Don't use as claims to be safe and secure with gates but suitcases stolen in middle of day. Staff very unhelpful to us and police in obtaining any CCTV which begs the question how thieves get in to a secure car park at 4pm smash windows and steal cases and get out again while staff present on site - maybe some help do you think?

NOT SECURE OR SAFE Do not park here unless you want to risk being broken into. There were 6 cars with their back windows smashed this Saturday, reading reviews it has been going on for months with no action from NCP, there are 4-5 per day, the entrance pedestrian gates are supposed to be locked but have been broken for months. The cars seem to be targeted & it looks like someone is watching to see what you place in the boot.

Had my car broken into yesterday 30th July 2022. Despite CCTV everywhere no security was on site, all they did was provide me a reference number. Despite it's nice big heavy gates and what seems like a secure place to leave your vehicle it's not. It's actually the complete opposite as the entrance door is unlocked so anybody can walk in.

Don't risk it and park there. Our car was broken into. The rear glass of our car was smashed and our suitcases, personal items, and our shopping bags were stolen in less than an hour and a half at around 2 pm on Sunday. There is no insurance on your car parking there and NCP did nothing! They said to call the police. I wish we read the reviews before parking there, they all agree that it is an inside job! Be careful! This is in August 2023

I parked here for about 8hrs today. Great, secure, clean and quiet underground parking area with lifts in addition to stairs. Gates are automated and there payment stations for number plate recognition parking. There was an attendant patrolling. ยฃ32 for over 8hrs is a bit much but my Tesla was secure. Do not leave your belongings visible in the car though because c4iminals can drive in pretending to park because a few posh cars park there. Low ceiling of 1.9 metres. Heard a few people who could not remember their floor level and space so take a picture otherwise it will take ages to find your car. Parking levels also go from low to high e.g. 1,2,3, as you go down the levels. I've added photos.

Would give it no stars if possible, please don't be mistaken in thinking this carpark is safe and secure! Our car back window was smashed in at this car park our suitcase and personal belongings along with our shopping were stolen from the car, they were all hidden.under the parcel shelf the back and side windows have privacy glass so nothing was on display! we had to find a shop to get bin bags to enable us to drive home, as nobody could get out to us to fix the window and we had a child in the car! THE PUBLIC ACCESS DOORS ARE OPEN AND ANYONE CAN WALK IN ON FOOT IT IS NOT MONITORED OR SECURE, please do not put you or your family through the stress and upset we have had to endure!

Park with caution!!! The car opposite me on the morning of 17th Nov had its rear windscreen smashed. The car park is NOT secure as I noticed that anyone can walk in due to the secure access system i.e. the 'enter your number plate before access door opens', is broken and does not work! Until NCP fix this, the car park is not safe!

Don't park here. I avoid the other NCP covent garden as I saw the bad reviews for break ins. Thought this one looked OK with 4 stars. I was very wrong parked at 2pm on Saturday 25th Sep got back to the car at 9pm. Back window had been smashed and a laptop take. Spoke to someome from NCP just said report to the police NCP will not do anything and then he showed us 4 other cars with smashed back windows. Stay away from this carpark.

Had my car broken into 13/08/22, security guard was about as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike and the CCTV only covers the entrances and exits. NO CCTV IN CARPARK ITSELF. Signage everywhere outside saying it's secure I would totally argue otherwise. Don't be a mug don't park here ๐Ÿ‘

Avoid this car park like the plague! Despite the nice location the whole layout of the car park is a mess. When you drive in the camera is meant to take a photo of your number plate but this did not happen for us. This could have caused us to not be able to re-enter the car park as the โ€œsecureโ€ part of this car park is that you have to key in your number plate in order to get in. However some gates donโ€™t lock so you can just walk in. This is how other people leaving their cars overnight have had their cars broken into. This car park is not secure. Funnily enough though if it was who Knows when we couldโ€™ve got home but the capturing of number plates should work. Another thing about the car park is the layout is very confusing. The entire thing is like a spiral but each level has two sides separated by a corridor. So itโ€™s very easy to get disoriented even if youโ€™re on the level you parked on you may need to get to that other side. We parked for roughly 5 hours which charged us ยฃ37.95. Trust me the bad reviews are justified for this place.

Definitely do not park here!!!! The lift is dodgy no light and makes weird noises. This car park is not accessible for anybody who struggles with mobility due to the stairs on exit. The door on level 4 has no handle I had to put my fingers inside the holes on the door and attempt to pull it open.

Doors wouldn't open when we arrived. Had to wait an hour for someone to come and fix it, despite the website claiming it is fully staffed and patrolled. Reading other reviews it appears they've cut back massively and it's now completely open for anyone to walk in and break windows. Customer service were pleasant but gave varying answers each time we called. Ended up missing our dinner reservation.

Do not use this carpark, had my back window smashed, intercom not working so gates left unlocked, no one manning the carpark so unable to report it. Unable to get through on helpline.

We parked in this car park many times as we needed to go to the British Museum and Primark Oxford Street. The car park is 24 hours and there are security gates when entering and exiting. The system picks up the car registration number, all you have to do is to pay through the machine or through the SCP parking app which deducts automatically. All exits are car registration number locked, so you can only enter if you have your car number keyed in correctly. Unfortunately, the whole car park is somewhat wet and reeks of urine. And outside, there's a park which is very dark at night. So there's a security issue there.

