Usually,
I
love
Simmons
in
London,
but
this
was
by
far
a
different
story.
I
rang
up
a
few
weeks
back
to
make
a
booking
for
last
night
for
my
birthday
celebrations.
Because
I
had
never
been
to
this
Simmons
before,
I
asked
if
it
was
the
same
format
as
others
I
had
been
to
in
that
there
is
a
dance
floor
with
a
DJ
etc
near
the
drinks
area
we
booked.
The
person
on
the
phone
told
me
it
was.
Upon
arrival,
this
definitely
wasn't
the
case.
You
are
placed
in
a
separate
closed
off
section
from
the
rest
of
the
bar
where
the
action
is
taken
place,
and
you
are
prohibited
from
going
in
if
they
have
reached
capacity.
If
you
have
booked
to
attend
a
bar
and
told
specifically
you
could
access
all
areas
of
it,
you
would
expect
that
to
be
the
case.
You
are
somewhat
made
to
feel
forgotten
about
because
the
people
working
come
in
to
take
drinks
orders
very
rarely.
Additionally,
we
booked
for
12
people
but
were
places
in
a
very
small
booth.
The
staff
working
were
also
incredibly
rude
to
our
group
when
asking
clarification
on
our
booking.
I
understand
that
on
busy
nights,
it
can
be
somewhat
frustrating,
but
I
would
not
expect
to
be
spoken
to
like
the
staff
did
to
us.
Would
not
recommend
having
your
birthday
here.
Avoid
Simmons
Soho.
