We only went in to get some facts and figures - he was happy to oblige with whatever we needed, whatever variation and combination on both new and used Niros - and we can out having put the deposit down on a 10mnth old Kia. No hard sell: just told us the figures, took us on a test drive and made it all happen seamlessly and smoothly. Had the car ready for us to collect in 72hours. Finance sorted, paperwork done, beautifully clean car handed over and all the necessary instructions given. VERY happy customers and very happy with a 7year warranty and an absolute certainty that, should anything go wrong, Graham will fix it for us. Nothing was too big an ask. Thank you.
