😠 Doctors are great. The receptionists are garbage with horrible attitudes and rude behaviour. People are coming to seek help for illness they don't need to put up with your unacceptable attitudes. Fix up. People often mention appointment, surgery, phone, service, call, staff, appointments, rude, receptionist, doctors,

Extremely bad administration. Few doctors for too many patients means that "emergency appointments" are set 2 weeks in the future. I have frequently been sent to A&E's GP service in Lewisham because there was no doctor available for weeks. They messed up my son's samples causing weeks of delay for diagnosis and causing me and my wife to lose hours of work. Receptionists/nurses (whatever they are) are the least polite people in London. They expect you to know their job and do it for them, getting angry if you need their help. A few of the doctors are good and will actually look at you before giving advices. Others won't even bother and just dismiss you with "paracetamol and ibuprofen". I found doctors with a broken English in the past who did not help at all and I had to be re-checked. It looks like this surgery is trying to maximise their economic gain at the expenses of their patients.

Although the doctors are decent you can never ever get through to the surgery on the phone past 9am, it is now 3pm and I have been calling for the past hour and it is CONSTANTLY engaged, I've called over 70 times and always get the engaged tone, it's actually a joke to be honest, at least have a call waiting system which allows callers to know where they are in the queue, frustrating is an understatement especially as I'm calling on behalf of my dad for his blood test results!

This GP is the worst one I have ever been with. Front desk people are very rude and so unprofessional. As a person who has a speech difficulties, I called them today for an appointment, I spoke with one of the fron desk people, called Anna, she was so rude, she did not wait me finish my sentence, she told me: 'I do not understand you', then she passed the phone to another colleague. Imagine how I was after that phone call, cried for no reason. This is discrimination, they are rude, so unprofessional and with attitude. Do not go there.

The doctors here seem ok, as do the nurses. The admin and reception staff however are the worst employees I've ever seen at any organizational. How they keep their jobs is beyond me. Incompetence combined with being extremely rude. It has to be seen to be believed. Getting an appointment is also pretty much impossible. I can't believe that this place is allowed to run like this

It is nearly impossible to be seen by a doctor. If I manage to get an appointment I still need to wait like a half an hour to be seen. Receptionist usually has no compassion. I rather just wait to be sick enough to get into a hospital, better chances to get help.

Worst doctors surgery I've ever encountered. Unless you physically go there at 8am in the morning it's impossible to get an appointment - Which is absolutely absurd, if you do manage to get an appointment then, you could have to wait for up to two hours to be seen. I went last week and was incorrectly diagnosed twice by two separate doctors at this surgery, which ended up with me spending the weekend in hospital, . On the second appointment I was left to wait in the waiting room for 50 minutes and was seen at 10.50 for my 10am appointment. I understand that they're busy but if they took the time to diagnose correctly in the first place then perhaps they wouldn't have people coming back and that would free up more appointments. Would be interesting to know what there repeat rate is.

You have to be a lawyer to beat their ignorance. They will find a way of getting rid of you faster than you know. If you want to get a referral to see a specialist, prepare to wait for more then a half year Staff is beyond ignorant. This medical center is criminal.

They have an app and an online booking system which doesn't let you book appointments (only for smears). If you call, they dismiss you (without even asking how serious it is) and they ask you to call during the specific times when you are allowed to book appointments, which is 08:00 to 09:00... Last time I managed to get an appointment, the doctor saw me but during the 10 min that the consultation lasted, I was made feel like I was wasting someone's time. They were visibly impatient and I got nervous and ended up not explaining the extent of my issues...

It is the worst practise I have ever dealt with. You can't book appointments unless you call between 8 and 9.30 am on the day. However it is so busy between those hours that no one can't go through. If you are lucky enough to go through then they offer a phone call appointment. No face to face appointment are given ; there are generally up to the doctor. Whom, in general, refuses, unless you have a pcr test done which is another two days until you can actually see someone in real life. (and don't forget two days after you have to call again between 8 and 9.30 am...) They don't give you routine appointments 'not available' until March. With regards to the doctors, we had multiple shocking errors of diagnosis. So avoid if you can.

