I cannot speak highly enough about Dr Brian Clapp and his team. He impresses with the depth and breadth of his cardiac knowledge and learning, his bedside manner is reassuring and pleasing and he is 100% on your side.

I was amazed by the level of care and professionalism exhibited by the cardiac clinic at HCA, St Olaf’s, in particular - Dr Hannah Douglas and her secretary Miguela. Dr Douglas was thorough, patient and kind while explaining everything during the appointment.

I contacted Dr Clapp and the Cardiac Clinic on the basis of positive reviews and I have been totally satisfied with every aspect of my experience. I found all interactions with the clinic, from my initial contact to arrange an appointment, through to my consultation, to be extremely efficient, friendly and professionally managed and Dr Clapp offered me very clear and logical explanations and advice and I recommend him highly.

I was seen by Professor Mark O'Neill. He was thorough and clear. He explained Atrial Fibrillation well and went through his recommended treatment. I am a self-funding patient and he was also very helpful to investigate the NHS option. Clearly, Professor Mark knows his subject well and I appreciated the time, care and consideration that he put into the appointment that I had with him. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

My Mother has been the patient of Prof Mark O'neil since 2016. He is an extremely professional and caring cardiologist with incredible bedside manner. He is available to his patients during difficult situations. I can not praise this physician enough . This cardiologist is really the best.

This is an excellent clinic, it is well run and more importantly Dr Konstantinos Savvatis is outstanding in his field. He takes a real personal interest in you as a patient, he listened to ever word I said and left no stone unturned before giving me a prognosis. I feel privileged to be under his care.

Though I have some difficulties making myself understood my situation, Dr is very patient to listen to me and try his best to understand me as well as use simple language even gesture to explain to me my situation. though this is my first time in the UK to see a private doctor, before that even a little nervous, this experience is quite a comfortable one, thanks.

Dr. Carr-White has been outstanding and thanks to his help and advice, I got a new lease of life! My experience of The London Bridge Hospital has also been excellent.

I had a few concerns about my heart and through our own research we decided to see Prof Carr-White who specialises in the conditions that I have. We found him very professional, thorough, calm and patient when I had to ask quite a few questions which he answered to our satisfaction. We are self-funding and although the cost is large for our pensions, we are very happy to have him as my cardiologist for future monitoring.

I met with Prof Carr White and I could not have been more impressed - he treated me with utmost professionalism and dignity and made sure I understood everything and had plenty of time to digest and ask any questions needed. He and everyone in his wider team (special thanks to Sheila!) were wonderful and completely took the stress out of the whole situation. Brilliant service, communications and follow-up. I have been extremely impressed by the Cardiac Clinic - particularly with communications and follow ups, as these can sometime stall treatment, but they have been timely and clear. Arrive around 30 minutes early, as there is a registration process to go through prior to your appointment.

I have been attending the Cardiac Clinic since 1993 when I had a Coronary artery bypass at roughly 2 yearly intervals with 3 different Cardiologists. My present Cardiologist for the past 4years is Professor Gerald Carr-White and I have found him to be very professional and a good listener to my current issues which are thankfully minor and well actioned by the Cardiac Clinic Medical Team.

The Clinic is well organised with a professional and friendly service from everyone. Dr Clapp was fantastic, very professional and I had my health condition, options and PFO closure procedure well explained which gave me a lot of comfort. Dr Clapp also performed my PFO closure and I would rate him and his team in the highest regard and recommend his services.

Telephone consultation 19.08.2022. Very happy to speak again to Dr. Clapp who had inserted a stent to OM1 of my circumflex artery in October 2009. This consultation was to ask his opinion on a proposed TAVI procedure which I had been offered by his colleagues at St. Thomas Hospital I greatly value his opinion.

Enjoyed my annual appointment today following my operation 4 years ago - these sessions are really helpful to me giving reassurance that my health is back on track. I was referred to the Clinic following a medical assessment and saw Prof Carr-White. I was shocked initially when my GP said that I needed to get checked out and was not looking forward to seeing a consultant and was nervous and quite panicked. I found Prof Carr-White to be very professional and listened to what I had to say. He has a quiet, calm and informed manner which is really very reassuring. My wife developed a heart problem which required the fitting of a pacemaker at very short notice. From diagnosis to surgery took just a few days. The care and attention that she received per operation in the form of appropriate tests and during the procedure was first class. As an observation while the clinic is excellent you still must do your research on which doctors you choose we can only comment on ours who was outstanding

I have been receiving excellent care at this clinic since 2008. The clinic is exceptionally well run and accommodating, should problems occur between appointments. My consultant is at the top of his field in heart failure, cardiac imaging and general cardiology. I have always been treated with the utmost care and professionalism. I would definitely recommend.

I had a very comfortable consultation at the clinic yesterday. Although busy, I was able to have my stress-echo test within a few minutes of the appointed time and the consultation with Dr Clapp was on time and very re-assuring as well as pleasant.
