Excellent customer service & staff are very helpful and friendly

I booked an appointment for 13:30 yesterday and I was very dissapointed about this location. I booked a slot for a front bulb to be replaced, în the end they told that the bulb is ok but I need to look for an electrician because a fuze was faulty. I manage to find an electrician but the problem was not the fuse, the problem was the real bulb but because of the laziness of the people who can't tell you in face that is to hard to change a bulb because was behind where the battery is located and is a bit of hassle, is easier to say that is a different issue instead of truth, never come back to this place. -0⭐️

I used the Kwik Fit the first time, as I always used another company for my own and my business cars. Because of my friends recommendations I decided to use you. My original booking was at 14:00 when I get there, they said it is running a bit late and advised to come 1 hr later. And I waited until 17:30.They supposed to do visual brake and AC diagnostic, they didn't do anything about them. I understand that it was late but they didn't mind to sell me tracking service. When I left the place and checked my air pressure sensors it was 280-300kPa front (230 normal), 250-260 kPa back tyres (210 normal) I needed to go to petrol station to adjust my own tyres. It was not the service quality I was recommended. I woul not recommend this particular branch (Blackheath, London) to anyone. Overall I was very disappointed with them

The engineer that was working on my car had no knowledge of what car he was working on. first he thought it was a 1 series, then a grand coupe before being told that my car is a 4series. he had to do the test 3 times before he got it right. ALSO HE DAMAGED MY WHEELS BOTH OF THEM WHEN REMOVING THE OLD TYRES. Terrible service and now have damaged wheels.. seems like a problem down there as a few people came in while I was there complaining about damaged wheels

I cannot rate this place highly enough, Levi went above and beyond to help after I had a blow out, even staying late to make sure I got back on the road. He is an absolute star, incredibly thoughtful, conscientious and helpful (He provided me with gloves for when I got back to the car to refit the wheel and a seat cover for the back seat of the lady who gave me a lift.) The fact that a lady gave me a lift back to the car was also thanks to Levi! She saw me arrive with the blown tire and asked if I wanted a lift. She said one good turn deserves another and she was keen to pay it forward after Levi had saved her twice in recent weeks. What a legend, Kwik Fit this man is a great advert for your brand and an example to all of us!

Friendly and efficient reception staff, decent mechanics working to a schedule. Was told MOT would take one hour from drop off, it took 55min. All in all very impressive garage.

A GREAT experience at your Blackheath shop today where your manager Jay went above and beyond to help me. I love this shop and have always had great service but today was really an exceptionally great experience. Jay is a fantastic manager and lovely person and your great staff like him is why I have been a customer at this branch for over 15 years.

Team went above and beyond to sort repair. Being a manager in my own profession, I observed how well they all worked together and was particularly impressed with Jay's handling and diffusing of a situation with a challenging client walking in. Kayes and Abs are also brilliant at their work. Definitely recommend when in need.

I went for a free Aircon check up, wasn't told that the mechanic have extracted the Aircon gas out and then pumped be ones in. Then I was told to pay £69.95. The communication could have been done better. Please be upfront next time before doing any work on my car. I would bring this up to the Trading Standards if nothing has been done.

Visited kwik for and some the technicians seemed to be very relaxed sitting outside chatting, some even complaining they’re waiting to go home After an hour to change 4 tyres the technician damaged my wheel nut which snapped and leaving me the cost of purchasing a new wheel from the dealer. No communication, replacement or apology from Kwik fit. Instead they have the audacity to send me full invoice Would not recommend

It took me 3 visits to convince them that I had issues with my car, even though there was a persistent error message on my dashboard. They tried to tell me first it was a sensor issue and then that nothing was wrong (where is the logic please!?) How can the ‘manager’ not be able to identify a punctured tyre and that the wheel alignment was off? To make it worse, Jay was patronising af and told me ‘I don’t expect you to understand’. After all that, it turned out I was right. Either they’re lazy or just clueless. Awful experience, would not recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband arrived to his appointment being told that he would need to reschedule because they were still taking jobs on the day and had overbooked. He had booked his appointment well in advance so this was unfair. He was 2 minutes late and the man said there’s a 5 minute late policy - ok but he still arrived within 5 minutes of his appointment. After arguing he was able to keep his appointment. On top of everything they drew in yellow all over his tyres and didn’t even wipe it off afterwards.