Very rude receptionist is so horrible and passive aggressive. I know this is the case in most GP surgery’s, but this woman is really shocking. Someone needs to have a word with her. They also never answer the phone and just lose your prescriptions. I mentioned it to the pharmacy downstairs and apparently they get told the same from customers all the time. Be grateful you’re in employment and treat your clients with more respect!

I hate writing a negative review for anyone working for the NHS, who are doing their best in extremely difficult circumstances. However my recent experience was extremely upsetting and handled poorly. A week ago I asked one of the receptionist to order my repeat prescription becuase i was unable to order it myself online, but when I tried to collect it i found out that it had never been ordered. It was a Friday when the medication should have been available for me to collect, so I started getting extremely bad withdrawal symptoms towards the end of the weekend and today. When I tried to explain what had happened, the surgery did not acknowledge how dangerous it was for me to suddenly stop my medication and as result did not treat it urgently or reassure me in any way. I felt the receptionist was extremely flippant and did not want to hear about how I was feeling, cutting me off when I tried to explain the type of medication i was on, even thought there was nobody behind me waiting. They also at no point acknowledged that it was a mistake on their end. I completely understand that mistakes happen but it was upsetting for them not to acknowledge what had happened, especially when I have been feeling so unwell as a result. I think they way the surgery deals with emergency prescription requests and medication withdrawal is ineffective and very stressful for the patients.

My partner has been discharged from Lewisham Hospital, and needs to see his GP at this sorry Medical Centre. He has been told to call back several times. It is because he was unable to see his GP that he ended up in hospital. I am truly disappointed that this shoddy excuse for a doctors surgery exists.

I have been a patient here since birth & I'm now 39 & I have never ever been met by such a rude receptionist in all my time. I only went to collect a doctor's sick note due to stress & depression & due to the pandemic these where brought down to the door but not today I was ordered by a very rude English lady with glasses who slapped & face mask on the counter for me to put on & then when she asked for my address i made & mistake & she lost her cool which made me fly off the handle & also didn't help my stress levels..... Thanks a bunch to the rude receptionist I'm now sitting in my car trying to calm down

The only good thing about this practice is that it’s very accessible via transport links. I never am able to get an appointment, I’ve had phone calls to ask me to come back in for a urine sample because they LOST IT (this happened twice!!) and GPS take 4+ days to approve repeat prescriptions. But if you order too early (to account for the delay) they reject it. As someone who actually needs medication to survive (insulin), I regularly have to contact 111 for emergency supplies because my GP can’t seem to handle repeat prescription requests. Don’t sign up with this practice, thoroughly recommend travelling elsewhere.

Was excited that I managed to find a booking slot on the app (for a whole week later), Was able to book a 10minute call, except no call ever came. I'm in a lot of pain and it's extremely frustrating to have to wait then then be left in the cold with no heads up. Such an awful "service". Sad to see what the NHS has deteriorated to under the Conservative government.

I’ve been with this practice for 25 years. The Doctors are excellent but the administration is poor. It reached a new low today when I received a text telling me to make an appointment and when I called I was told they didn’t have any and to call back after 6 June!

Please someone get control over this GP, the service level and the way they are responding to queries is unacceptable. There is never a straight answer, each person tells you something different, I am requesting a life medication not some vitamins to make my skin look pretty. It’s something I live with and if I don’t have it I could die. Every time to get my prescriptions is an absolute nightmare, I rarely cry in my life but they make me so uncomfortable that I explode after the call and I am in bad mood all day. Please someone do something

I have been waiting to be seen for 10 hours. There is ONE (1) doctor. The patients are going crazy. There was a man covered in blood on the floor and nobody cared about him, afterwards he was going around and causing chaos, he seemed dangerous and no one was there to calm him down and to ensure the safety of the patients. There were weird people that were approaching a girl on a wheelchair that was by herself and couldn’t move. It was a nightmare, me and her felt helpless and unsafe. The security appeared shortly and left again. The toilet stank of piss and the exam room was nasty. The nurse that drew my blood wanted to leave me with the plastic thing in my veins for the rest of the wait, which was not gonna happen of course. I am here, on my 10th hour of waiting on a blood exam, yet not been seen. The urge to scream is overwhelming. Please help the NHS.

