Popped in for a coffee hit and was really pleasantly surprised. Super cute shop, lots of teas to buy as well as food and drink options. Quick and friendly service, it was Sunday afternoon and there were a few people just hanging out. Really big cappuccino for the same price and you would elsewhere get a tiny, average cup. Would happily come back.

The Roastery serve the most fantastic coffee with top-notch professionalism and excellence. While there may be many coffee shops around, the roastery is truly unparalleled. The scent in the store tells the whole story.

The best coffee shop with beans of the highest quality. Very labtop friendly. Enjoy listening to the sound of coffee beans being roasted and chilling music from speakers which is a nice background noise for studying! Friendly owner & barista :)) Got free coffee & bread on my most stressful day close to a big deadline. 🥹 Nearly forgot to mention: the tastiest banana bread I’ve ever had! 😋

London's coffee scene is unbeatable and I've tried a fair share of coffee shops, but one stands out above the rest. In my opinion, this particular café serves the best coffee in town. Not only do they offer great-tasting coffee, but they also provide high-quality wholesale products for businesses, like mine. My employees only accept the finest products, and this coffee company definitely meets their standards. Their attention to detail, consistent taste, and overall experience are unmatched. Whether it's for a quick pick-me-up or a leisurely catch-up with friends, this café should be on everyone's must-visit list.

Lovely friendly staff and great coffee. I have walked past it first as it looked like a launderette. No eye-catching signs here but it has a nice atmosphere. V60 equipments and other coffee essentials as well as sleek looking tumblers are sold. I would go back for coffee beans next time.

Super welcoming atmosphere with friendly, expert coffee advice! Went and got a flat white (delicious) and picked up some of their fresh roasted beans. Got super helpful advice on how to prepare it at home and they will grind the beans for you if needed. Also they do delicious treats. I got a peanut butter blondie...lovely!

Quite simply , the nicest, most friendly( and my favourite coffee ) spot in the area. A true neighbourhood gem , spreading warmth and happiness to all who visit. Forget your day to day worries for half an hour and pop in and relax. Their coffee is the best, so many varieties and so much knowledge

My absolute favourite cafe in Angel. Great coffee and I get freshly ground beans for home as well. Great atmosphere and just the loveliest owners too. Love everything that they do. There's a reason it's become a local hub.

A truly welcoming roastery with excellent coffee and great snacks. One of those more secret places in Angel that is beloved by locals. Highly worth a visit.

I visited Chapel Street Roastery for the first time today and can’t recommend it highly enough - owner Sinem and her colleague Dalma are really friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about coffee. Roasted on-site, the coffee tastes amazing and the coffee shop has a really great vibe. A very welcome addition to Chapel Street!

Fantastic coffee and they do the perfect cortado. Indoor seating is a bit crammed, but can’t fault the quality of coffee.

Great local coffee shop, nice cozy atmosphere. Their beans are now my favourite, very good value also. Highly recommended.

Buying freshly roasted coffee beans from here now, and pulling my best shots of espresso at home, having tried some of the excessively expensive and heavily marketed, fancier subscription brands out there. Also a nice bohemian-vibed cafe to chill in.

Wow! What a cool little coffee place. You can get an espresso or have some coffee ground for you to take home. Coffee is good and the decor quite unique, half café and half almost feels like someone’s place.

Don’t usually leave reviews but this is a great small independent roastery/cafe for anyone who’s into their coffee! Would 100% recommend!

Perfectly roasted coffee beans, the best in town! Will definitely visit again, looking forward to add some more stamps to my loyalty card!

Great coffee, refreshing smoothies and delicious cakes. Unassuming on the outside, yummy on the inside!

Best coffee in Islington. Owner Sinem takes the time to welcome you personally, she remembered me from a casual past visit. The shop was formerly her mother’s laundrette, I appreciate and respect the history. Inside it feels like home, maybe grandma’s kitchen - when you get past a coffe grinder that should be heritage-listed! This is a small independent local business that deserves support. And it has the best coffee in Islington!

Fantastic coffee that is so smooth and full of flavour, our kitchen smelt incredible every time we used it in our Moka pot! Plus the customer service and the delivery is so brilliant with the kindest owner and efficient arrival times for the coffee, cannot recommend enough really! :)

Really great espresso drinks and atmosphere. This is my local coffee shop and I come here quite regularly. The almond croissant is also really delicious. They sell their beans as well. Highly recommend!

Amazing freshly roasted coffee at very reasonable prices. My flat white was excellent and genuinely can't wait to brew the beans I bought. Only opened a few months ago and so doesn't seem to be eligible for any government grants, so great to be supporting a very small business and getting exceptional and reasonably priced coffee at the same time. Best of luck and will definitely be back for more!

Really enjoyed the oat milk mocha I bought but for me the highlight was the mini egg cookie!..just the right amount of crunch when you bite into it and not sweet enough to over power the flavour of the coffee. Definitely coming back as I'm in the area often. The young lady serving was really friendly to which is always a plus!

What a great place! Bought a bag last week and already run out. I have ground the freshly roasted coffee beans at home for myself to have a tasty coffee after stressful days at work. I also took it with me to work and everyone was so pleased with the quality of the coffee. Definitely coming back for more. Recommended to many of friends of mine and not stopping to do that! :)
