Total scammers, they gave us two champagne shows we didn’t ask for and asked us to pay for it when we didn’t even get to drink the champagne!! The champagne bottles were probably filled with water. We had a table and was given two shots of cheap vodka, no other drinks were served, they try to scam you because they think you’re drunk. Rat hole.

Consistent smell of vommit, no one should be exposed to this sort of experience. Shocking

The whole experience from start to finish was awful.! Outside, being told to wait to be aloud in by certain individuals from within the club, that took forever to show up and say me and my friend could go in... The price for entry told to us by different members of staff changed several times... I felt, this place has no concrete rules or regulations, they make it up as they feel.. they look people up and down and make you feel insignificant, not a nice feeling.. Inside, the only good thing was the music.. which after paying way to much on this atrocious place, I was manhandled by a really rude member of it's security team, I was standing a good few feet away from a rope which is supposed to section off I believe their VIP area and I was abused by this power driven guy.. telling me to step away even further and he pushed me with his body and I expressed to him that I wasn't in the wrong... he then grabbed be by my belt and charged me out of the place. Once outside, I spoke with head of security, who first seemed ok, he appligised and said he would talk with that individual but he then revealed himself as a fake... He told me to wait for a minute and disappeared and I saw him and I said 'you told me to wait' ? He said 'no I didn't ' so he turned out to be a fake too faced liar... Long story short... I had an awful experience, I absolutely don't recommend this place and from looking at the reviews it seems many othe people feel exactly the same way... DON'T GO HERE... !! AVOID THIS PLACE...!!

I wanted to hire the venue but they blocked me ! Someone called Omar , and asks for data of my guests for some certain purposes that he couldn’t even share ! As a regulation of the uk gov. I refused to send the details of my guests and he blocked me , I’ve got proof .

The first thing happened to me in this club was that the bar tender (blonde tall girl) tried to take my 50 note pretending it was a 20 pound note. Super unfriendly and unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend to go there at all!!

Took me 5 minutes talking to the bartender + a written note of our order to still get the wrong order. We were there on a prepaid event with wristbands giving us discounts, which were disregarded by the bartender. We were not allowed to leave our bags or clothes anywhere as they probably wanted to force us to use the paid cloakroom. The guy in the toilet that helps you with the liquid soap and aftershaves pulled out a card reader with £1 preset on it when I said that I don't have change and when I genuinely wanted to give him a pound, he tried to trick me into paying £5 by changing the amount on the card reader while chatting with me, assuming I was too drunk to notice. I felt like every person working there was instructed to get as much money as possible out of everyone and everything. I did NOT have a good time in this club and will definitely never go there ever again :)

Worst place I’ve ever been. Wouldn’t. even let us in even though we had booked. Absolute joke, worst service I’ve ever received, will never go back.

We paid 100£ for a table where we received a bottle of champagne and three cocktail jugs. The cocktail jugs had absolutely no alcohol in them and the blond bar tender still continued to refuse pouring alcohol in them even after she tasted it. This lady was just generally rude, if you dont want the job then dont work there. In other clubs such as luxx in mayfair people are allowed to dance on the couches, this blonde woman came up to my friend and gave us such attitude because she danced on the couch, she could have just said it nicely. Not worth the price okish music at least its not rave music

I saw a plus size lady being turned away for being plus size - inside they got my orders wrong AND I was overcharged by £125+ when I told staff they’ve made a mistake &staff were very rude n tried to convince me it’s due to their card readers. If I’m honest that’s BS - Won’t be going back. Do not recommend