I was told to book an appointment on the app but there were never any spots available, so I tried to called at 8am. The automated message said to call back at 9:30am if it was not an emergency, so I did. The receptionist told me there were no appointments left today and to call back at 8am despite what the message said. So I have tried calling several times at 8am and have been left on hold for over an hour and a half. I registered with this GP last year and I still haven’t been able to book my first appointment!!!

Very difficult to get appointments. Can't get through their call centre. The lines are either down/not working or they are not answering. There used to be an option to book an appointment online but they don't seem to support this anymore. When I finally got an appointment, the receptionist told me that the doctor could attend ONLY ONE of the issues I wanted to discuss because the appointments last for 10 mins and if I wanted to discuss a second or third matter I would have to book another appointment!!! Very disappointed...

Very poor service & inadequate equality training. I'm a transgender person and I legally changed my name over two years ago. A couple of days after registering with a GP at this clinic I received an email saying I've been removed from the list of patients. I enquired about this at the reception and they said they don't know how to deal with the situation and that my NHS number could have changed. The receptionist was clearly unprepared and the whole situation was pretty humiliating. I registered one more time. Two days later I've been deleted from the list of patients again. I currently can't get an appointment with a GP and I'm worried I'll have to get through this again. Would not recommend this place.

I had a bloodtest 1 month ago, i received a message to book an appointment with the GP. The earliest telephone appointment was 2 weeks away !! just for a telephone appointment. After being anxious about the results for 2 weeks, I ended up missing the call because the GP called me 45 mins after the time I booked for. I requested an urgent telephone appointment the next day and was told it would be at 15:20 .... it is now 16:00 and still no call.... The lack of urgency is very scary, it could cost someone their life. I regret ever moving to this surgery honestly !!

The worst practice. I would give 0 stars if possible. Kept "forgetting" to press enter on their keyboard to send a referral letter that was already written. Took 6 weeks. Never any availability. Rude customer service. Close early continuously. Have now cancelled my daughter's flu jab 4 times over the course of 4 months. First three times due to no stock, fourth becausr thy "forgot to put it in the fridge" so all the stock was useless. You couldn't write it. Needs closed down asap

The phone line is always busy and it's hard to get an appointment on the day. The reception staff are helpful and they do try by offering me something or let me know where to go. The managers need to do some thing or things will only get worse. However as i said the reception team are very helpful especially Sasha that let me know what i need to do get an appointment ASAP and the lad that help me with patient access. Keep up the good work.

Can't believe this surgery & LCP are still taking patients, they can't deal with the ones they've got. Thankfully I'm no longer with LCP, but an elderly family member is & has all but given up trying to receive a service from this surgery. Fobbed off by receptionists (if they manage to get through) & nurses, can't get to see a GP, no wonder so many are ending up at A&E or in hospital seriously ill.

EDITED: The service I have been receiving is extremely poor. Nobody is bothered when questioning symptoms, nobody is bothered when experiencing certain issues. But what really made me angry is that they telling me that THEY WON'T SEE my little daughter even though she is sick for over a month!!! This is unacceptable and I am so frustrated of the lack of sympathy and professionalism in this surgery! POOR reception team service, VERY Rude. Called today because my daughter is not improving and developed other symptoms which I want to discuss with doctor AND AGAIN the same Rude Receptionist called ARIFA telling me at 8.30am that are all booked. Apparently because she has been sick from before she is not priority!! SOMEONE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I will be a making sure to do a complaint about it even though they never follow up any complaints made! For that reason our family will be moving from this place that present themselves as a medical centre. This is an organization who is not willing to take actions when concerns are raised or even complaints made!!! Disgusting!!!

