    I test driven a blue Honda Civic and loved the experience of the solo test drive. Tried to work a deal with the salesman on the car and only offered a full thank of fuel if I decided to purchase, as being cheeky he put half tank in prior to the test drive. He wasn't able to negotiate on price as he claimed the price had been reduced and kept showing me the forecourt on this computer and said he had a potential buyer for this car, into rushing me in buying the car. 24 hours later after the test drive, the car went up in price from £15495 to £16495, after viewing it on Auto Trader. I had no choice but to walk away from his flimsy deal and never looked back and the salesman did lose out on this potential sale. After a month of this test drive, the car is still on their forecourt and not being sold. I have now purchased Honda Civic elsewhere, as they were much friendlier and their customer service is far more better.

    Worst experience ever buying a car with Honda Orpington and dealing with regular Service which was offered as part of car sale deal; 3 continuous years and never changed. I would never recommend any one purchase or have any dealings with Honda Orpington. very unexpected behaviour by Christopher Hawkins. And Sales/ service team just dust off their hands saying "sorry we don't have information" . Extremely unhappy , 3 years , and every single year same issue , same argument and same nuisance ; definitely staff need proper training. Its not like once the deal is done and car is sold , its all comes to commercial behaviour, and not care about what was told or offered while sale. Any one would like to come back only if they are treated properly. At-least have proper notes on whats said/ promised to make the sale , thats very basic ; Sorry for being too straight forward but , decided to never recommend or come back for any services.

    Outstanding dealership! The customer service is superb, with a team that's super friendly and helpful. I must mention Imran; he's an exceptional individual, he was super kind and helpful. I purchased a car from them today, and my experience was fantastic. The transaction was smooth and swift, and the vehicle was priced reasonably. They even took care of the MOT advisory item and gave me free fuel for the next visit. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to return for my next car purchase.

    Have been told 3 times I would be contacted by a sales person and all 3 times I have had nothing back. Due to this I have missed the opportunity to buy 2 different cars due to the inadequacies of the staff there and their inability to contact a customer back! I will be avoiding this company now and taking My business elsewhere!

    We bought our first UK car from Brayleys Honda Orpington. It was a great experience and support from the team- Imran and John. Our experience from the test drive to buying the car to follow up service has been nice. We were supported not only in the car buying process but also given good advice for car maintenance. I hope they digitalize services where we can book services online or get paper work sorted online. It will go a long way in customer experience. I would recommend them.

    The worst HONDA dealership in U.K. (probably) maybe not so much as a dealership but service and parts is just appalling. No help given whatsoever. Easiest thing to say is to order online. But what if I don’t know the part number? The parts guy didn’t go the extra mile to find the part number nothing. So I called another HONDA dealership and the guy told me to bring the car done that and he sorted everything out!!!

    Excellent service here. They made us feel very comfortable and confident and we look forward to the upcoming test drive once our chosen vehicle is available. In the meanwhile we visited a Nissan dealership to compare vehicles, but the lack of service there put us off and was the main decider for us to stick with Brayleys and Honda.

    I have been a very satisfied customer of the Honda Dealership in Orpington for many years but due to unfortunate circumstances my car was written off.     The staff are fantastic. Everyone on site is professional and understands that when spending the kind of money on a car that you need to go away and have a think before a customer buys. 10/10 guys. 👏 John and Amanda were fantastic together and were so kind and helpful towards my mother inlaw when choose her new car.

    Very approachable, professional team especially Joel and John! They made myself and my mums experience of purchasing a car so easy and stress free. Both true salesmen and both deserve a promotion or/and pay rise. I felt as though they went above and beyond and was very honest right through the process of purchasing.     Car recently serviced at Brayley Honda Orpington; as ever fantastic experience. Debbie phoned to remind me that the car needed an MOT and service. I was able to book it in within a few days. Service reception staff friendly and very efficient (shout out to Emma and Conor). I was kept informed of progress and price of repairs. Car valeted so when I picked it up it was sparkling as well as running beautifully. Would definitely recommend.