Entry gates weren't working so couldn't get in. No staff "anywhere near" so no chance of fixing the gates. Had to reverse up a ramp, round a sharp corner and over speed bumps, to get out, after Customer Service apologised profusely but couldn't actually do anything to help. Oh, and the lane that would have let us go down the side of the car park, straight to the exit, had bollards across it. I found a cone and put it across the entrance, to stop anyone else getting similarly stuck. NCP, that's an hour's labour you owe me, and several hours you owe the helpful gentleman who had been stopping anyone else doing this, but had stepped away for a few minutes when we arrived. Summary: half an hour of stress, and then had to find somewhere else to park.

Do not park there!! Our back window was smashed, personal belongings taken. Very disappointing as this is meant to be a secure car park. Registration details are meant to be entered upon return- the gate was unlocked so in theory anyone can get in. No staff at the car park when we returned to our vehicle. We called customer services, they were not helpful. There were quite a few expensive cars parked there, which was reassuring when leaving our Vw- Other reviews suggest this is a regular occurrence- NCP really need to do something about this!

Parked there to visit Great Ormond Street Hospital. Hardly 5-10 minutes walk to the hospital and to other amenities.Very safe ticket free gated entrance/exit and cameras take your licence plate to make the payment at the end of your trip. As there's no ticket or toucan to enter the car park so you don't have to worry about losing them. They have got the latest payment machines to pay for your parking when you finish or the best way is to download the NCP Parking App for completely hassle free parking.

AVOID AVOID AVOID, I was parked in here at the weekend to return to the back window shattered, no security to be found, all access doors wide open. Bizarrely the car had valuable in there and nothing was taking, police said a few cars had been broken into.

A 24/7 car park where you can't actually park your car. Guess that makes it a " ". I know when you need to park your car, bad reviews or not, you still need to park it somewhere, especially in London, but hopefully, this will warn some poor unexpecting person to avoid, or even better make NCP realise how epically useless they were yesterday. Sadly 0 stars is not an option here. So imagine this, after a year of having our theatre tickets delayed, we excitedly planned our journey to London, deciding to drive to make the late journey home easier for our little one, we left plenty of time and headed to the 24/7 staffed NCP car park, at Bloomsbury Square. Obviously plenty of time is never enough in London traffic but, arriving at the car park, we still had 30 minutes before our pre-theatre lunch reservation. We merrily drove down the narrow ramp, drove slowly to the gates as instructed. And nothing. Nothing at all. Beeped to get the attention of the "staff" and nothing. My husband phoned the "Customer Service" (hahaha) number on the sign, to be told, yeah, the gates aren't opening, there's no staff and to try another car park nearby. This is not what is being advertised on the website. We ended up having to reverse around an incredibly tight corner and back up the ramp. My husband found and put a traffic cone at the top to ensure that no one else got in the predicament we did. By the time we were out, there were several others there, even with prebooks on Just Park, who found they could not do what the NCP had advertised, like actually, park their car, in a 24/7 staffed car park. Trade descriptions anyone? We found free parking on the road around the corner and made it to our lunch reservation and the show was amazing, but there were others who had now missed the start of their show. Totally appalling and we'll certainly go out of our way to not use NCP again.

Conveniently located car park below Bloomsbury gardens. Good access to the surrounding neighbourhood including at tube stations for travel around London. If planning on staying here I would recommend booking online as it will be cheaper. Certainly one of my go to places to park when I stay in London.

A bit expensive, but very smooth to book and to use. Car park is very secure and it was easy to access and exit. Highly recommended.

Please be aware, thieves are operating in this car park, had my back windscreen smashed on Sept 11 @ between 13:00 and 14:00. Lock to the main entrance was disabled, software managing the magnetic lock had crashed, so anyone can walk into this car park. Have parked here for years, but with no on-site staff, this is no longer a secure car park.

Very Secure Car Park book in advance and it's reasonable priced for central London. Great location if your staying at the Bloomberg Radisson Hotel.

Good location. Opted for here after reading bad reviews of the NCP at Covent Garden. Good sized bays for our SUV, price decent enough for central London. Visible security. Didnโ€™t see any barrier on way out but prepaid so just drove out. Lifts were out of order which was a slight pain with kids. Door to pedestrian access wasnโ€™t locked and should have been. Walked to Covent Garden no problem. Would use again.

Having read reviews I was reluctant to park here, but we did and the car was intact when we returned, having a little unassuming car definitely has it's benefits some times!

Well maintained and spacious. Beware of the curious double-helix parking. The spiral that goes down does not naturally connect to the spiral that goes up. They are two different parallel spirals. Many people get lost in here. Otherwise, the security is excellent. The walking entrance is.... hidden (?) like, nondescript on the side of the park.

Lots of space however please make a note of if you parked in the blue area or yellow, it took me over half an hour to find my car & this was only made possible by the friendly NCP staff member.

A well situated car park. Prices are a bit steep, but you expect that for parking in the centre of London. If the ticket machine doesn't work (it tends to get stuck expecting a discount code!) then just drive out and pay online from home
