I wish I read the comments before I decided to park my car here, my car was broken into, no CCTV footage, when I went to report to the police, they informed me it was a daily occurrence and NCP never do anything to help the situation. Luckily it was a worthless work bag however my ID badge was stolen. Was lucky I didn’t have any valuables in the car, thank god my disabled badge, Wallet was safe within the other compartments of my car. If you value your windows/ cars, just park on the street! Anything is better than this happening. Utterly appalled at NCP - thought I was the only one initially until the police had informed me. Luckily no one was hurt, but now I have to deal with potential ID theft! Please DO NOT park here!!!!!! I’ve just filed a complaint with NCP - to install CCTV, hope this happens!!!!

Obviously not looking at the reviews (who does for car parks) but this seriously needs to be sorted. Came back to my car last night to have the back windows smashed in!! The same as everyone else on this review list. £2,500 worth of goods were stolen along with personal belongings. We had left the car at 19:15 and came back to the car at 21:10 so this was ONLY a 2hr window. We informed the police and we have spoke to an individual that was on the entrance of the car park when returning. We were originally told there was no CCTV but as you can see in the images below we have found CCTV via the entrance with the automatic doors, the side streets along the car park and at the barriers. which would clearly show what people came in and did this and should be punished for doing this. I will be contacting ncp tomorrow morning to request cctv footage of this time frame! Absolutely appalling! Will not be staying in a car park like this again!

DO NOT PARK HERE EVER! CAR BROKEN IN TO AND ITEMS STOLEN If i could leave a minus review i would. We pre paid to park here over night whilst staying in Covent Garden for a nice night out, we left the car at 6pm, when leaving the street exit where the lifts are, there was someone hanging around wearing a hi vis to look like they work there, waiting at the automatic doors (can only re enter using your ticket) who it seems was keeping the doors open once you leave and entering. We came back to our car the next morning to find a smashed window and items stolen, fire extinguishers used to smash the windows. If i had seen these reviews before we would not of parked here. Our ransacked items were found in the stairwell once all valuables were taken. Another car behind us had a window smashed too and we found their priceless belongings dumped with ours. This car park is quite literally a trap.

Do not use. We have been burgled. Car smashed and everything covered in urine. Valuables taken Dozens of cars done. No cameras and no one cared. Ruined my birthday

Posting some months after the event but I can see there is still a considerable number of thefts in this car park. There is clearly organised crime, no doubt with the assistance of security, happening on a regular basis in this car park. No measures by NCP. Avoid!!

Like many others I wish I read the reviews for an NCP car park! My car was broken into yesterday and nothing valuable to them taken but my lashes kit was stolen, a few hundred pounds at least to replace plus the window not to mention that I can't provide this service until it is replaced now so loss of business! The bag is small and black, hidden in the footwell and the car has black tints. I've always checked it before as the boot is full of my other equipment and it's not easy to see from outside so they definetly use lights and seem to be very quick as multiple cars broken into! I had no reception to call anyone except near the lifts and told a couple and they ended up moving their car. At that time I saw the patrol guy go past and told him and he said yes I patrol the floors every 30-60mins and this happened an hour or so before I got to my car and they broke into 3-4 other cars too. He had already reported it to the police and gave me the reference number. Whilst I was driving to the exit I told another couple and they said yes they know so they always leave their back windows open as it's happened to them there before. The man also explained that a group blocks open the fire exits and comes via that way. From the reviews it looks like NCP know that this is a regular occurrence and have only put up "high theft area" posters near the lift and hired one patrol man for the whole car park. Until they invest in proper security such as cctv or patrols on every single floor I would AVOID this car park. NCP clearly doesn't care about customer satisfaction and can't be bothered to invest money to make things safer!!

Please please please don't park here. parked yesterday for few hours after arriving in London early and before checking In hotel..came back to find my windows smashed and all luggage stolen. we were not the only car targeted very unhelpful staff just kept pointing and signs saying you leave vehicle at own risk went on to tell us all the cameras are dummies.. plus having the pleasure of paying £30.00 to get out of car park. I think this must be somone inside helping .NCP please respond...

Terrible car park, we left my brother's car for a couple of hours and it had been broken into, back window smashed and a couple of weekend bags stolen, they were under the parcel shelf. Attendee of the carpark conspicuously absent. No CCTV. Do not park here.

I too wish I had thought to read the reviews… of this so called “Secure” car park.. No security in the car park, the only security outside the car park thought to take pictures but not call the police thanks mate 👍🏼… You are a credit to NCP.. NOT!! Needless to say, NCP have been NO help when called.. Official complaint forthcoming!! I suggest you do not use this car park if you want to return to your car in one piece!!

Parked here for the theatre, went back to car to go to hotel. Car broke into. All our luggage taken. No cameras work apparently. DO NOT PARK HERE. The boot cover was covering our luggage also, so nothing visible. Very suspicious. Had to cancel dinner and hotel and drive back home over 100 miles with broken boot window. NCP not really bothered. Something needs to be done as it’s not safe.

Never left a bad review! Here it is!! My car got smashed from parking here. Police closed the case in a day cause of no evidence, no CCTV !! Plus, NCP did not give any responsibility for anything. I lost more than 2000£ Please, dont park here.

