Customer parking out back. 4 stars because food is split out across many sectors of the store and is difficult to find. Staff is helpful!

Nice little car park for customers on the side street. Calm and relaxing vibes inside. Staff were polite, helpful and friendly. Click and collect was made easy as the staff grabs your item(s) for you, once they have seen your confirmation text or email. Convenient to have this reasonably sized local branch. Would definitely come back again.

Stuff don't have a clue what they selling just pushing random items. Only one fleas treatment nobranded with zero information but "the best one". Shelfs with cat items are empty. Two cat toy to choose.

A click a collect return, the staff didn't know how to do this. Was told to return it to the original store. Crayford. Phoned them to inquiry, you can return at any store, simply returned at Orpington.

I do not recommend going here at all. I have 2 big Japanese and American dogs who have been groomed for years elsewhere but had to change because of convenience and the lady left the job so we chaged here as it was local to us but they have done a horrible job with my 2 dogs and I showed proof of what they done and we came to a agreement but I suggested they wasn't treated right because of the way my little on was nerves was and it was just a suggestion and they took it personally and saw it as allegation and kicked my two dogs out. This just shows me nothing but guilt and lack of accepting responsibility as blame those who can't speak as I know my boys they can be hard work but once you get to know them over time they will get to enjoy your company. But okay enjoy your review and be proud u can't talk and sort it out like adults but you result to this pointless strategy as this only prooves u dont like animals and cant be bothered to accept what u did but rather run from the truth which is that is you are bad at your job as a true dog lover would try understand and get to know and love and care for the job not just do it for a wage without expectiong any backlash.We sorted things out and had arrangements for March but you go out your way to do this just shows a very sad mentality as abit of suggest criticism u cant handle. But know I'm going to put the proof all over social media and report this issue further as all 3 of u who done my two boys should be ashamed rather gossip behind our back and chuck out two innocent misunderstood boys than actually say we might have done wrong can we talk it over like we did and move on for next time.....but no let's turf them out without any strong baisisor proof. Just word of mouth as you could of said we can't to them as they are two big and two hard and we would have accepted and mooved on but you done wrong and do it over the phone is something to be ashamed over as u couldn't do it face to face . Just sad but you will be hearing from us soon

Took my 11 year old Shih Tzu X there for the first time yesterday, and now I will not being taken anywhere else. My grumpy boy hates his paws being touched which most groomers I've used don't do his feet well, but they have done an amazing job. & my boy came out looking like a brand new dog, and was having zoomies for the rest of evening which is very unusual after a groom. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!!

I picked up some toys for my mums cat 🐈. I wanted to walk out with 2 rabbits 🐇 They have everything for pets and they are helpful.

Well stocked store. Got what I needed for goldfish and tank was on offer :) Prices reasonable,however small items are cheaper elsewhere

Not as big as some pets at home but has plenty of stock. No actual animals in there but lots of stuff to buy your pets.

I had to get a couple of fish for my children's tank, the lady who served me was efficient and gave me all the information I needed. I will definitely go back to get some more fish.

My dog is a pure nightmare (after a bad experience from a past groomer cutting her ears) but they always do such an amazing job with her. I have been to several groomers and they are the only place that can groom her properly.

Went in with no clue what to buy for my new puppy and the staff guided me to everything I needed and got me a huge discount by downloading the app. The store is well laid out and has everything you need for your pets

Wonderful and caring service at this store. We asked for some help choosing food for a puppy and the assistant went above and beyond my expectations - we were guided through the choices in a very detailed, really friendly and professional manner. We walked out reassured that we had picked up suitable products at very good prices. Will definitely be back.

Visited on Wednesday 21st June.. the 3 female members were fantastic friendly, greeted everyone with a smile.. informative, excellent product knowledge.. just a random urgent visit turn in to a very nice experience... wish my local branch had same attitude.. Well done Team Eltham
