I would not recommend this university. It’s a pity I didn’t see some of the google reviews prior to enrolling. I think that their main focus is on money. I don’t know what the experience is like for persons living in the UK, but as an international student the service is very poor. The only two means of communicating with them is via telephone and logging an enquiry. Both options are very poor. It took them two (2) months to respond to a query that I had which was very important and when I called the university their CSRs were not even able to address my concerns. Their website is not very user friendly. Policies are not easily accessed. The list goes on and on. So if any international students want to enroll in this university, I recommend that you do your research thoroughly.

DO NOT ENROLL!!! Really the worst institution to study in! I took the global MBA program and I could never even recommend it to the person I hate the most! The course is largely self taught. They basically download textbooks and upload them on the VLE for students to read. Zero input on their part, just a huge supply of outdated material. Believe me, you will read a lot of unnecessary content. Too nonchalant an institution this is! Should you have an inquiry, that should take you around 3-6 months to resolve. As if too much to expect from a ‘world class’ online institution, channels of communication are non existent. Support….. well, that doesn’t exist! Just buy books and read at home, you will gain more value than studying in this institution. Total waste of time and money.

It is one of the worst university to communicate with. As many said, they only care about tuition, and as soon as you have made the payment, they'll push you aside and ignore you. If I could give zero star, I would have. Stay absolutely away from this university/college.

If you are a long distance student and planning to enrol online you better better think twice!! They will make you go crazy, first of all, there is no one person or department to call directly and to solve any problems with registry, administration, accidents, technical problems and so on. The only way to get through is an Enquiry system you open a ticket and days or week later it will be assigned to another random department that you will again have no direct access to. Then from then on, the staff members sometimes take weeks in my case always months, 4-6 months to get back, each time with sn incorrect response and some incomplete answer, the administive system has not been designed will for long distance students. You will have to spend more time calling the university begging people go follow up with the issue on your ticker than you spend time studying. For me the stress and the level of ignorance from the university side has been a very negative experience, and i am half way through and am left with no choice !

Too much focus on research output, not enough on a actual teaching. Be prepared for a lot of Googling if you go here. Universitys lower in rank are a lot more personal and you feel like there was an actual point to attending zoom meetings. And disappointing late transcripts... Do they know that people actually need to apply for jobs after August? There are probably students who missed out job opportunities because the transcript was released online on December. And that's not even the Physical version, which will probably come one year later.

awful experience here. they only care about money and once they receive your payment they wouldnt bother to reply your enquiries even if it is about something as important as exams. from last minute changes in the examination format to last minute changes in the software used for proctoring the tests and not replying to your enquiries, any issue you can think, they probably had it. please save your money or pursue your further studies elsewhere, this is not the place to be.

There are students who belong to politicians and 1st class students, they are not giving the mood to the developing countries students and those who take admission on country scholarships base and own self. Because I cancelled the admission in university and came back to my own country. 😔😔

I have been an international student since 2018 and so far nothing negative to say about the University. It's been a great journey. I'm graduating in October of 2022.

Studied Msc Professional Accountancy, course administration and support was poor, communication from the university even worse. Results at the end released after the start of the new academic year so had to take a gap year from my next studies. Results never communicated when they would be released, no information available online, from tutors or support team, support team said check your portal which gave me the date of a module I wasn't sitting shows how poor their IT Infrastructure is which was always under maintenance. Ranked 16th globally so thought it would be a good university but regret studying here.

Online Students/internationalstudents get no support from the university, if you send them emails saying you are dropping out due to lack of support they dont even respond. 20,000 later. don't waste your money.

Since enrolled in its online program partnered with 2U company, I have encountered many major technical issues from 2U's technical team such as failing to provide username and password on time to access to the Atrio learning platform, failing to upload course learning materials on time, failing to upload zoom link for live sessions on time, etc. The online teaching and curricula are great and well-designed. However, the performance of its tech team has been very disappointing. Feeling like birds without wings when a "online" program without a strong and competent tech support.

I registered for a master degree in organizational psychology for an online course. I was really disappointed by the way the university is communicating with students. I waited for a results of my last module for 8 months without being able to contact someone directly at the university to get information on what was happening, it is all through platform where you wait for weeks to get an answer. I could not register for my next module without receiving my results of the previous module. It delayed all my master program. It is really not worth the money. I do not recommend that university.

This university has the worst replying time. Even while declaring results they are taking over 45 days to give them out. My masters program almost got canceled because they did not give me my results. Please do not enroll.

Well the enquiry system is terrible, the last time they responeded to an enquiry during my examination whic was actually urgent it took them 3 months to even respond to, probable reason might be understaffed student services, They fail to take online exams in a proper way, first time it was back in 2020 when they were actually able to take the exam on a third datesheet in the Covid days, my criminal law exam was a nightmare took 12 hours to fix it DIY and they choose not to let me know how to fix it then failed me and gave a retake on Eid , should be atleast sensitive to religious holidays of others then again there was a sort of open book exam in 2021 which had the issue that almost all my batchmates not only do they have prepared answers before hand but hired people on an industrial scale to attempt the same some people managed to buy themselves a brand new Hybrid car out of assessment offences as they call it. Finally this year around they had this information blackout policy, they Don't answer questions or let you have anything for that matter to know whether the online exam was submitted or not and so many other technical glitches if you tend to have a software or server crash by no fault of your own, your exam is ruined and they wouldn't mitigate the loss or offer a compensatory retake of any value. Its torturous to go through this online exam system hope they bring back the old school pen and paper exam so that one doesn't have to deal with their technical incompetence in this regard... and I hope they learn something from their past mistakes and improve it noy repeating the blunders of the past 3 years its a shame for the world class

You can submit a thesis in 2019 to get a 1984 PhD without oral defence and examers. Such a great University.

Am a PG cert student here, but extremely abysmal lol service. As an external student, there’s not enough support, you literally never see a face or speak to a person. They don’t have a support line, not even a bot! You can ask them a question and it’ll take up to 5 working days for them to answer. Then nothing again. Paid quite a large sum of money, but haven’t even been able to start my PG cert, DONT EVEN KNOW HOW! Stay away

There is the potential for the university to recognize how effective it can be globally by treating relevant feedback received with respect and urgency.

Beautiful library with a vast selection of historic and modern texts. There are also some small exhibits of historical artefacts and the architecture itself is breathtaking.

Teaching is good, but the student liaison department leaves much to be desired. Requests are processed for 3 months. I paid all the bills and they stopped responding at all about the diploma issue.

Best that I think is closer and best scenery online. You don't have to be an alien. I like your choices of studies halls and freedom.

Thanks to this institution, the book 1984 was made possible! Although, I do feel compelled to say, it is quite overran with unprofitable genetic hybrid experiments. The House of Slytherin has become darker and less attuned to England's vision.

I am a regular user of the library on the 4th floor and i absolutely love it. But today (24/11/22) due to closed front entrance I had to enter from the side entrance. The security was picking and choosing who’s ID to check. What if I came today with no ID with the intention to sign up to the library? Would have I been refused entry? I am a black male and so was he. I watched others enter without hassle. This is upsetting and distracted me from starting work as I currently write this. I hope this can be dealt with.

🫤 The university is a money making scheme for international students. They are more interested in money than treating students in a fair manner.
