A great shop to browse and buy a gift for someone or something for yourself.

A good Waterstones with a great range of books. I couldn't find the languages section, but they had a huge travel selection so maybe things were merged in there?

Excellent book store. Staff were a little slow - but that could be the weekend workers syndrome! Weekend staff are well known for their poor customer service skills (they're stuck in a hot book shop all weekend and unable to muster the enthusiasm req'd for every blasted book!) I was quite happy, as I had low expectations!

Good bookstore and a decent selection. There is so much of fixtures on the floor that makes moving around a bit awkward. The coffee shop people just sit there for hours making it challenging for paying customers.

I LOVE bookshops. The smell of books, the special atmosphere and quiet reverence for the yet to be discovered. You cannot peruse the internet and choose a book in a calming, informative way. If you are stressed and want to step out of your world for a moment go to Waterstones (or other bookshop), take a deep breath and explore in peace.

Waterstones now sells a great selection of board games! At retail price, but still!! It still has a great selection, perfect for Christmas gifts.

What a lovely shop! Been in many a Waterstones over the years, but this one is the best. Just a shame it's inside Westfield as I don't like it!

Fairly Straight forward. A simple store layout, with clear book sections labelled (as expected). The staff were helpful, I had trouble finding my book but they helped me out. It wasn't their fault, I just missed a section of it 🫣😅

This is one of the most wholesome book stores I’ve ever come to - mainly because of the wonderful hand written notes alongside books that come recommended by the staff. One member of the staff told me that it was Jamie, another staff member that makes the effort to write hand written notes alongside books. It was truly wonderful to see them and read an actual human note from a stranger alongside books. It’s one of the reasons I would rather shop at physical book stores and not on Amazon. Jamie, you’re awesome and a rockstar!!!!!!

Didnt have the books we were looking for though had a good collection otherwise. I would also like bookstores to have small seating areas where you can look at your books and choose what to buy which Waterstones lacked and didnt have any

I often go to this Watersones to buy books to treat myself whenever I have achieved something good or if I feel upset. I have always seen this bookstore as a safe place and good environment whenever I enter. I always receive amazing support from the staff even book suggestions which I appreciate. However, last week I had a horrible experience with a staff member I have never seen before. I don’t know his name but he is white, skinny, tall guy in his 20’s with blonde hair. I asked him if they have the book sweetest obsession and while he was typing to search it up I quickly realized I accidentally mixed up the book titles from the authors series. I correct myself by telling him my mistake and apologized for mixing up the title. There is no wifi signal in the book store on my phone so I couldn’t search it up, but I know the authors name. I asked him if he could please search up Danielle Lori. I did not see him type her name down and he got angry while shaking his head and looking down with a red face saying “we don’t have her here”. I was confused at his sudden aggressive body language and tone and calmly asked him if he spelled her last name correct since people tend to get it wrong. He continued to say in a nasty attitude with an aggressive behavior that her book is not here. I made eye contact with the lady behind me and we were both stunned at his sudden mood change. I completely understand I made a mistake by accidentally mixing up the book title and apologized for it but speaking to me or anyone in an aggressive manner is not acceptable. I was planning to buy more books and had other books I wanted to ask him. However, he made me feel upset which made me not feel excited to buy anything that day. The sad thing is I made an entire list of books I was eager to buy from Watersones in Westfield London as a graduation gift for myself and I don’t even live in London anymore

I like bookstores, although they may seem outdated in this internet era. Waterstones stores always give me warmth, joy, and sense of acquaintances. l love visiting them.

There is a large variety of books but books cost becomes enormous if you want to buy a number of books. It should not be that expensive to read books. Staff there was not very helpful.

Found seats for coffee in the Cafe upstairs on a busy day, right next to Trafalgar. So that was nice. Unfortunately we didn't manage to use the toilet, since it was only one cubical. But this is understandable.

I come here strictly to buy Pokémon Cards, so my review will talk about this If you’re a student they over 5% off Pokémon card products, along with a loyalty card where you get £10 when spending £100, and you earn stamps per £10 spent. Not bad considering most places don’t offer discounts on card related products However they are not up to date with releases, and can take very long to release new sets and collections, and not release some at all. The selection in this store overall is still definitely miles better than comparing to other nearby stores like Chiswick or Kensington. Some prices are also quite overpriced and even higher than RRP. Wanted to buy a collection box which they asked £50 for, when it went for £30 or cheaper on eBay and other sites like ChaosCards. So do definitely price match while you’re there, as they can be sly in terms of prices.

Such a lovely and surprisingly big bookshop. Was a little tight for space but nice anyway. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They didn't have the book I wanted in stock but we're happy to find a more convenient store that did.

Books. More books. A few games and other trinkets. And books! Go here if you like books. One of the first stops for me when ever in London. It even smells like books. That's a good thing.

Lovely shop, very expensive but not many places to sit. At the time of visiting the lift was out of order leaving us unable to access the other floors. It's a bit tight to move around.

I went into Waterstone’s just to have a quick browse and ended up spending a lot of money on books. No regrets though. Waterstone’s do have an intriguing layout within their stores, so you’re bound to be sucked in! A very calming “browsing” experience, finished off with being served with some lovely & friendly staff.

Honestly I work in customer service so I am aware of how important reviews are and I had the absolute best service from Mahbuba in waterstones westfield. Not only did she stop what she was doing to help but she was so kind and so patient i genuinely wanted to stay and chat for longer i left with 4 books and felt amazing. If you go in there ask for her shes absolutely divine. Highly reccomend..!!! Xx
