I only went in and asked a question about the lunch deal, hence i was interested to get it..and got back a very rude response from the old fellow in there..came out just as fast...learn how to treat customers, cause i didn't see a big line outside that shop.disgusting service..

A first time customer who absolutely loves a good old fish and chippy , I traveled past two fish and chip restaurants near my home to get to this one because I though I’d have A great experience and have my pallets dancing, I asked if I could get some fresh chips as I’ve experienced some restaurants who refry over night stale chips and serve it to customers, when I ask I got told that they’ve just opened the shop !!! in such a shockingly harsh and aggressive tone as if I asked a stupid question. Thank goddess I left the shop without purchase because after a 1 minute drive away I stumbled across the best fish and chips in town, “Manor Fish Bar “. Before you receive the terrible service like I did here give Manor Fish Bar ago great service and authentic fish and chips and Pies look amazing next time I’ll give that a go.

I can't rate this fish bar enough. Not only is the food delicious but the staff go out of their way for their customers. After ordering on Just Eat and waiting a while I got a phone call from someone at Blue Marlin fish bar to say that they were having trouble getting a driver to deliver the food and so someone from the fish bar was going to deliver our order. It arrived quickly and was hot and delicious. I would thoroughly recommend this company. Thank you Blue Marlin fish bar.

It was a nice bit of grub...The Fish and Chips were Pleasantly Fluffy and Nicely Fried. Food so tasty, makes you want to swim the River Thames!

The Best Fish and Chips I have ever had! Hither Green is so lucky! I have been here multiple times and had other Fish apart from Cod and it Never disappoints, as well as their burgers. And, bloke who also runs the place is a top man!

Genuinely the best chips I've ever had. They hand cut them themselves. Very tasty, not greasy at all or dry. And very reasonably priced. The owners are always friendly and welcoming, getting to know the locals. They're open until 10pm and always working hard to have fresh chips even if you arrive at half 9. Paper bags too, so eco! I can't speak for the fish or other meat products being vegetarian, however I highly reccomended the chips and judging from that I'd imagine the rest of the food is yum!

My go to chip shop and have tried most things on the menu, the cod and cod bites are fresh and have a nice batter on them. Chicken is consistently good too, nice spicy wings and pieces, saveloy and sausages are great, burgers are freshly cooked with fried onion, cheese etc and of course the chips, which are important are just right with good size portions too. The people that run the place are good guys as well.

Gone down hill a lot, Stale Luke warm chips , fish pre cooked dry and old.

Super suspicious behaviour. Just received a missed call from this place and then when I rang back and asked why they called they hung up on me. So I rang back again and he was very rude before hanging up. How did they get my number? And why are they lying about calling me? I've never even heard of this place

Very good fish and chips, especially for London where the quality is often lacking. This place is way better than any others I’ve tried in London. There’s no skin on the fish, hallelujah! And the chips are big chunky hand cut chips. The guy serving is also very polite and helpful.

Absolutely love this place its family owned an the prices are good. You get a warm reception when you enter an piping hot food definitely my go to.
