I put my deceased fathers watch in for a new battery and strap. Quoted £37 for strap battery and fitting. When I went to collect they had found a problem as battery had leaked and quoted £150 for repair bringing my total ti £187.00 I refused and went elsewhere and got repair done with parts for£52 big difference

I went in to buy a gift for my mum and was greeted with a warm smile by the sale advisor she helped me choose a gift which in this case was a watch and ring at a great price. She also called the manager who was equally helpful because he said that he wanted to size the ring for me and he did it their and then. overall the experience was great as you get great customer service with staff that know about the jewellery industry which is refreshing as I find its missing with high street retailers .

Recently visited this jewellers, the assistant and proprietor were very helpful .I was pleased to see some unusual pieces and purchased a beautiful pendant at a very good price. Lovely family run business.
