Will never be parking here ever again. Took us 3 and a half hour to leave just the carpark from the top level. Then took a good measurable time just to get out to the main road; it gets too busy and not worth the time. Absolutely shambles.

Please do not come and park here. We were stuck here in the top car park for four hours. There are no staff available to sort this situation.

DO NOT PARK HERE! This is an extremely poorly designed car park. We parked on the top floor and when leaving there is so much traffic to exit that it has taken us 1.5 hours just to move 8 metres forward. It looks like it could take another 4 hours to actually leave the car park. Never coming here again!

Horrible experience! It took over 1 hr 20 mins to park and 40-50 minutes to come out. Too much congestion, cars stuck whilst coming out. The local Council need to address this, it seriously needs sorting out. It has a toilet sign, but there are no toilet facilities. Would give zero stars if I could.

The access to and from the car park is very narrow. On most occasions this car park is busy with long queues to leave. On this particular day it was fine. The ticket machine does not give change. So comes prepared with the right change. If your car gives low co2 emissions you are better off paying via the app. Don't bother with the phone, it's a waste of time. The two members of staff at the counter, were not very helpful, as they rely on the council to sort out anything relating to the ticket machine. There are no toilets in the car park. Which is a nuisance for those whom travel from out of town, with small children or a medical condition which requires frequent use of a bathroom. The toilets in the business attached on the ground floor are vile and charges 50p to use. Please save yourself and find somewhere else. You have been warned ⚠️ There is a strong smell of urine in the car park. I guess this is what one has to resort to in desperate times. 😕 Other than this, well what can I say it's a carpark. It's saves you from getting a parking fine. Reasonably priced I guess.

Decent price - £8 for the whole day on a Saturday and some spaces earlier on during the day. HOWEVER, took us 2 hours (really, it took 1hr 58) to get *out of our parking bay onto the road*. Awful!! Then took us another 15/20 mins to get onto The Broadway. Definitely time it if you visit on the weekend.

This car park is always packed which I can understand why - it’s the only one for people who want to shop around Southall Broadway. It’s not the best car park - the stairs and lifts just smell of urine and quite often you see some people hanging around who are clearly not using the place to park their cars. Because of this I wouldn’t say it feels like the safest car park either and more needs to be done for those using this car park.

Probably the most over used car park in Southall. Be careful because once traffic builds up there's no way getting it without sitting through it..

Pretty much the only public car park in Southall. Be prepared, if you're going on the weekend it will probably take a long time to find a space and unless you leave late, it'll take a long time to exit. Took me 45 minutes to find a space on Saturday, but I was lucky, and also I was only the driver, so not too bothered about having to wait. It was easy to leave, as we went and had a meal and left about 10pm. My sister in law was less lucky on Sunday. It took an hour to find a parking space and two hours to leave. As others have said, access is very narrow, so be careful of your rims. Also, pay by phone to get the best rate (based on vehicle emissions), as otherwise you'll be charged the maximum rate.

The entrance of the car park is really narrow and the small road to entrance is always busy from cars exiting the place On peak times and weekends parking is really hard to find. It’s pretty dark inside and hard to figure out the entrance and exit from the car park after you have parked your car. On the plus side, parking is free everyday after 6pm and bank holidays. You can call them to pay for parking, but the quick and easy way to pay is with the PayByPhone app.

You have to make sure you arrive early to ensure you are able to get a parking space. Limited spaces available and can get filled up very quickly. Pricing is reasonable. You have the option to pay via phone which is quicker than paying at the machine. However, can be a tricky and very time consuming to leave the car park. Have been stuck in the car park several times, for over an hour trying to leave. Due to the one way system and only one exit and entrance traffic can build up.

If you go on a weekend this place is full and on a one in one out basis. No other real parking on a weekend so you have to just deal with it. Its down a dead end street so all very slow at the weekend. Went on a different day during the week (early morning) no issues.

