😠 I can only completely agree with what the other 1 star reviews say. It was incredibly loud and I was never able to sleep for more than 1-2 hours at a time during the 6 nights there. The Wi-Fi connection was so weak that I couldn't work from there, even though I had asked about it before booking and... People often mention room, clean,

I can only completely agree with what the other 1 star reviews say. It was incredibly loud and I was never able to sleep for more than 1-2 hours at a time during the 6 nights there. The Wi-Fi connection was so weak that I couldn't work from there, even though I had asked about it before booking and was assured that the connection was absolutely good. And as if all that wasn't enough, it was also very dirty everywhere. There were small flies everywhere in the bathroom, it smelled like a musty cellar hole and there were black mold stains everywhere on the ceiling (unfortunately I forgot to take photos). If you want a bit of peace and a minimum of cleanliness on vacation, you should definitely NOT go here.

If your looking for a flat in London around Shepard's Bush if I can offer one piece of advice, Simply avoid this place, I stayed here on Monday the 21st May 2018. I booked for a week but left on Wednesday morning. There were multiple reasons I left half way into my stay here, the first being that it appeared to have been furnished with stuff that's been dragged in off the streets. It had a light fitting hanging out of the celling. It's blinds and windows were screwed shut. The flat also had rodents. The "fully equipped kitchen" consisted of a fridge, microwave and a kettle.

Help, the mattresses have the spring in their backs all night, it's not possible! In the bathrooms, humility everywhere. In conclusion, it's not the most pleasant 2 nights of life!

If you're looking for cleanliness and a good smell, you've come to the wrong place. Pictures cloud it is much smaller, Bet is self-made brand wrapped with wrapping paper. The floor is not solid, wobbles and the bathroom is just rotting away. Train connection is fine. Not recommendable

Room and bathroom are fairly small and basic. Fittings and appliances are not new but in fair working order. Location is close to bus stops so easy to travel and the area seems ok. Linen was clean and I was provided with microwave, fridge, shsmpoo and soap, cutlery and crockery.

The Value leader. Make sure to fix an arrival time to receive the key. The hotel chain is 3 km away. Our room was not a flat. It was a room with a microwave and a set of cups, plates and cutlery. The bus to the underground line takes 6 min (Hammersmith). To use the public transportation get an Oyster card. It is the cheapest and least complicated way. Load the oyster card with 8.50 pounds per day. Thats around the price per day for the 2 central zones. You can top it up later,if needed and at the end you receive the residual money on it.

definitely. it is unpleasant to go to see the property and see that it lacks cleanliness. In this time of covid, hygiene shines due to its absence. I arrived with the illusion that beautiful photos were shown in booking, but seeing it in reality was disgusting due to its lack of cleanliness. If it was clean, the place would be fine. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, IT IS BETTER TO SLEEP AT THE TRAIN STATION

Unfortunately was really bad. Atleast sheets and towels were fresh and clean, the rest was a nightmare. Everything is right what people say here :( :(

The room really needs a thorough cleaning but quite acceptable for the price and location. You can get to Hammersmith very quickly and from there take the Piccadilly to central London.

Very dirty, dust everywhere, stained couch and mattress, seems like they never clean the place.

After reading all the reviews I wasn't sure about staying in this flat, but fortunately it was a big surprise! The room was quite warm and clean. The only thing I can recommend it's to paint the walls and repair the toilet's dump.they are quite dirty but apart of this..the room is in a quiet and safe area with some supermarkets and near to the tube.

No hot water, a mattress that was ready for the bin and a generally unclean studio. Cheap yes, but be careful you get what you pay for. Spend another £10 and get a hot shower. Not recommend

Absolutely bad. Worst apartment I've ever been in. Mold, disgusting kitchen, moldy corners of the room, shower leaking and water doesn't drain, unfriendly hosts, absolutely not recommended. It's better to spend a few euros more for something sensible. On the last day the heating was even turned off.

genuinely the worst place i’ve ever stayed. very dusty, wallpaper peeling off, room wasn’t even ready for us when we arrived. advertised saying there’s a hairdryer in the room but there wasn’t. and then after coming back from a concert the door was locked from the inside so we couldn’t get in and when we were knocking the main door hoping someone would answer we were greeted with a guy shouting as us, calling us names and everything for knocking the door while he was trying to sleep.

Me and my friend stayed here for one night and they were late cleaning the room after requesting early check in, the bathroom was a little dirty, the wallpaper was coming off the walls the door was hard to open and we couldn’t get back in after a certain time requested a hairdryer didn’t get one and on top of that got shouted at by a guy when we were only trying to get back in :( and it’s in a horrible area
