I
could…
booked
an
appointment
for
13:30
to
have
a
break
inspection
and
new
breaks
fitted.
I
had
the
break
management
light
on
so
knew
they
needed
doing
but
wasn’t
sure
which
breaks
it
was,
when
I
said
this
to
them
the
2
people
at
the
front
desk
laughed…
made
me
feel
a
little
uncomfortable
to
be
honest
but
oh
well,
gave
them
the
keys
and
walked
up
to
sit
in
Costa
for
a
bit
while
I
waited.
2
hours
past
and
had
heard
nothing
back
so
took
a
walk
back
down
there
to
see
what
was
going
on.
They
hadn’t
even
looked
at
my
car
yet…
quite
annoyed
at
this
point
as
I
had
pre
booked
an
appointment
for
13.30.
Was
told
then
that
my
car
was
next
to
be
looked
at,
was
walked
back
up
to
Costa,
another
hour
had
past
and
still
heard
nothing,
walked
back
down
to
see
what
was
going
on
it
was
clear
my
car
had
only
just
had
the
wheels
taken
off
as
they
still
hadn’t
finished
inspecting
it.
This
is
now
3
hours
after
my
appointment
time.
I
wasn’t
told
when
I
dropped
the
car
off
that
there
was
a
delay
or
they
were
running
behind,
because
if
this
had
been
the
case
I’d
have
just
rebooked
for
later
on
in
the
day
and
taken
the
car
back
down
there
when
they
were
ready
for
it.
So
I
sat
in
there
waiting
room
for
another
hour
and
a
half
for
them
to
fit
new
break
pads
and
disks,
tell
me
my
car
is
ready
and
in
fact
it
wasn’t.
Stood
outside
for
a
further
20
mins
while
they
faffed
around
under
the
bonnet
because
the
management
light
wouldn’t
go
off
to
then
be
told
the
light
will
just
reset
its
self
after
I’ve
driven
it
for
a
bit…
the
light
is
still
on
and
I’m
not
happy
to
say
the
least…
WOULD
NOT
RECOMMEND
AT
ALL.
