Always come to add fuel due to the good fuel price. This morning I filled up for my journey, reversed out the way to the parking area to be courteous to allow another individual to fill up whilst I went into the shop to buy snacks to be confronted with a customer already upset at the senior behind the counter and then to pay for my snacks to also have the same unprofessional treatment. Also I found it very wrong for the one colleague to confront the other infront of customers. Its very belittling and I felt quite sorry for the employee.

Very very bad customer service. Haven't seen as bad customer service in UK. I filled up and paid from my company card and he didn't ask about my registration number and when I told him he said he already put when received my invoice it was wrong registration number. I gently told him you put wrong reg he took invoice from me very badly and put again wrong reg number with his pen. I asked him what is he doing. After that I felt that I asked him wrong question because after this he start shouting on me and using very bad language. He asked me to leave the petrol station otherwise I will be in trouble and start abuse me. I wish if I could write here his words. He was ready to fight. If SHELL staff is unwell or not fit for work why you keep them giving shifts because of this bad staff you are losing customers. I am not going to this pump again and no vehicle from my company will use this SHELL again.

Like many other petrol stations, fuel ran out and then when re-opened, fuel has gone up 10p/litre due to the recent supply issues because of lorry driver shortages. Thankfully, the panic buying causing closures, queuing on road and thus gridlock around the roundabout have now gone and traffic is flowing normally.

11pm Trying to top up my tank befoure long trip. Suddenly old man from inside is cutting pump just after 40 pounds And is asking for payment befoure I take any more fuel. Bad attitude etc As a explanation is saying that is company policy and they cant afford for fuel to being stolen again. No information about this at all nowhere near. So if you need more than 10 pounds of fuel, go somewhere else. This shell is good only to stop and use they coffe machine, nothing else. You just lost two customers buying few tanks of fuel a week. Yes, just stay away from them, there is alots of BP stations around and they not heaving problems how much fuel you want.

Been served by a member of staff who was clearly unwell. Poor guy, but I give him 5 stars for his customer service! The manager however has very poor management of staff as I have filled up at this station numerous times and noticed this as well as hearing horror stories of how this Sri Lankan Manager force labour their staff when their sick. This manager has to go, or further investigation needs to be carried out.

Horrible customer service :) it’s not one off but usual standard in this place. After being ignored for good few minutes when waiting for assistant to activate the pump, we were told to ‘relax’. After that we had to wait few more minutes. I guess it’s good for the staff not to be in a rush to serve customers. Please save yourself time and energy (and money, as it’s bit more prices than other local stations) and literally go ANYWHERE else :)

Plenty of pumps with V power fuel (love to see that) - friendly staff - they have a toilet as well which helps as I was doing long distance driving. So yeah’ al good

Went to fill my car up as I have 5 miles left. Pump was on but didn't get reset. A person was moving stock in the shop had all i got was a wave which seemed to indicate they were closed at 20:10 - despite being a 24 hour station. I was so desperate for fuel the i hung around to see if it would reopen. Someone else turned up and walked into the shop, previously the door was locked, so i went to ask if it was open. All i got was the person shouting at me that it was closed.when i asked when would it re-open as it was 24 hours and i only had 5 miles of fuel showing, all he said was that the manager had closed and that i should go eksewhere. As i said, all he was doing was moving food stock that had just been delivered by the lorry that had prevented me entering the petrol station for about 15 mins. Appalling Customer Service

Find this station pokey and old fashioned. Always over busy and not a pleasant experience no Waitrose or bigger shop. Quite a grubby site and far to small for modem vehicle. Has been a garage since the 1920s but definitely dated now. Tend to use any other fuel station than this one. My last visit the Shell app authorised the pre payment of fuel £80. But the kiosk attendant refused to activate the pump. Went into shop. Couldn’t get a resolution so left without fuel. Went to the Hinchley Wood garage without issue.

During the Fuel shortage, they closed the pumps to the public while allowing their friends to fill up, saying come back tomorrow "only staff", while other cars drive in and fill up, I live nearby and always use this station and recognise all the staff, where did all this new "staff" come from is 1 petrol station really staffed by 20 people, I came, I left and came back 5 minutes later and again more people filling up but rejecting thr public saying staff only, I suspect they are allowing their friends to fill up while denying the public.

Used the touchless car wash this morning. Car still filthy afterwards. Bearly any diffeewnt at all. Could easily write on the dust still on the bodywork. Informed member of garage staff who refunded me but didn't apologise and repeatly kept asking if we had removed the aerial (which we had) rather than checking to see if there was a problem with the car wash. Best avoid.

Open 24/7 though counter based after common hours. No great deals though open all hours if you need a bag of sugar or milk at odd hours.

08.15 Cashier did not nod, smile, sing at me, just mumbled. Perplex covid screen dirty. I have in past received best customer relations from the cashiers & go back for that reason. Kevin.

Terrible customer service. I used the screen wash and paid, but no water came out so I went in to get the money returned but the The guy behind the counter was an absolute disgrace in his approach. He said I had to email someone but couldn’t tell me who or help me find who. This guy should not be customer facing.

Very bad customer service. As I live close by this petrol station, I thought to use this service. Very unprofessional attitude towards customers. I’m not willing to use this service any longer.

Terrible service, Left my wallet at home being half asleep on the way to work, I go to this station every other day. Got told that I couldn't come back later and pay and would be fined for doing so, either way I came back to pay with a more helpful person on the desk, phoned his manager and was told i can't pay and have been sent a letter with a potential fine and have been reported to the police. Called the MET police and no official crime had been reported, what the he'll, can't even be a little decency left to trust someone.to.come back and pay, shocking have now reported this to the police myself and have a case number I'm case this goes further. Update: You have now sent me fines for driving off without intention to pay even though I went in the store to explain and then returned later in the day to pay but you refused. I have asked for the cctv of me doing this on both occasions and have lawyers looking Into this, I'm reporting you to local council and Martin Lewis and will never be using shell again, you are basically committing theft and fraud and you made record PROFITS last year but still want more. I have had an experience with BP in the past and they where fine with it, paid later on the same day. I have never had a record of stealing fuel, every last liter I have paid for. This store has horrendous ratings you clearly have issues, I now 100% belive your a scumbag company with scumbag employment working at this store, absolutely disgusting Also