To be honest, this car park is really convenient if you’re looking to go to Southall for the day as it’s next to all the shops and Broadway! The only downside is that on a weekend especially in the late afternoon leaving can become a nightmare as we spent an hour trying to leave due to traffics and congestion. Aside from this the car park is reasonably priced especially if you pay online!

Worst car park ever, I would give it negative stars if I could. The whole place reeked of urine, and it took 2 hours to get down from the top floor. There were homeless people living in the stairwells. I thought they were puddles of water, but the horrible truth is that it was actually urine. It was putrid. I beg you not to park at this car park even if you have to. When it is dark, there are many dodgy people waiting outside and even inside the car park, for whatever reason. There were no staff to get the queues moving. We tried to ring Ealing Council parking services but they were shut, and even their out of hours team was closed for the day, so we had no choice but to sit there and wait. Horrible car park, please never go there, just park at the next station and take the train down to Southall Station.

If you going on a weekday or Saturday/ Sunday around 11am in the morning you will most likely fnd a parking place but busy times it's a no go area as its packed and you will be doing rounds in the car park. There is pay and display or you can also pay by the pay by phone app.

Careful with one way at the entrance as signs are missing to guide you to the next level and you may get out of the parking without knowing and it is very difficult to take turn on the street.

This is the only car park I southall that I know of which is closer to the Broadway shopping area. One suggestion, they need to remove the cones that are placed inside the car park to separate the areas. Its a nuisance if you have gone to the ground or looking for parking space, you have to come out of the car park then re-enter.

I see all of the bad reviews but I’ve never had a problem parking or leaving the car park. Most I’ve spent waiting to get out is 20 minutes. Brilliantly situated and reasonable parking prices.

The worst car park in southall. Whoever designed the layout, entry and exit route and one way system did not think it through. Have been sat in the same exact place and floor as cars leaving have blocked up ALL floors. This needs to be redesigned with more common sense and thorough strategy for trying to find parking and those leaving the car park.

No issues at all while parking and getting out. It was on a Sunday during rush hour, took us 15 minutes to get out on the main road, which isn't too bad. You can either pay by coins, or via app on mobile. The parking places are bit small, but it's manageable.

It will take you 30 minutes to get to the carpark from the broadway. The turn direct turn into hubert road from the broadway is not allowed thanks to some genius, so there's a long winded way of getting there. Once you enter it will take you 40 minutes to finally shuffle into a cramped space. For some stupid reason this is the only carpark that calculates the hourly rate from your car emission, who is going to have that handy? Upon leaving it took 2 whole hours to get out the carpark. People were using the no entry part to skip lines and generally push in. It's a nightmare. I won't park here again. There's a pay and display towards lidl, will use that.

As this is the only public car park in the area. You can say they have a monopoly in parking so they charge unfairly. They know people visiting the area have no choice so they're taking the advantage. Car spaces are limited and small. You can barely park a standard size car. I think it's the local government duty to keep an eye on such a facility and provide more parking for visitors of the area.

The car park looked a bit small so might be hard for larger vehicles but the lift lobbies were quite clean and well lit. I was expecting them to be nasty from other reviews. The right lift was broken but there was still the left one working. I didn't park here but walked in to the lift lobbies and other areas just fine, security didn't stop me at all but if someone did steal a car they'd be a while trying to get out of the car park. Absolutely unorganised. It took 3.5 hours to leave the car park! Atrocious service, no one interested in coming to help!

Good spacious car park in a handy location. Took ages to pay by phone as I am not a regular.

Just not worth it, took over an hour just to get into the car park and will probably take the same amount to leave, unless you wait until 10pm. Stupid layout and design, as once you are on the street or in the system you are trapped. Spaces are small and tight for saloon vehicles when busy. Avoid at all costs at peak time. Out of sheer frustration everybody just ends up beeping the horn. You have been warned... Would rather pay more for decent parking and it would actually make the council money!

Easy to find and found a great parking space near the exit. Was busy getting in and out but otherwise it was fine.

A clean Multistory car park near Southall high street. Parking space almost always available even at peak times. Reasonable rates. Free parking from 18:00 - 22:30 every day.