Awful car park. Stunk of urine and not secure at all. Left the car here for three days and nothing happened until we put all our suitcases in the boot on the last day to go to the theatre at 1:30pm-5:30 and when we returned our back window was smashed. Items such as iPads, clothing, chargers and other electrical items were stolen from our suitcases. Worked it out and around £4,500 worth of items was stolen from us. Luckily we found our suitcases but one because the staff members apparently found them scattered across the car park. The same thing happened to another family who was there. Very suspicious. Would recommend looking into more safer and secure car parks even if they are a bit further away. STAY AWAY!!

I wish I's have read the reviews. Car broken into on 13/2/2023. No CCTV, no staff on duty. Heard from a member of staff in the theatre next door that this happens a lot (and scroll down to see why!) Avoid parking here. If it happens so often why don't NCP install cameras

Wish I had read reviews before using this car park!! Parked here to go to the theatre, returned to the car 5 hours later back window had been smashed along with 3 other cars!! DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!! Report to the police who haven’t enough time to look at case! Also security guy advised us he had only just come on shift but said happens frequently!!!

I would never of thought to read a review on supposedly secure car parking. I returned to my car and found the back window smashed. Lesson learned and I will never park here again and now ill read reviews on all car parks, NCP don’t give a s**t.

Car was broken into and robbed. Rang police and they said what do you want us to do. Lost loads of stuff out of boot. Security guards are a waste of time, if anything they are in with this whole scam. No cameras at all. Im not one to leave reviews but this has scared me big time. People hiding behind cars watching you, this is not safe at all. Something needs to be done

Our car had rear windscreen smashed and items stolen from boot during the day (Saturday, 2pm, so busy period) and within an hour or so of us parking. At least two other cars had the same that day. Locals told us it happens every day. Unbelievably insecure car park. Please learn from our experience and DO NOT PARK HERE :(

Do not give these people your money. Our review is the same as many others posting here. Our back window was smashed in and two rucksacks were stolen. My own may have had little in, but my father lost his medication. We had left our bags in the car for an hour to go for lunch, but apparently that's all the time they needed. We should have been more aware of the issues, but the fact that there has been many, many years of these happenings going on and NCP have done nothing about it says it all about how much they care for their customers. Do not use this car park. You are not safe here.

Very hard to find. Car park signage is down a very small side street which cannot be seen from the main road, no wonder it was empty. Very small entrance and exit, but very big parking spaces. Tremendously smelly and I think it was a burst toilet pipe. Very handy for the Travelodge Covent Garden.

Front Security shutter not working. Lifts not working meaning I had to struggle up the tiny stairwell with four sizeable bags. Got back at midnight to discover my colleagues vehicle had been broken into by smashing the rear window - laptop, and other valuables stolen. No apparent security on site. Seriously folks, avoid this poorly maintained thief paradise. Just not worth it (£28 for 9 hours too!!!!).

Lifts not working .very narrow stairway and steep. NCP need to do better....Don't forget your ticket. Conveniently positioned but a little bit tucked away.

Several cars broken into (luckily not mine) but made me feel very unsafe returning to my car late at night. Wish id read the reviews before choosing here as it looks like it is a daily occurence. DO NOT PARK HERE!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! good night ruined in town, now minus a laptop bag and a rear window. I intended to park somewhere else in covent garden but couldn't find it, found this instead but in a bit of a rush so unfortunately didn't check the reviews. THIS PLACE IS AN EFFING JOKE!!!! They must be aware of the issue by dint of the reviews and complaints and yet no CCTV other than ANPR at barriers, no attendant, just another NCP money grab plus whatever you have in your car boot. THEY HAVE A SERIOUS ISSUE WITH CRIME and there are no security measures in place as a deterrent, their customer help line is useless. I'm minded to go back there and lie in wait with a bat.

Ok it was quite smelly, but other than that, I luckily didn't have any issues with it. I'd read the smashed windows reviews after I'd booked so was a bit weary, but the car park was full of cars, there were attendants when I arrived at 5 pm and also there at the exit after 10 pm. It was a lifesaver to be able to park so centrally for £15 on a rail strike day to take my family to the theatre, so I'd use it again if I ever needed to.

I was worried because of all the reviews about theft, but when I got back my car and everyone else's cars were perfectly fine. It's very convenient for parking, especially if you're going to see a show.

So unhappy. Parked tonight got my car broken into. Stole my bag. Which is worth couold grand can't believe i left it in there and didn't see these reviews. They took my bag had my nhs stuff in It i need for work and more stuff I need! Also my sons medication as he's really unwell which he needed TONIGHT. I can't believe so many cars are smashed here and there is nothing being done about this.

I pre-booked a parking space online at a cheaper rate. When I arrived on time and my number plate was recognised and my name appeared on the screen which was reassuring. We entered the car park and had our choice of spaces. Very way process.

Parked here today to watch Cinderella with my children. Rear screen got broken and husband's bag got stolen. Was told happened every day with many cases. Just read the reviews and realised NCP should really be penalised. One theatre's security guard instructed us to post it to as many social medias as possible to raise awareness as it seems to be a unique problem in this particular car park that unbelievably unresolvable for so long.
