I’ve been using London rehearsal studios for over 30 years and this is without question the best!!! Great on every level and the staff are always friendly and professional! Parking a bit tricky before 7am but then it’s free. Thanks guys!

Absolutely lush, hidden gem of a pub! The beer garden is the perfect place to try one of the local draft beers. Will return!!

Great venue, feels like it is New Cross’ best kept secret. Pretty quiet for drinks. Good prices, lovely plants. Can’t comment on the studios!

Garden particularly lovely on a balmy night. Good space and PA system let down by an incompetent FOH engineer the night I was there.

Nice cosy place with fantastic atmosphere. An additional bonus was when I discovered a terrace in the garden behind the entrance to the toilet.

Comfortable size for 8 piece outfit. Piano in studio is a bonus. Great compact garden out back ideal for lunch break. Good transport links too.

My son is in a band. They launched their new al album here The performance area was quite small and intimate but the atmosphere was fabulous I garden out the back if it all gets too noisy or you need a cigarette Only down side for me was that they don't accept cash. Card only
