I
often
go
to
this
Watersones
to
buy
books
to
treat
myself
whenever
I
have
achieved
something
good
or
if
I
feel
upset.
I
have
always
seen
this
bookstore
as
a
safe
place
and
good
environment
whenever
I
enter.
I
always
receive
amazing
support
from
the
staff
even
book
suggestions
which
I
appreciate.
However,
last
week
I
had
a
horrible
experience
with
a
staff
member
I
have
never
seen
before.
I
don’t
know
his
name
but
he
is
white,
skinny,
tall
guy
in
his
20’s
with
blonde
hair.
I
asked
him
if
they
have
the
book
sweetest
obsession
and
while
he
was
typing
to
search
it
up
I
quickly
realized
I
accidentally
mixed
up
the
book
titles
from
the
authors
series.
I
correct
myself
by
telling
him
my
mistake
and
apologized
for
mixing
up
the
title.
There
is
no
wifi
signal
in
the
book
store
on
my
phone
so
I
couldn’t
search
it
up,
but
I
know
the
authors
name.
I
asked
him
if
he
could
please
search
up
Danielle
Lori.
I
did
not
see
him
type
her
name
down
and
he
got
angry
while
shaking
his
head
and
looking
down
with
a
red
face
saying
“we
don’t
have
her
here”.
I
was
confused
at
his
sudden
aggressive
body
language
and
tone
and
calmly
asked
him
if
he
spelled
her
last
name
correct
since
people
tend
to
get
it
wrong.
He
continued
to
say
in
a
nasty
attitude
with
an
aggressive
behavior
that
her
book
is
not
here.
I
made
eye
contact
with
the
lady
behind
me
and
we
were
both
stunned
at
his
sudden
mood
change.
I
completely
understand
I
made
a
mistake
by
accidentally
mixing
up
the
book
title
and
apologized
for
it
but
speaking
to
me
or
anyone
in
an
aggressive
manner
is
not
acceptable.
I
was
planning
to
buy
more
books
and
had
other
books
I
wanted
to
ask
him.
However,
he
made
me
feel
upset
which
made
me
not
feel
excited
to
buy
anything
that
day.
The
sad
thing
is
I
made
an
entire
list
of
books
I
was
eager
to
buy
from
Watersones
in
Westfield
London
as
a
graduation
gift
for
myself
and
I
don’t
even
live
in
London
anymore
