This company is unreal! I usually go into their London shop when I need to stock up, as they have a huge range of coffee and the knowledge to go with it. The guy that works there always helps me out with with types I haven't tried before and has mentioned in the past that they have an online shop too. I was a bit reluctant as I wasn't sure what the online service would be like. Well, I thought I'd give it a go. I picked up my favourites and a few new ones, got free delivery from their super-friendly delivery guy and they threw in a free treat too. I ordered at about 7pm last night and my order was with me by 1.30pm today. I am so pleased that their online service matched the in-shop experience. The best coffee I've found with wicked customer service. You've got a seriously loyal customer here! Thank you. :)

I've used DL for28 years and would not consider buying my coffee anywhere else. Great people giving a real personal service; always a friendly helpful voice on the end of the phone, and in the shop. Fantastic efficient mail order, whether it's to Guy's Hospital or rural Wales. And, like so many essential services, they need our support now more than ever.

I have been ordering Drurys teas and coffees for a while now since having a cup of coffee at one of the restaurants I fell in love with the brand! I do like the quality of their coffees, they have got various types of coffee which is amazing, their teas are of a good quality as well and are very different from any average supermarket brand. When you place on order over £ 35 they give you a free pack of English Breakfast tea which is a treat!) I do recommend them!

We've been using Drury for several years for ground coffee, because they do a finer-than-standard-espresso grind for Rancilio Silvia espresso machines. (The alternative is spending as much again on a commercial-quality grinder.) The range of coffees and quality is excellent, (I just drink straight espresso so there's no milk to hide behind), and the price for large bags is better than for a standard supermarket product. We buy enough online to qualify for free delivery and the packaging keeps it fresh up to the time for the next order. We also use them for smaller quantities of leaf tea, with a similar, good experience. Any (extremely rare) problems due to too coarse a grind have been dealt with immediately - Drury seem very keen to protect their reputation and customer service has been good. They've continued to keep us going through the coronavirus lockdown. Overall, very happy to recommend them.

A wonderful selection of exceptional quality teas and coffees, all as good as the stuff that is inexplicably more expensive. If I had a choice I would never buy tea or coffee anywhere else again, and you can mail order too so I may never have to! All of the team there are friendly lovely helpful people who always give you all their time and attention. A gem.

Great range of teas to choose from, with friendly, helpful staff who have a good knowledge of their products. Ordered online recently and the order arrived in less than 24 hours. Recommended, especially the Ceylon OP.

It's a treat going to this coffee shop and purchase Reale beans (my favourite). Last time I also bought Classico beans. Karen is the person I have interacted with the most. She is always very helpful and professional. I have been buying coffee here for the last three years. The quality is consistent and the customer service is 10/10. Perfect place to buy some gifts for friends/relatives that have a profound appreciation of coffee/tea. I only buy coffee from this shop for my household. I have tried other varieties and shops before but the beans I get from this shop are always fresh/top quality. I simply love the warmth and the old fashion atmosphere you can breath in when you walk into Drury during the winter months.

My family have been shop customers for over 70 years. Always wonderful tea and service. This week used their delivery service due to the pandemic. Ordered online and delivered next day - brilliant.

Excellent value and quality. I have been buying my tea and coffee there for years. Drury is mainly a wholesaler, supplying cafes and top restaurants across the country. Their retail shop on New Row supplies the same top quality tea, coffee and accessories at excellent prices. If looking for tea, get the Superior London Blend (branded as No. 10 if bought in tea bags)- it definitely lives up to its name! They also have a good website where you can order all of their products. NB: Expect disruption to the shop and its opening hours throughout October 2016 as it is being refurbished.

Every couple of years I manage to get back to London. I'm not a huge fan of the place on the whole but it does have its little treasures here and there. Drury Tea is one of them. I make sure, no matter what I've got planned, to get to that shop and restock my tea supplies. The superior London blend is my go to, but they have all that you're likely to need. Fantastic shop, also ships to your front door.
