Favourite pet shop around. I know them from 3 years now. I have bought my first Beta fish from them together with an aquarium. I have also find recently a jacket for my puppy. Staff is always friendly and helpful. A pleasure to visit them all the time 💫Highly recommended.

Lovely pet shop in Broadway tooting, so very friendly and helpful.had been looking for a young healthy budgie for weeks when I found this pet shop,they called me when budgies were in, if i had any questions or worries about my new baby budgie i could call them anytime .

Called as I had some questions about Budgies. Spoke to Tim he was really helpful, great customer service and first impressions of the store.

3 member of staff who work there are just second to none. Very committed and hard working to help. No short cuts aswell. I have been going there for nearly 6 years when I brought 2 goldfish’s from them back then. And my 2 goldfish’s are still alive and kicking from this day. And for the last 8 months I have brought 5 budgies from them aswell. They are all good, happy and healthy aswell. On 21st May 2022 I ordered a massive cage from them for my 5 budgies.They delivered it to my flat. And in 8 months time I realise I am not really keen on that big cage which I purchased on 21st May 2022. So on January 2023, I found a suited cage for my 5 budgies. And I asked them if they can take back my other cage back which I purchased on 21st May 2022. And without hesitation they did that for me. I was overwhelmed with there attitude and kindness. I give them all 10 out of 10 great customer service and I definitely advise people to come to Tooting market pet store. The best pet store in town in London for sure 👍👍👍. From Dilesh.

I went here on a Saturday at about 1pm.. Its inside the market which is not obvious from Google maps. But I'm so glad I found it.. Very big for a market and not smelly at all..the two guys were so lovely and as they had cats themselves they were able to help me feel confident about my choice of cat scratch post.. They had really huge range of stuff.. Def recommend

This is an absolutely brilliant shop. Firstly, the owner, gave me a lot of good advice on caring for the budgie and showed us his own pet budgie and even let us hold it. Secondly, when I went back to the shop to get the supplies in January, he looked at my list and helped me gather all the supplies for the budgie. He even showed us how to put the cuttlebone in the cage. Finally, when we came to getting the budgie he gave us great advice on which one to get, and he kindly reserved a few for us, and told us which one was his favourite. Also, when we were getting the supplies, I was keen to get the last remaining budgie (I was soo excited at that moment any budgie would have been good for me!). However he advised that the last budgie available was perhaps slightly unwell and would prefer not sell it until it looked better. It was a very honest thing to say. Instead he called us when the next lot of budgies come in - just a few days later. I now have my beautiful, friendly budgie called George! I cannot recommend this shop enough. If you are looking for a shop to buy a healthy budgie and/or its supplies, then this shop is for you! Alexa (age 9)

Rang to enquire about a canary bird, they said they would contact me when they had the one I wanted. 2 weeks later got a phone call, collected bird next day. Great service. Great advice.. best pet shop been too in years.

I've just started a new aquarium Community and I have visited the shop twice for stock. All staff is incredibly helpful, but the owner takes the top medal for being so friendly, attentive and always with a smile. My fish are healthy and happy, strongly recomend.

Just picked up our first Syrian Hamster from here, had a nice chat with Tim who was more than happy to answer our questions and gave us some great advice. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Much better experience with this place than other pet shops we've been to recently! Will definitely be going back in the future to grab any bits we need for our adorable Syrian!

It's amazing, on saturday i got 2 pet hamsters and they are very active and good. The 2 men has great advice and sells young and healthy hamsters if your also looking for birds or fishes it also has that and it has lots of pet supply

Everything for birds, fish and frozen mice for reptile keepers. Glad to have them there.

Very helpful staff whether it's in person or on the phone they always have time to answer your questions. Clean shop and very organised. Only place I go to for pets and supplies.