    I thought the valet service was excellent but even though I told the service department to renew the Sat Nav traffic reports and updates they ignored it and made me pay for a minor correction on the number plate instead. I am continually being bombarded with unsolicited sales which I have not consciously signed up for. The staff are friendly and professional when you speak to them. So I suspect its an infrastructure problem. Not quite there yet...

    Efficient and professional service from booking to collection. The customer agent I dealt with on collection (Debbie) was rreally helpful and explained the option to take out a 4 year service plan. Having discussed the details with her I was convinced to invest in this option, fixing my future service costs and spreading the financial outgoing.

    From booking in, arrival and check in through to collection at the end of the day everything was very smooth and the staff were a delight to deal with. The work was excellent, the car ran so much better and quieter when I picked it up, plus the clean and valet did an excellent job, very impressed - (I'll admit it was in serious need of a clean!)     John and Amanda provided a great service. Both were really helpful and even went the extra mile to add heated seats to the car as they understood it was a characteristic very important for me.     I always get my car serviced here and they are usually great. On this occasion however, they did not live up to expectations. My passenger side headlight bulb had blown and needed replacing. I told them twice and they still forgot to do it.

    If I could give -25* star to this branch I would have done so. I went there’ was greated by chubby white bold staff and within minutes I was told I couldn’t afford to buy a car and to leave premises. Worst experience and customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. It was ,frustrating and horrible and racist. What a shame and disgrace

    I had my air conditioner condenser to be replaced as it wasnt blowing cold air it was done on the same day how ever they were very busy so I had to leave it for half the day so it was quite fast. Staff was very friendly and honest.

    All very good, but the car was sold to me by Lookers 11 months ago, It did not have the key wheel nuts in the car so the service could not be completed as they could not remove the wheels. As the wheel key nuts were not supplied originally the mechanics should dealt withe situation accordingly. In addition no jack was in the tool kit. If I encounter a puncher there is no way I could change a wheel. Please could you make arrangements to book the car in for this remedial work as it is still under warrenty. 10/10/2022.

    I was impressed by the speed and service of my time recently at Brayleys Honda Orpington. Speedy diagnosis and new parts fitted in a decent time of 1 week. Only concern was no call night before to say car ready ? Had a chat with Tom from sales (young person) Very good customer attitude and a credit to dealership and when we are ready to buy a new car will ask for him. Praise where it’s needed and he was polite at all times. All in all happy to recommend Brayleys as fitted new parts in a timely way and all staff polite at all times thank you

    My experience of using Lookers Honda was appauling. I was offered a delivery date of 1st March which was quickly pushed back to early May or late April. I called to see what the date was going to be and told 25th April. I had to find this out. I was not informed by a service call which I would have expected. When the delay was identified Paul Hubbard asked me if I was still happy to proceed and I said that I was so long as he honoured the offer of £20,750 for my car. He confirmed positively that the deal would continue to be offered. On 29th April I was told that the offer for my car was being reduced by £2,000 which caused me huge resentment. Finally a reduction of about £1,100 was settled on but very much against my thoughts of mal practice. The purchase agreement was signed on 23rd and a delivery time of 10am on Monday 25th was agreed. At 9.50am I was told the car could not be delivered today as the finance agreement had not been requested correctly on Friday. Paperwork was being requested and would take about an hour so possibly I could get the car on Monday. My car was due to be off risk from my insurers and the new one set to replace it at 10am. I had to call them and change the arrangements. At 12.45 I telephoned Paul to see where the documents were and he said they had been e-mailed already. I asked why he had not telephoned me to say they were being e-mailed and he said he was too busy to make the call. I tried to open the documents only to find that they were password protected so a call to Paul was necessary for me to read and sign them. He was very matter of fact and assumed I would know how to deal with a docu sign when I had no experience of this process. Finally I collected the car at 4.15 on the Monday. All in all not a great experience and one that I would not want to repeat. Very disappointed and I welcome any response that you wish to make.
