Dear
Wetherspoon,
Hope
you
are
well.
We
were
a
group
of
10
visited
the
Kings
Tun
on
08
March
2024
around
2100-2330,
it
was
my
friend’s
birthday
so
we
ordered
over
£100
cocktails
punches
in
total.
However,
your
duty
manager
first
closed
down
our
table
on
the
APP
without
telling
any
of
us,
then
when
we
asked
why,
he
told
us
that
one
of
us
was
drunk
so
he
banned
us
for
ordering
more.
We
didn’t
notice
anyone
was
drunk,
while
the
cocktails
punches
were
fill
with
half
ice,
how
can
an
adult
be
drunk
by
that?
Personally,
I
haven’t
even
finished
my
first
punch
and
the
duty
manager
kicked
all
of
us
out.
I
was
so
confused!
Just
because
we
are
Asian
looking
faces
so
we
had
to
be
weak
at
drinking?
This
is
absolutely
discrimination.
We
are
definitely
sure
that
we
didn’t
make
loud
noise
or
movement
like
the
other
people
in
the
pub,
we
were
only
sitting
by
our
table
and
talking.
When
we
wanted
to
solve
this
problem
with
the
duty
manager,
he
wasn’t
respectful
and
didn’t
talk
to
us
face
to
face,
didn’t
give
us
his
name
in
order
to
make
a
complaint.
He
told
the
security
to
kick
us
out,
that’s
it.
Sincerely,
I
hope
the
head
office
can
give
us
a
great
explanation
defining
what’s
the
level
or
the
boundaries
of
being
“too
drunk”
till
the
point
we
can
all
get
kicked
out
from
a
pub.
Secondly,
the
duty
manager
should
apologize
to
all
of
us
face
to
face,
and
the
office
should
give
your
employees
a
training
lesson
for
their
better
manners.
Please
let
me
know
if
required
any
further
information.
Have
a
great
weekend.
Best,
Samantha