The worst GP service I have encountered in London - no option to see the same doctor on a single issue - my initial consultation, follow up and post X-ray appointments were all different doctors. Some emergency same day appointments but if you need a regular appointment it’s 4 weeks, poor receptionist come across like they don’t care but assume they are just caught up in the system - incredibly badly managed in my opinion

PARKING- There is no parking for customers that I could see. However, there are 2 roads opposite that have parking restrictions until 12pm, after that the roads are free to park. They are directly opposite the establishment. Rating and review is for rooms 15&16 only. Lovely staff, very friendly, no judgement from anyone for any reasons. Loads of information and reassurance when needed. Honestly, I can't stress enough how friendly they were and how 'normal' they make you feel. It is very easy to find, and the waiting area is small and enclosed. It felt like a safe place to be with safe people.

All the medical staff are great. Trying to get an appointment is really difficult and stressful even when trying online. Appointments are often quite along way off from the date you phone that's if you're lucky enough not to have to try again the next morning. . On 1 occasion all I wanted was a simple message to be given to a doctor and was told I needed a telephone consultation which was 2 weeks wait. When I spoke to the doctor it was mentioned that the message could easily have been dealt with without the need for an appointment. Therefore wasting the doctors precious time. There is 1 excellent receptionist who'll try really hard to work with you to help as much as possible and staff dealing with prescription quieries over the phone are also excellent. Before the appointment system changed I would have happily given 5 stars but it sadly no longer achieves that standard.

Brilliant GP, I’ve always been able to get an appointment - both through the NHS App and over the phone. A lot of effort has gone into maintaining social distancing in the practice with plenty of hand sanitiser available. I understand the phone lines can be busy - that’s due to high demand, but a bit of patience and trying again later does help.

Edit: I wrote the review below some time ago and since then this medical centre has gone from bad to worse. It is almost impossible to get appointments and I have, in the recent past, even had staff put the phone down on me rather than explain this. I understand resources are stretched, but this GP surgery is genuinely not fit for purpose and I would advise people to avoid it at all costs. It is more than likely that your health conditions will get worse given the delays in being seen or getting an appointment. They desperately need to retrain their front of house staff. I have, finally, decided to move to a more efficient and effective doctors surgery. Previous review: The doctors are OK; the reception is very poorly run - the phone system does not work. They tell you not to queue early to book an appointment, yet their phone doesn't ring through, nor do they have a hold line, nor an answerphone. How are you meant to book an emergency appointment?

Always had a good service. Have had problems trying to make an appointment. Otherwise I've been quite happy.

I have been with this surgery for several years and can honestly say I have been so satisfied with the service provided. I will be leaving to Canterbury and only wish I could take this surgery with me ! Sara on reception is so nice going above and beyond for me. Having developed a rare lung disease, I have always felt secure with this surgery . A special Thanks to Dr Savage and Dr Ferdinand who are in my experience are very experienced doctors always making me feel very comfortable. It will be a very sad Goodbye from me !!

😠 If I could give this clinic no stars I would. I went for a reassurance scan tonight and I’m happy my cyst got picked up and is now being sorted . bUT.. the one thing that will put you off is they allow another woman to attend this β€œscan” when Iv been to others before and they only have one person in...

πŸ‘πŸ‘ I cannot recommend heartily enough this surgery, I left my previous surgery of 20 years due to them going down hill. From the moment you enter, all staff are polite, helpful and listen to you. The building is clean, and you never have to wait long to be seen. Since I joined recently, each interactio...

πŸ‘ Was made to feel very comfortable and at ease when I visited a couple of weeks ago. The dates I was given were spot on with what the hospital have just told me. Only thing that could make it better would be if they offered more than one photo. I usually use another clinic who are slightly cheaper an...

😠 This gym is a SCAM they lock you in a 2 year contract and there is no way for you to cancel the account. Corporate do not answer to the emails and the employees don’t know anything. I was pressured into signing up and nothing was really explained to me. I am really considering taking this to my lawy...

😐 I'am a little surprised by all the positive feedback frankly. We attended the chessington branch and found the waiting to be very busy and all seemed a little chaotic. The sonographer who scanned us was very monotonous, did not smile, or greet us and all felt very rushed and not personable. The mana...