Would leave 0 stars if I could… booked an appointment for 13:30 to have a break inspection and new breaks fitted. I had the break management light on so knew they needed doing but wasn’t sure which breaks it was, when I said this to them the 2 people at the front desk laughed… made me feel a little uncomfortable to be honest but oh well, gave them the keys and walked up to sit in Costa for a bit while I waited. 2 hours past and had heard nothing back so took a walk back down there to see what was going on. They hadn’t even looked at my car yet… quite annoyed at this point as I had pre booked an appointment for 13.30. Was told then that my car was next to be looked at, was walked back up to Costa, another hour had past and still heard nothing, walked back down to see what was going on it was clear my car had only just had the wheels taken off as they still hadn’t finished inspecting it. This is now 3 hours after my appointment time. I wasn’t told when I dropped the car off that there was a delay or they were running behind, because if this had been the case I’d have just rebooked for later on in the day and taken the car back down there when they were ready for it. So I sat in there waiting room for another hour and a half for them to fit new break pads and disks, tell me my car is ready and in fact it wasn’t. Stood outside for a further 20 mins while they faffed around under the bonnet because the management light wouldn’t go off to then be told the light will just reset its self after I’ve driven it for a bit… the light is still on and I’m not happy to say the least… WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

Got my two front tyres replaced in about an hour. Awesome job and brilliant customer service by the team that went above and beyond to sort out a few issues with the locking wheel nut for free. Will definitely come back again in the future!

Came for a tyre repair or change. Everything done in less than 45 min in Budget. The team rock and are all supportive and very nice. Can only recommend.

They did a health check on my car, said tyres are all good. Took the car to my local garage and i see that i got 3 tyres which are below legal limit. Unbelievable service from kiwkfit!

Can’t begin to explain how good this service was! Had a screw/nail in my rear side passenger side and instead of robbing me they suggested a filler which works perfectly. Tommy (manager) sorted out everything really quick and efficiently. I’m new to the area so it’s safe to say I’ve found my ‘go to’ place for these kind of things. Can’t recommend enough!!

I had a puncture in my rear tyre, and went straight to Kwik Fit Blackheath without booking. Tommy at the reception desk was really friendly and helpful, and the lads solved my problem within half an hour. I am very pleased with this branch!

I went there in my red car for a tyre repair and was greeted with the upmost respect and they were so polite and professional. I hardly waited any time at all before they started on my car and they done a fantastic job. Would definitely return. *not just saying that*

I dropped my vehicle off on Monday 06/06/22 and as of Saturday 11/06/22, I have not driven away yet - let alone be happy. This has turned into a nightmare. £822.75 down the road and there seems to be no end in sight. All I asked for was a full service and squeaky noise fix. What I got? Misdiagnosis, evasiveness, dishonesty and extortion. My plans for the week and weekend have been wrecked. What should have been a same day collection has now stretched to a week. Apart from being very unhappy, I am now genuinely concerned about what state my vehicle will be in when I do get it back. Such has been the steady decline of my confidence in the competence or trustworthiness of your technicians. I rue the day I took my car there.

Used to love coming here to get my car fixed when it needed to as the people there was so lovely polite and welcoming and since they went under new management they have gone downhill very badly. The management team are rude to their employees and I now would never recommend this location to anyone I know of as it’s disgusting as well as disrespectful behaviour and shouldn’t be happening especially in front of customers.

Levi, Vee, Amy and their colleague who carried out the MOT could not have done more to bring my car up to an acceptable standard within the time frame I had to work within. As well as being experts in their field, one senses that they really CARE and go further than that extra mile to help and they are individually very kind people and work together as a great team. I thank each of them.

Got a screw in the centre of my tyre. Unfortunately not able to repair as it was a run flat (I can understand reasoning but did seem like an awful waste of rubber), they were able to slot me in and replace the tyre that afternoon - didn't need the car for a few hours. Friendly and helpful service.

I booked the appointment for 8:30am as I needed to go to work after. When I arrived I was told that the guy that was meant to look at my car was coming after 9am. Also, they didn’t carry out all the checks that I was billed for. I was watching them from the window and can tell they just replaced the wheels and that is it. They didn’t even lift the bonnet to check the battery etc. I asked if they had done everything and they said yes. I asked for a report. They said they will email it to me. I have not received any report. Very disappointed. Would not recommend and certainly won’t come back.

Came in today because I thought I had a flat tyre. Levi dealt with me and he was very professional, he did a full check on my vehicle thankfully everything was fine I just haven't checked my tyre pressures in a long time 5 star for their service they come highly recommended. Great team!
