9 out of 10 time's the machines do not work. Noone is ever about to help with the issue. Heartbreaking to see the elderly get into a panic when when machines do not work. It's disgusting. I also find it so greedy that they charge for parking. I'm sure they have paid for the car park build a million times over by now.

It’s getting beyond a joke now. I’ve parked there several times and every time I park,the ticket machine is out of order and I have to go to another floor to pay.What is going on with you NPC ?Get your act together!! This is not acceptable.In future I will park elsewhere. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!

Poorly maintained car park with tiny spaces and ticket machines that are broken most of the time. Very expensive for what it is.

Tickets machines don't always work been charged twice for same thing as I have noticed on my bank statement. Although I have been told that without a receipt I wouldn't be charged, well it happened! Twice in a row. Disappointing!

I cant even give this car park one star !! Its dreadful every single time the machines are broken you go from Floor to floor and then get charge because you have gone into the next tariff

2nd time parked here. Car park managed by ncp. There are always broken machines. You try and call the support number and you wait ages. A very bad and stressful experience.

Mmmm.... I picked up a fine for not paying for a ticket. We took a while to park the car and as I was talking to my son about the pictures of his school trip and his excitement about picking them up we forgot to feed the machine. It's a quid - do you really think we would have done it to avoid paying it! There should be signs up as there are in other car parks on exit to remind people to get their ticket. To fine families and old people £60 is nothing short of a rip-off. Out of principal - I nor may family will be parking there again!

A lovely shopping experience The car park is expensive. It needs more local shops. A place to eat out doors after your shopping experience.

Since the replacement of the parking paystations an absolute nightmare, people wandering around to find one that works.

Terrible car park even if your there for 6 minutes just looking for parking you have to pay £1. Such a ripoff. We didn’t even use the car park as there was no parking but still had to pay £1 for what. If you are going to be there long time then maybe but for 10 mins you still have to pay. Terrible service. And car park closed early too.

Change in parking operator and machines, pay on exit but now they ask for your arrival time! This means you either overpay or run the risk of fines.

Payment machine just gives “fatal” error, but only after entering registration and trying both cards and contactless. So then you have to go up and down floors looking for one that works, to avoid a massive penalty. Place is poorly maintained, so pretty depressing overall. Avoid if possible and go shopping elsewhere.

Bit untidy, people found to be lost for where they parked Ticket machines are not working on many occasions, many people faced the issues on the day!

Very affordable and next to High Barnet tube station. I use it wherever I go to London.

Need to have more spaces for parent and child.
